The young man by the name of Logan in Customer Service, I applaud you! Your demeanor and coping skills during an overwhelming busy first of the month and working solo to boot speak volumes! I commend you on a job well done!! Give this boy a raise!!
Placed order with Laura in the deli on 01/27 and the order was taken, completed ✅, and with that short notice I say great job Laura!!!! Thank you
Horrible lines. Always a long wait as if we have nothing better to do. After working all night in the ER I just hate the long wait not enough staff.
The absolute worst pick up and delivery Kroger has. Canceled my order for no apparent reason and when I give them the confirmation number they tell me that they don’t have that number on record. They pull money out of my account and I can show them the confirmation number and the detailed item list on my pick up. I will never use this Kroger ever again. This Kroger has gone downhill within the last year. Thanks for nothing
Very clean and very busy!! But had a great time shopping. Staff very friendly. A really nice store. Will come back !!
Prices are at gouging yet we continue to get 1/2 the service. Let’s just be clear why don’t you close down half the store all the time like you do before 9 o’clock at night. What’s the purpose of even having two doors if you never use them, Nor have the registers!!
💘the Krogers Troy nice and very clean and the employees are always go out of their way to speak or offer to help.
I used to love this store but it isnt the same at all. Employees in general are too busy to help and the ones filling all the online orders are rushing around and cutting in front of me like Im invisible. Alot of times I have to ride a motor cart and they always cut in front of me and are rude.I dont come here anymore unless I absolutely have to.
We pulled into the click list lane one tonight 7/25/21 at 7:30 and we are still waiting! We called the store manager who said she would try to help them and now it’s 9:45 pm and nothing! I know they’re under staffed but why can’t the cart pushers jump in to help? There has been only one girl doing all the work! We are beyond frustrated!
Good store. Higher prices on some things but it is a union store and I approve of that.
Only a couple of lanes open and one of the self check out is it closed. Lines or 20 and 30 Deep poor management and customer service
This was the best Kroger around by far. The sushi was great. We would purchase about three times a week. But the recent change in sushi is disappointing. The quality dropped over night. Rolls are not rolled well, the wasabi is not as good as before, the nigiri has too much rice, fish is not as fresh, and there is not as much selection. We won’t be buying here as often.
Dana in floral is amazing! Had a very last minute balloon order and she had it ready even before the time I needed it. No complaints or snarkiness just fantastic customer service!
I would have given 5 stars but the craft beer selection here has went down hill over the last 6 months to a year. You see the same thing sitting on the shelves and they have shrunk the space down
Kroger is a great place and Ive shopped there for years. It has great products and the store is always clean. Unfortunately, today I had a pretty bad experience. I never had any problems at this Kroger when Danny Eyler was the Store Manager. Things have changed for the worse.I placed an order on Click List. When I went to pick up my groceries, I waited more than 20 minutes (this is not the first time I have had to wait more than 20 minutes). I called the store and they hung up on me. When a teenage girl came out she told me I did not follow procedures. I asked to talk to an adult because its pointless to talk to a teenager who has no control over how things are run. A woman named Heather came out and became nasty right away, telling me they did not hang up on me, that they have a bad communication system that hangs up on people all the time. Okay, thats fair. I understand that, calls get dropped all the time so no big deal, right?I suggested they needed more adults working rather than teens to make for a smoother customer experience. She told me she is 30 years old and if I didnt like it I was more than welcome to apply for a job at Kroger. I told her I already had a good job. At this point, she went off the deep end, screaming at me. I asked for yet another supervisor because she was too emotional would not allow me to speak. Other customers were starting to look at her so I told her she did not need to wait with me, that she could carry on with whatever she needed to do and I would wait for the Supervisor. She refused to leave and continued to scream at me. When the supervisor, Pat, came out, she told him I was disrespecting her (never mind the fact that she told me to apply for a job if I didnt like how things were being run...). I said she needed to calm down and use reason rather than emotion to deal with the situation, which was being blown way out of proportion. My groceries had been loaded and I was ready to leave and move on. Pat then told the teenager who had loaded my groceries to take them out of my car. So it appears there is more than one irrational adult in supervisor roles at Kroger. I do not know what is going on but I thought companies were in business to make money. I really think people have gone off the deep end. I dont know if Pat and Heather were just having a really bad day or if they need more training and/or the Click List situation needs to be improved.
