This is my second experience using EpoxyMaster and the results each time have exceeded my expectations. I typically dont do reviews, but in this case I thought it was important. You have a very good product, but after doing some research, I have found products equal in quality to yours for a whole lot less money. Also many other companies have much more information, especially YouTube videos on how it use the epoxy and some very useful tips for making the project easier and with better results. You send a DVD that is almost 15 years old. That not many people these days use. Your written instructions are very detailed, but again a visual aid is much more useful.I did my bathroom floor and it turned out fine, but not quite like I thought it should, if I would have had the know a few more little tricks it would have had a much better marbling effect, like I anticipated.All in all a good product, but I will be using a different company for my future projects.I reached out to your company a couple times, while doing this project and it took several attempts to get someone on the phone. The first time I spoke to someone, it seemed like they didnt really have a good understanding of the product or how to explain to me the advantages or disadvantages of using multiple coats, where your written instructions states it is a good idea and makes a much better flooring. Where as the person I spoke with, was like why go through the extra work. And just basically blew it off. When I was able to get a hold of someone else a couple days later, in your technical department, he was very helpful.So to summarize, you have a good product, but in my opinion it is well over priced, your customer service needs some work, and updating your help section to todays day and age would go along way for your noncommercial customers.

I did 800 SF garage by myself. My wife helped while mixing and whenever I was getting nervous regarding time. The only weakness was in mixing of the metallic powder. It came out clumpy in some spots. I should have mixed it into one part the night before. It came out OK but could have been better. Overall very pleased with the look. My dogs, however, do not like it. They refuse to jump from the car into what looks like a deep pool of red/black water. Love the floor. It is just about bulletproof.

Epoxy master has a easy to use system that comes with everything you need to compete the job. The results are awesome, every neighbor ask was it professionally done. You can’t go wrong going with epoxy master.

Great end result! The prep work is time consuming but worth it in the end. The tool kit has everything needed to do a professional job. If you are going to apply the flecks or traction sand I think that the recommendation to use a seed spreader would be great (in hindsight) for a nice even application. Planning to do the garage next.

I found out about this product from a friend of mine and i tell you i give it 110% my floor turned out very nice. Friends and family are loving it would recommend this product to anyone. Its very easy to use product simply mix part A and B and your all good. Customer service is very helpful with questions you might have. 👌👌👌

This is my go to place I have been using epoxy master for about 2 years now and I would not bother to ever go else where the Product is amazing and the people that work there are also amazing and they ship fast what else could you ask for. And I didn’t mention price is fair and reasonable

I recently completed an epoxy job in our garage and wanted to share the results. First, the customer support for EpoxyMaster is excellent. Its hard to find a company who will answer your call as quickly or call you back quickly if they are unavailable. I had responses to messages over email sometimes immediately, but never longer than an hour or so. I poured a base coat, final coat, and ultra high performance clear to finish.In the base coat, I did use acetone to make spreading easier. One thing to note is that if you are pouring your final coat without acetone (which I believe they recommend), I noticed it was much more difficult to spread without it and thus took me more time than the first coat-despite the first coat already having filled in all the imperfections. It was not a huge difference, but enough to note given the limited work time.I also had to get advice about the fleck distribution and was given some great tips. Literally throwing the fleck against the wall for the edges did make a big difference in getting the edges done properly and well distributed. Bouncing it off the ceiling seemed like a silly suggestion, but made the distribution of the speck much better than I expected. It allowed it to rain down onto the floor in a wider area, rather than being concentrated in one place.If you are using the latex crack filler in the caulking tubes, do follow the suggestion to over fill the crack if your gap is at the limit of the product. I thought I had allowed for this, but after drying the crack sucked up the product and still required some epoxy to fill in the imperfection. I also think this is a must do if you have any cracks. I missed a small crack at the door way and despite filling it with epoxy on my base coat, it looked completely dry after that pour and I had to fill it with crack filler before the next coat. The epoxy sucks into cracks like crazy, so do not plan on that filling your cracks unless you just want to throw money out the window.Lastly, the clear coat was more difficult to apply than I anticipated. In the packet of instructions that came with the product it says to pour the product on the floor and spread it. That advice is contradicted on the website in several areas. I initially did pour my first line across the floor and spread with a 3/16 nap roller cover. Pouring it on the floor and spreading with a roller is a terrible way to apply this product in my opinion and that section resulted in a much less smooth finish than dipping the roller into a pan. You also have to be very cautious about backrolling into the coating. There were a few places that had roller marks from slightly back rolling into the last section. I found it very difficult to avoid it happening, but that could be operator error. I anticipated it being more self leveling like the epoxy, but it was much more like a normal urethane based sealer or stain. Its clear, so you only can see the imperfections in certain light. Overall, Im happy with the results and hope that it provides a long life.Used French Grey and Black, White, and Powder Blue fleck.

