When quoting new copiers, I fortunately called Eagle Office. I was promptly greeted, asked relevant questions and a time frame to get my quote. Shawnay followed through and delivered not one, but 3 different quotes for me on time. When time came to make the final decision, Shawnay was out of the office, but it did not affect the transaction, Dawn stepped right in and took care of everything. Delivery was on time, set up was amazingly thorough and extra cartridges were already on order! We have had the units now for 3 weeks and I have to say I am highly impressed.