The Kroger Pick up has been essential to safe shopping . Not always perfect for sure. However, the last two weeks have been terrible as far as the vegetables. Really, it is hard to believe that the Management is not encouraging the staff to get rid of items that would never sell. Here are the samples of my complaint from this week.
Organized, fully stocked and clean.
I drive pretty out of my way just to go to this Kroger instead of my local one. This one is huge, it has so much more selection, great staff, and the sushi is incredible. Ive had Kroger sushi at other locations and it is always okay at best.... the Troy Kroger has sushi way better than most restaurants!
Great workers. They do their best to keep products on shelves during Covid...& they supply masks and hand sanitizer!
I am sorry for the one star. This is by far my favorite Kroger but every time i go to the Bistro i have to deal with Jessica. I try to be as friendly as one can be but this girl is just the rudest most unpleasant person ever. May i suggest you finding a job where interacting with the public isnt a requirement. Kroger i am not sure what your policies are on employees versus customer service but i am sure sure you didnt grow this big with kind of service.
The pharmacy drive through is slow it was faster at the old store waited 30 min in line with only 2 cars in front of me it been this way since the new store has been built and is not getting better thought the new state of the art store would be better not worse
Love this Krogers. My favorite 1
Just spent $500.00 at this store on groceries and told I had to bag my groceries because I was using my own environmentally friendly bags. Employees could gladly handle my cash, but not my bags. how about just bag the groceries and use some hand sanitizer like the rest of the world. Sorry for caring Kroger. Last time I shop at your store.
Kroger is always pleasant to shop. Seems like too many people are in a hurry to get some where, but I just take my time and shop.
This Kroger is a good Kroger. It’s is very large. Has a large selection. Also is mostly clean. The staff tends to be friendly. Even the popcorn chicken at the deli is delicious. My biggest complaint is the size of the bathroom. Likely the largest building I’ve ever been in with the smallest bathroom. Most McDonalds have bigger.
We did our first pick-up at Kroger Marketplace today. Could not have done much better: beautiful, fresh produce! Out of 75 items, all but 4 were there. Fast and convenient. ONE PROBLEM: we are high risk so when we saw that the teenager delivering our cart was not wearing a mask, we did the unloading ourselves....wearing gloves and masks. Kroger absolutely needs to do better in this area.
They need more help. Come on my luck break and nobody working the lunch area. Finally get food and all the registers are closed at this end of the store. This is an every other day occurrence
Pleasant store to shop. Friendy employees. Only problem is the number of people that are not wearing a mask or not wearing them properly.
I was disappointed with an employee stocking shelves and having his mask pulled down off his face. We all hate the mask! However I am going to do the right thing and wear mine to protect me and others around me. This employee was about 6’ 2” male, 50ish, white. I hope that supervision will work to enforce employees wear their masks in a proper manner. We’re all in this together.
Vicky that works in dining room, is RUDE!She talks out loud about customer, co workers and complains about her job.
Not sure what is going on with their freshness?? Have had to throw food out due to not being fresh! Peaches, tangerines have to be thrown out after 3 to 4 days! Milk spoiling before expiration dates!! Going to start shopping at Meijer and less expensive too!!
Stopped in this morning to get some groceries. In a time of such panic and greed, all the workers re-stocking the shelves, as well as the cashiers (that i witnessed), were all in great spirits, and helping people find what they were looking for, if available. I failed to get her name from her name tag, but the cashier in my line was so friendly and had a smile on her face the entire time i was in line (about 20 minutes). Great job and thank you all for doing what you do!
Clean! They clean there carts before you used them.