Tony with EpoxyMaster was a great sales man. It took us a while to order but, it was well worth it. The product works. Sorry for the delay in review. Each square is 9 feet by 10 feet and there are 20 of them. Two of us. What a job. But the results are fantastic. The follow up was great as well. It seems to glow at night. (Close up was taken before top coat.)

For the first time I built an office for myself I’m my basement from cinder blocks. Adding the Epoxy Master Metallic Kit was the perfect touch! It was easy step by step instructions and everything I needed in my kit.

It was quite a project. The prep work was the hardest part, but we made sure we did it right and rented a machine. Throwing the fleck was not an exact science and it is not consistent. The clear quote was easy!

The phone support was outstanding for my patch repair project. I was guided to the appropriate quantity and application technique. The person was very patient with me.

COVID and two little kids forced me into a basement office for work. I had previously installed EpoxyMaster on the garage in my old house and knew this was the product for my basement floor. Shipping was crazy fast. I purchased the kit with tools and the spiked shoes (I highly recommend these adders, they are great value and make the install that much easier). I followed the floor prep procedure, let it dry for 2 days, then completed the installation in less than an hour. I highly recommend this if you are considering a basement floor!

The Epoxy Master (French Gray) was nice to work with, beautiful finish.

After making sure garage floor was ready for new coating my wife and I did the whole thing in 1 1/2 hours, garage is 33 x 24 feet. After2 days of drying the floor looks fantastic as you can see by the the pictures. We also chose to put their clear coat sealer to add even more durability and so the sun does not bleach the part that is outside of the garage door.Only negative I had is would like longer pot life if possible, 1/2 hour is not enough time for a large garage.I would recommend the following to make installation easier:1. Buy the application kit, will need the squeegee2. Get the spike shoes so can touch up missed areas and for applyingthe colored chips if you get color that has them.3. Have at least one other person help during application.4, Clear coat for UV bleaching and protection against chemical spills

Great product selection. Ive installed Epoxymaster products on two floors and both turned out great. Final finish is impressive and durability is great. I just topcoated me 7 year old epoxy floor with EPOXYARMOR High Performance Clear Top Coat and it made my floor look brand new. Awesome product!

Love epoxy master have done my garage, basement, and now countertops with their products.Countertop is the most challenging as they say with it all you can’t prep and tape enough very happy. I would suggest pulling as many things that can interfear as possible (dishwasher or at least make a seperate taped cutout so you can move the door down for dripping in that area)

Great product. Looks a lot better than what we expected. It also covered up a lot of flaws in the garage floor.

I did a lot of looking and studying before purchasing. I watched so many videos. I chatted with Epoxymasters staff several times to make sure I had the information I needed to do this. The prep work is labor intensive. But, you gotta do it. I did water based stain in cardinal red and gold. The gold stain didnt color nearly as deeply as the red. That worked out OK for me, just FYI. I wouldnt do too much stain as it can lay on the surface too. But, they said the epoxy over the water based stain was OK. I like the patterns in the concrete that the stain brought out and the variation in color is good. I used clear epoxy over the stain. I went a touch off script in the application by adding just a little gold and red mica for a little sparkle but not the full on metallic. Hard to see how pretty the metallic mica is in still pictures. Im very happy with my results and with the service at Epoxymaster. Plan on the lower end of the square ft. of coverage of epoxy or it gets too thin and hard to spread before its dry. The notched squeegee doesnt move the material as much as I expected but the roller does great. De-fuzz any rollers you use before starting. Have everything laid out and marked before you start. Brief the team on what everyone is doing and when. I over plan and it helps. (Im not really a control freak. Ok, yes, I am, but hey, Im spending a lot of money on this and Ill be looking at it for years.) The 30 minute working time is faster than you think!! When it sounds sticky its time to stop rolling. Choose your helpers carefully, and get more people than you think you need especially if you do anything fancy. I did 864 SF in 3 pours. One pour, the helper forgot to completely EMPTY the contents onto the floor within the 8 minutes. It hardened in the bucket. (It stinks to high heaven if you let this happen) Had to order another kit. Put a big clock in the space if you can or have an extra helper to keep up with the time. I used just a tiny bit of the aluminum oxide and did back roll it. Im happy with the amount of traction and minimal interruption in the look. Overall Im so happy with the results! The largest art project Ive done.

Such a great product. Easy to install, but make sure you watch the instructional video at least 5 times. Every thing that is described is very important. Particularly the etching and drying part. The spike shoes help dramatically. This is my second garage where I have used EpoxyMaster. Very, very pleased. Don’t fall for cheaper water based epoxy. This one is the best and most cost effective. Love it.
