Here is my review, but instead of just stars with out an explanation, I feel that it is important to give one. Diane has been my hairdresser for years. If she moves I would go find her and move with her. It’s called loyalty. She has never once given me a reason not to go back to her, she shows compassion and kindness to everyone, even those who aren’t her customers. I have been to the mall more times than I can count myself, and every time I walk by, I see her working the hardest. That is not to say those who work there do not work hard, it is simply to say that her work does not go unnoticed. She is a beautiful human being inside and out, and when there are people who are in need, she’s willing to help and sort somthing out. The over all atmosphere there has shifted to both good and bad, but she has never changed. I truly do not believe it is a waste of time, after all we are all human and doing what they do is not easy, if it were, we would cut our own hair. I also love how I can afford my hair cuts. They truly treat you how you treat them. :)

Awesome hair stylist and awesome cashier, was very helpful nd very kind. I would totally recommend you go here because they have outstanding customer service. They treat you like a friend and dont treat you like a customer that is just there to help them make a buck. I really enjoyed my time there. Both my children got really Great haircuts. Then when it was time to pay at the register the worker was very kind and helped me find things I needed to purchase for myself and also helped to explain that they had a coupon and when I could use it. I had a great time there and would def. Recommend to anyone and everyone. Have a good shopping experience and just go here.

I love this salon. I have been going for 14 years. My entire family goes there. Diane cuts our hair and we adore her. In fact, we love her so much, we go and visit to say hi even we dont have appointments! Diane is very professional, always on time and does an awesome job with all of us. She colors my hair as well as cuts it and she has never steered me wrong.

Was not happy at all with stylist Chelsea & manager was unspeakably rude and has a disgusting attitude. Don’t Reccomend unless you want your hair butchered and ruined. Went to someone else highly professional in Black rock CT- and she fixed my hair saying whoever touched it before had no idea what they were doing. Quality & professionals over price. Don’t waste your time.

If I could give zero stars I would. Probably the worst salon experience I have ever had. Tracy the stylist told me “she did not know why the appointment was booked because she only does color and cuts.” I should have left right there and then but figured I’d give her a chance. She proceeded to wash my hair and then started blow drying. Thats all she did, blow dry it flat with a brush. She didn’t even take the old hair off the brushes and as I repeatedly told her I have layers and want volume, she did the complete opposite. She was so rough on my head and would scratch my neck and face with the brush!l She was not delicate at all and had no consideration. She looked so under qualified to do hair. I was also scammed for the price. I was told it would be 25 dollars on the phone. In store, blowouts were advertised 20 dollars everywhere. Tracy then changed it to 35 when we talked and at the register, 40 dollars for something that looked horrible!!! I left there with ugly hair and irritated skin.

Horrible service. Bought hair product here and it was a Knock off brand and smelled awful and they wouldn’t refund my money. Never come here.