Recently rebuilt! For such a large grocery store I love the layout. Sometimes we just go here for lunch. They have a large selection in the cafeteria area and they have a nice seating area. The have a large wine and cheese selection and offer a nice sampling bar! This is a one stop shop for everything and yet organized nice enough that its not overwhelming!
Kroger has some good people and i love to grocery shop there
Whenever I ask anyone that works there about anything, they act as if they dont know what to do. I called one time and a lady answered the option I chose. I said could I please get a price check on an item?? She said what! I thought wow, and my neighbor says she called a couple of times and one time was snappy at her and both times seemed as if they had no clue about anything. Plus, like Walmart...they need more cashiers. No one goes to do all that shopping just to stand in line half hour or so.
My favorite Krogers. Lots of great items and food cooked for you to eat or take home. Good produce and friendly people.
Good for groceries, but sometimes a little higher price than other local places. Every time I go to the pharmacy Ive got to be ready to wait all day though.
Very clean . Great people . Easy to shop .
Love it!! There is everything I need and then some. And everyone there are so helpful and nice with a big smile. Very well stocked and kept very clean. All the displays are very eye catching and makes you want to buy more. I could spend all day there!.
Love shopping here. Just sucks I have to drive 45 minutes to shop here. Cause the Kroger in Sidney sucks. But troy staff is very friendly and make it enjoyable to shop there. There shelves are always stocked. And a really good selection of meats.
This is by far the nicest Kroger I have ever been in! (And I have regularly shopped in at least a dozen across two different states) I love the atmosphere, and the staff is very friendly and helpful! As a marketplace, they have way more than just groceries. Toys, name brand clothing, pillows, even shower heads. If you need it, they probably have it... Competitively priced!
Had a clothing return. It went fine, but the service dept girl had a major attitude problem, came across so very rude. She was just coming on duty and had a problem, leave it at the door!!!!
Got rotten cauliflower with my Clicklist order. No excuse for that. Wasn’t a little brown, it was slimy and it stunk.
I love this grocery store. They have just about everything that I need. The staff there is always courteous and for the amount of people that come and go it is a pretty clean store. There is one thing however, they could have a wider variety of ethnic foods especially Oriental foods.
The best grocery store Ive ever been to in my life. This location recently moved into a brand new building with beautiful displays and a wide range of choices. Love it!
I enjoy the new krogers very much but I do have one concern about sanitation in the deli. I observed an employee using the broom with the same gloves on they wear to get the products we want. I appreciate the glove wearing but I am sure that broom handle is not as clean as a new pair of gloves. I chose not to get any product that day. Please make them aware of this!! I would appreciate seeing them put on new gloves before every order.
Great place to get shopping done without all the BS from market place stores. Simple and fast like grocery shopping should be. I dont need someone on every turn offering me samples and people playing banjos on Saturday night. Im hungry. I just want food
Generally they do a good job. They need to be more customer ready for their early morning customers with having the items available... Just not for their afternoon and evening customers. Their Little Clinic is very nice.
The meat department is amazing. We have shopped at many different Kroger stores as well as Meijer and other groceries across the country. Chef John at the meat counter does an amazing job cutting meat for us- we typically entertain 2-10 people at our home on a semi-weekly basis and we can count on John to have some amazing steaks available to prepare for our guests! Same goes for Rick!
This store huge. The only downside is the time it takes to become familiar with the layout. Its worth the time and trouble. You will find bargains in every aisle and pleasant people to assist you with any questions.
Like that this location is a Kroger Marketplace, and in walking distance of my place. Mustve been restocking day, things were a bit chaotic. Customers were a fairly uppity/snooty, oh well I still did what I needed to do. The store has a very good selection of most all that could be desired. Walking out of the store youre greeted by fresh love plants and a pleasant fragrance!
Always get through the line quick, prices are clearly marked. Excellent meat department. Produce is the best in the area.
