So dissatisfied with the service, I asked for a differint colour and they put their own colour and told its the darkest colour they have and spoiled my hair and they billed me for 170$ n took 200$ which is not worth for the worst service I regret so much for going there ..

Under new professional management. Salon is clean and follows Covid regulations. Huge space. Hairstylists are professional and Creative. Retail selection is nice, there’s always a sale.

I asked for a trim and they cut so much off and did what they thought would look good not what client asked for.... waste of $45 and charge more than what they said they’d charge you... definitely do not recommend extremely pushy...

Ive been going for a few years and I love Leslie who had been my hairdresser. The women that work at the salon also do a great job with all hair needs

I went in without an appointment for a wash and blow dry and got squeezed in. My hair was not properly washed...shampooed once then deep conditioned. I was told that I was to be under the dryer for 15 minutes with the deep conditioner but after 9 minutes I was taken from the dryer and my hair rinsed out. I now have to give my hair a proper wash at home, which is what I usually do. I just wanted a bit of pampering but it all backfired on me and for $45 at that.

Crystal did an excellent job on my hair! I came in with green tips and I left with a beautiful lavender. She was more than happy to take all the time we needed to make it perfect. She was great at keeping conversation going and keeping me informed through every step of the process. I will definitely be going back to her!

Horrible. Had an appointment with Jacqueline and was originally quoted for $100. After I get there she then decided to tell me it was going to be $250!!! JC penny is Absolutely NOT WORTH THAT KIND OF MONEY. And she was late to the appointment

Worst service stay away from this place!!!The lady at from was good but the person who cut my daughter hair was very rude seems like she hate her job my daughter and I felt very uncomfortable

Friendliest staff, best blow outs, easy scheduling, and a very large and affordable selection of hair and nail products available for every hair type.

Prices online are not accurate. Book the $22 blow out and you will be charged $42. They will tack on $15 if they consider your hair to be long without mentioning before hand. Stylist barely used any product. Service was not even an hour. Not worth the money.

Came in spontaneously (idk what came across my mind that day, but im glad I did) and it was fate that I had Crystal as my stylist! I had no idea what I wanted, and Crystal had the right idea of what to do with my hair! My balayage blended out so nicely with the warm brown dye that she picked!
