The employees are very nice, and very efficient. They get very busy sometimes but manage to speed through customers with a smile on their face. This is my go-to store to help me run my small business.

Appointment schedule does not work. Person responsible by notary service not available and they did not cancel the appointment set up. I arrived on time and got a very unfriendly treatment as it was my mistake!

Came to UPS on Sunday during business hours at 10:30 am. The door was lock and didn’t see anyone in the store. Drove all the way here for nothing. If ours change, need to update store hours on web site and google.

I visited this UPS Store location for the first time today (my local store is closed on Sundays) and enjoyed five star excellent service! Gabriel was very polite, professional, and (correctly) wearing a mask. He helped me bring in my six large packages from the car during a thunderstorm, and checked me out quickly, with a smile. I will go out of my way to visit this location again.

I stopped into the store to have some of my packages returned. Several other individuals were also returning multiple packages and the store was very busy. The gentlemen behind the counter were so quick and efficient to get all the customers serviced timely. They were so polite and kind. They really set the bar for excellent customer service.

Overcharges for Notary. Asks for $5 for every page. Other ups would do approx 10-12 documents for the same amount.

Went here to get something notarized. Staff member was friendly and helpful- he efficiently multitasked and took care of all customers. Will go back in the future.

Very clean location, the employees that run this location are very polite and courteous. Something you don’t see often in customer service roles. If you have any questions, they will always try to get an answer for you and will let you know if they don’t know.

I walked into the store and needed to ship some documents and was greeted by the guy behind the desk. I think his name was Aaron. I had never shipped something from the UPS store before and he was very helpful and patient with what I needed done.

The manager was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to suggest appropriate box sizes and help me pack my boxes.

Called the store at 7:15 pm today to pick up the package myself as it was an emergency, confirmed from the person he will be there until 7:30 pm(store closing time). When I reached at 7:25 pm, store was closed.This is terrible customer service.