This is one of the best Krogers I have gone to. This store is friendly and very warm. The crew that works here are very helpful! If you want a great shopping experience, this is the place.
Great grocer, great selection.Only issue is the meats and fruits tend to expire quickly. They must be near the end of the line for their supply chain. Only plan your meals a couple days out and you wont notice, but definitely keep things under a week. Watch fruits like strawberries closely, its not uncommon for mold to be starting.Love it overall though. Theres even a bar.
Pretty big store for this area. Great selections and big variety. Its a pretty new building. Theyre not taking care of the mens restroom, so Im concerned for the future of this location.
I really like this store. Great selection of everything. I like the little eatery as well. Kroger is by far one of my favorite grocery stores. Reasonable prices and friendly staff
I went in a couple of days ago because click list over charged me about $20. They took off my coupons on the recipe for but somehow charged me what i owed before coupons on my credit card. I then went in there with my bank statement as proof and my recipe since they didnt match up. They first told me to call a number. I told them i didnt want to call a number and that they should be the one fixing it not me. They then proceeded to tell me they would give me my money back on a gift card. I didnt like that either since in a way they were telling me where I should spend my own hard earned money! It was like them saying to me yeah we took your money but insist on keeping it and you have to spend it here. I settled for cash back but I do feel that they should have put it back on my card without a fuss to being with. Needless to say I have been trying to avoid shopping their even if it means going out of my way to get to another store.
We ALWAYS use the bakery here and ALWAYS request Tamara S. to make them! Shes so friendly and the cakes are always decorated so nice and taste amazing! Highly recommended!!
Great store, friendly staff. Its big, so sometimes things are a challenge to find, but still really enjoy shopping there. Many great options, including Clicklist, and the Bistro is a great place to grab lunch. Definitely a place I will continue to frequent.
Very good variety of yummy stuff.. Starbucks.. And wine tasting a plus.. Alot of rare cheeses and other items.. Clothes not bad just a tad pricey.
Sorry gave only 4.. Great store. Is 5 star. Wish I had one in Huber heights oh.
Rotate your stock is a foreign concept. When stocking refrigerated displays, existing items are pushed back and fresh ones put in front. Customer Service has been told but nothing changes. We hear about how much food Americans waste, but much is from uneducated processes.
Very nice, but not a good place for a quick stop if you dont know where everything is. Also wish they had a layout map of the store. That would help a lot.
Click list pickup, came from Sidney. It was quick, efficient and all my products were in stock! Much better than Sidney Kroger.
Its a great store, but they are constantly running out of products. Every time I get used to buying a specialty product they stop selling it. Would also be nice if they had a bulk food aisle, gallons of green beans, corn and such, gravy mix and a few others .
I love this Kroger. Everyone is so helpful and I never have to wait long in line as they always have a lot of check out lanes open. The pharmacy is also amazing!
New store, very clean and friendly workers. They have a nice selection of organic options throughout the store. It would be nice if these items where all kept together instead of having to search the store to find what Im looking for.
Awesome deli, oriental food, prepared foods to take home and heat. Clothing, shoes, accessories, toys, seasonal..etc etc. Clean store and friendly, helpful employees. And a bar! Love it! And no..i am not employed there:-)
Great place to shop! After getting 5 boxes of Kelloggs cereal for $.99 each plus getting some pickles and getting some mini pizza rolls for my daughter, Chloe i only ended up spending $13.20. Thank you for saving me a lot of money, digital coupons!
This store is kept very clean and the presentation of everything in this store is impressive. It reminds me somewhat of a Dorthy Lane Market. I live just north of Huber Heights, but when I make a big grocery trip, I will make the drive here instead of the Huber Heights 202 Kroger, only minutes down the road from me.
Simply love this place. A very large Kroger Marketplace. The olive bar, sushi bar, fresh fruits and veggies, meat and seafood department are always a must stop for me. The Starbucks inside is an extra bonus!
