Showed up at 2 minutes until 5pm on Sunday, October 3rd and the girl working just walks out at goes Im closed in one of the rudest tones Ive heard. She then made me leave.Look, I get you want to go home on time. But you didnt know why I was there. I could have been gone within just a few minutes. But you decided that you going home was more important than one final sale for the day. And if you were closed and you were counting out your drawr for the end of shift, you shouldnt have left the door unlocked.You guys are the only source of one of my favorite vape juices around, but because of the treatment I received upon walking in so close to closing (how dare I?), Neither you or any of your other stores will ever see me or my car again.I do not recommend going here for anything. Not even if you were desperate. Youll likely be told theyre closing and be told to leave. Theres better vape shops in the surrounding areas thatll happily take your business right up until the very second they close. This place will not.

Awesome experience....crazy Martins had me write my name and number when the mobile nectar collector came in....walked in today and they said they just sold it 30 minutes before I got there....I believe Monkeys just became my go to smoke shop....walked in and they had plenty....in and out in 5 minutes....I will be back

I had a 19% off discount bought a large amount of items and watched the lady fold the coupon up in my face then doesnt even apply it. It would have saved me 15 dollars if she did not rip me off. I dont know if they get paid commission and thats why she purposely did not apply my discount but I had given a very generous tip in the first place. very lucky I did not go back in to make a big deal about it. limited Vaping juice selection. The people look like they dont even wanna be there. Do yourself a favor and double check they apply your coupon or better yet just go somewhere else.

I have been going to the Troy Ohio location for several months now and in the past four months have bought 4 pieces from this location along with coils and other things spending a good amount of money. I was in this location on Thursday 1-28 looking to buy a new tip for our Yocan dive mini in which they was sold out of I explained to this gentleman who claimed to be the manager that when I bought this piece for myself i was very mislead on the product completely and I was completely unsatisfied but my husband on the other hand really liked it, so I gave it to him and got myself a different one well his tip broke and I went to get a new one and this was the third time I had been to this location just for this tip and they are still sold out. So I decided that because my husbands birthday is today Saturday 1-30 I would just purchase him a new piece and he totally sold me on this glass piece called Micro NC I brought it straight home and put it up for today. We have breakfast and I give it to my husband and he put it together barley got it hot and the glass cracked and you can tell where it is inside the glass. We immediately called the store to get a young lady whos exact words to my husband and I was I am sorry but we do not take glass pieces back. She refused to even try to offer anything at all..... ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE MONKEYS SMOKE SHOP AS A COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!! I will go replace my husbands piece at another company completely and NEVER will Monkeys get a good word from us nor will we ever purchase anything from this company!!!
