These guys know how to do service right. I have been a customer here for years, and they have always have been helpful and service oriented whenever i come in- and they also remember who I am. They have a great rewards system that has enabled me to save points and get not one, but 2 new mod boxes, and from everything to replacing a bottle that had a manufacture defect in it, to just being cool to sit and talk to in the shop, the staff here get my highest possible rating. -Chris

My favorite shop to go to. Best customer service Ive ever had, the owner is very nice as well. Theyre very helpful with any questions you may have. They have a great selection of products sold here, so its not just an average vape shop. They also have the best prices for what I need. They also have a great reward system that uses your phone number, and for each time you buy something you earn points that can be redeemable in the future easily by typing your number in.

I came here looking for a specific vape juice flavor, being a seasonal flavor only i kinda figured it wouldnt be here. The guy behind the counter gave suggestions and me being as picky as picky can be decided to try one of his suggestions out. That was about 4 months ago.....needless to say the flavor he suggested is now my go~to everyday vape. Thanks for that btw. And unfortunately due to the new vape laws not to many stores can purchase everything a customer asks for and so this is the only place that carries it. Though its a small hike of a drive its totally worth it as the people are overall friendly. The store is well stocked and is clean throughout. I only have one hiccup its not a complaint but just that the price is a bit higher than most. However if its the only place to have what I need when I want it I guess its a small price to pay. Would I suggest this vape store to my friends?....I already have, and still do.

Came in to by a baby blue smoke alien. They had every color in stock. The guy who helped me was very informative in teaching me the new mods features, setting me up with some new batteries, and inviting me to hang out and set up the mod if I wanted. Great selection of juice and products, and nice place to hang out.

These guys are the best. Leo (owner) and Logan really know what they are talking about. Unlike a lot of vape stores, this one has most everything you would want in stock. Always superb customer service, they go above and beyond to help out with fixes and make sure that if they do not have your fluid, they will next time you come in. Its also just a great atmosphere to feel relaxed and be able to vape in. If it werent for them Id still be spending tons of money on normal cigarettes. They are also the only vape place Ive encountered that respects that I have to taper down. I really appreciate this store and am so glad I chose to go to them first when I moved back to Michigan.

While product is decent and price is okay, the owner, Matt, is extremely arrogant and always seems to have a chip on his shoulder. I refuse to deal with Matt anymore. Ill be hitting the Vapor Shoppe or the new Vape shop next to Wild Bills before I ever head back to the Vaper Super Center!!!

This is a fantastic vape shop. The staff is knowledgeable and their recommendations are spot on. If you are new to vaping and have questions I highly recommend going here as they are very patient and have no issues spending a lot of time making sure your going to get the most out of your purchases. They have a rewards program for continued patronage that is not just a tack on do nothing system, I feel like every other trip Im getting liquid for free or 20 percent off my entire purchase. Most of the products sold that are mainline are sold at MSRP and not inflated. If you are in Rochester or Troy this is the only vape shop I would use.

This place is the place you need to go if your looking for vape. This place is steeped in fun and flavored with knowledge and excitement, never a dull moment.From the constant back and forth between the staff and other costumers both new and regulars there is always something that can be learned whether its about your vape or games or televisions.The staff will go above and beyond to help you find juice or mods hell they just ordered one on request for me.If your lucky enough to come in when Matt and Leo are in be ready to comical situations that are almost constant after they take care of you. Man were do I begin with how great this staff is. First time I came in their was about 4 months ago and the guy sold me on some liquids that I absolutely loved. The staff is super friendly (red hair guy and Asian guy sorry to get technical) but they freaking rock. I have been in their a handful of times since and they have never bsed me at all. My wife purchased a few items for me for Christmas from their and she said it was easy peezy for the staff to direct her in the right direction, nothing better then the wife getting you some stuff from the vape shop and asking me when can I go back. You guys rock. And the rewards system... never really liked rewards but Leo (the truth) conned me into getting a discount everytI me I go their. I was checking out different juices and came across Flawless we aint done was able to smell the juice and noticed it had a nice strawberry smell 🍓 and asked what the flavor was. The guy told me the flavor was Strawberry Rock Candy so I thought I would give it a try. When i got home and filled my tank took some hits and it tasted weird and unpleasant. Turns out it was A Stawberry Cinnamon Chimicahnga! bakery e juice with cinnimon in it, I hate cinnamon and I was very dissapionted i was misled that it was a candy flavor. :( nothing wrong with the quality of the juice so I Didnt complain. But Maybe a genuine mistake by the employee there.