Too many times have to request fresh produce - sometimes they say they didnt get delivery. Always changing things around and employees have no idea where items are! I asked 4 different employees for an item - nobody knew where it was - one employee said he never heard of it but I had been buying it from Kroger for years. Used to carry Small Ole soft tortillas but not anymore. When I did find a package it was 3 months out of date. When you have 3 personal shoppers in the same isle along with other shoppers it makes it difficult to get an item off the shelf! Annoying!!
Great store and selection. To those who complain about shelves unstocked and all the carts outside, stop doing your shopping on a Sunday afternoon like everyone else. Monday isnt very great to shop either due to the weekend rush they will still be restocking. Pls use your brains lol my fav Kroger around.
Kroger is the best place to shop. Not only do they have what I need they also fill my scripts. And now you dont even have to get out of the car they have online shopping with curb pickup. Love this place!
The new store looks nice, but they never have any carts and they are always out of stock on a lot of items. I live close so I can deal with it somewhat for the time I save. What really gets me is the prices are very high on a lot of the stuff they sell.
This is the most impressive grocery store Ive ever seen. Its like a miniature mall with a great selection of organic foods; dont need to go anywhere else!
The pharmacy is horrible. We went to the little clinic, then to the pharmacy. 1st they didnt have the meds the little click prescribed. Then it took them 2 hours to get a script from the little clinic for something else and fill it. We were in and out of the little clinic in 45 min. We waited on perscriptions for 2 hours.
I came into the store on Saturday September 28th and spoke to the lady in the bakery (I didnt get her name) she was super helpful and suggested designes for my cake. I picked it up on Wednesday, October 2nd and it was amazing!! The sunflowers were so beautiful! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
Love this kroger! Everything you want or need in a grocery store and more. My husband loved fresh sushi bar.
I asked an associate where I could find an item. He didnt know but not only went and asked someone where to find it, he also took me to the item. Great service.
Awesome Krogers not congested able to find what I am looking for and the Staff smile and are not RUDE like most Krogers in the Dayton area!
Love the variety of prices for different things. This store has low prices. I love it!
Handicapped accessibility is fantastic. They have around TWELVE motorized carts. Overall a fantastic store.
Its beautiful and there were a bunch of samples out on the grocery side. We were looking for something and an employee didnt wait for us to ask him, he approached us. That was awesome.
A great store. They have everything you want and it is very pleasant to just walk around in.
Wow! Its nice they tore down the old and put in a new store. Its very clean and organized. The offerings are amazing.
For health reasons, I tend to shop later in the evening when the Kroger staff are stocking shelves. Despite this, the staff here have always remained courteous and helpful. If Im obviously having trouble reaching a high shelf, they will stop unloading or pulling their skids to come over and offer me assistance. When I had hand surgery this last year, I might have starved without their help (opening fresh produce bags with one thumb is almost impossible.)The next best thing about the remodeled Kroger is the variety of products and locally sourced merchandise! I am completely addicted to the new cheese and olive bars. The alcohol selection is fantastic, with artisan ciders and beer. I can find my husbands favorite Asian snacks in the foreign goods aisle, genuinely low carb granola that doesnt taste awful with the cereals, responsibly sourced eggs from pasture-raised chickens, and pick up a jar of local honey on my way out. And if I have trouble locating any of it, the friendly and helpful staff are always willing to help. This Kroger makes my shopping easy and stress free, and I highly recommend it.
The customers at this store were very helpful for me i did not know where items that i want were located some employes were helpful also this store had everything i wanted plus more on food items
Place is legit. Super clean and always has what I want. I just wish their prices were a little lower.
The Troy Kroger is Awesome. They are really nice & so is their staff. They have some good deals also
The store with it all! Great prices, clean, and well stocked. Helpful and a very friendly staff!! The have a Starbucks too!!
Beautiful and has everything you could need. Also, great parking and easy to navigate considering its size. Offers online grocery shopping and pick up service as well.
Very big. They have absolutely everything. Nice place
Busy but quick check out lines. Can find just about anything you need. Great store.
