Earlier this year I contacted Pantero by email to ask if they provide sample quantities of their products so I could determine the best options for my business before committing to a bulk purchase. I spoke with Margaurite who told me they could send out some samples and asked for my address and phone number. I gave my information, and then never heard from her again. The communication was kind of vague and unprofessional in general. I ended up purchasing my shipping supplies online from a company out of state, which was not ideal. Disappointing experience with Pantero.

I have been working with Pantero for about 6 months and I must say its one of the best decisions our company has made. Not only do they have great items, they will even go find something you are looking for. I needed a special shipping desk and Pantero was able to find a custom one.Yesterday Pantero delivered some boxes and I made a mistake and order the wrong boxes. I reached out to Margaurite who not only accepted the return. She had the boxes I needed the very next day (today) with 2 boxes of doughnuts. You seriously will not find a better company to do business with.They Always Answer the phone, Kaitlyn gets back to you very quickly with information requested.Top Notch Company!Oh and Great Prices, but even if it was a bit more costly, it would be worth it due to the level they go to make our company run smoothly
