Caliber Collision was fast and courteous. I would use them again for body work. And they returned the car much, much cleaner than it has been in a long time.

Had to use after an accident. Staff walked by multiple times before acknowledging me, and when they did. I was asked to stand in the lobby for 20 minutes until the got to me. (I had already scheduled an appointment) When I had finally gotten my turn, the lady promptly told me someone would be out to assist me, while she started to help the next customer in line. Very disorganized, and will not be returning, this location is horrible.

Caliber Collision exceeded my expectation. Joe and Amy kept me informed about what needed to be done to my bumper and also went over the price with me. They are very professional and personable. Joe actually replaced my bumper and did an excellent paint job. I most definitely would recommend Caliber Collision to family as well to my friends. Shop went over and beyond to fix my car and supply quality service. With delay in parts out of the shops control they mad sure they informed me of this prior to working on the vehicle . Our suv looks like a brand new truck.

Though my car was totaled the folks at Caliber was very professional, kind and took the time to explain to me everything I needed to know about my car. After a tree fell on our truck after the last major storm, we decided to take it here for repair. We were never informed to do a walk around prior to repair as it was towed in. When they said repair was done, on the day we picked it up it was raining, so we could not do a complete assessment. When we were able to the next day, we made an appointment to come in to get it repaired. When he got there, they accused him of not having an appointment and when my husband detailed the work that was not completed, the manager got extremely defensive and downright argumentative and violent with my husband stated that it was our fault for not doing a walk around to begin with.. We have never filed an insurance claim and were never told this was a requirement by the Insurance company (ALLSTATE) or them. Long story short, NEVER AGAIN! DO NOTUSE THIS COMPANY!

Did an amazing job restoring my bumper after I hit a cabinet on the interstate. You couldnt tell the car was in a accident. Sucks that I had to pay a $1000 deductible with my insurance but its better than $5000.

Caliber Collision was a selected shop that I used when my car was recently serviced after being involved in an accident. The bonus was that they were right around the corner so very accessible for me. From P.O.C, the receptionist was very welcoming and had an inviting nature about herself. My advisor was Casey and she made a point of keeping in constant contact. Check them out for your repairs if youre in the area!

My experience with this shop was amazing. I got into a car accident 2 months ago and my front lower bumper on my kia soul was completely destroyed. So i finally found this shop. Ms. Amy was always pleasant with me. My car looks brand new and they repaired other damages they found from the accident. I wish I can post before and after pictures of my car. It looks brand new like I never hit dodge ram. I figured out how to post the photos lol

I had a minor accident a week or so ago and Caliber took care of my car and when it was picked up there was an issue that the other shop had missed. This shop fixed it for us with no problem. Miss Amy at the front desk was friendly and helpful with getting things in order. When I noticed another issue that the other shop had missed, Cassie came to save the day. She drove with me to hear the noise I was hearing and identified the problem. She got me in quickly and the shop was able to fix it within 48 hours. This team has done amazing work and I will be coming back here if necessary. Thank you all for your help.

Im adding this review specifically for the Tucker location....I had the pleasure of working with Brian at the Tucker location. He is kind and curtiouius and kept in touch with me while my vehicle was being repaired. Due to circumstances beyond the shop and his control it took a while for my vehicle to be repaired; however, Brian always took the time to call me and give me frequent updates as to how the repairs were progressing towards completion. When I picked up my vehicle it looked absolutely awesome! I am completely satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend Caliber Collison located in Tucker. Top notch service and repairs!! I want to personally thank Brian for his excellent customer service and commitment to making sure his customers are taken care of.

I stopped by this morning to get an estimate for repainting the front corner of my car. I turned too soon exiting my garage and damaged the paint job. Cassie walked out to provide an estimate. After viewing the damage she went to the Body & Paint area and came back with paint thinner, a buffer and some rags and proceeded to clean off the paint transfer from my earlier mishap. JJ from the shop came and touched it up too. Within 15 minutes the damage was gone. I am so appreciative of their work and the fact they didnt just quote me a new paint job but actually cleaned up the scrape and paint transfer. A+++ for honesty, efficiency and courtesy and for going above and beyond what I expected.

I brought my car to Caliber after a deer hit my car. Unfortunately I had to total it so I cant speak on the work that the shop does but the customer service was amazing. Amy and Cassie were great while my car was in their possession. Ms. Amy was super helpful when I had some trouble securing a rental and Cassie was understanding and helpful during the estimation process. Hopefully I wont need body work any time soon but I would return to this location.

Ive used ABRA (now Caliber) for several years. This experience met my expectations---and I have HIGH expectations. They are good at communicating with me and with my insurance company. They are professional and caring.

Abra (Caliper now) is simply fantastic at what they do. The staff provided superb customer service and was incredibly helpful in dealing with some insurance dependencies. My car feels brand new. Highly recommend!

Lets see.. Very unprofessional in my opinion..i had to take my 2018 Nissan back twice for them to get it right and I still need to take it back again. They need to pay attention to people cars and not rush them. I had my driver side doors replaced when i got my car back they had over sprayed the entire car. How didnt they catch that?? my driver door was uneven with the back passenger door! Did they not see that? water leaked in my car my shift gear piece was missing (my car was brand new off the lot w the 3 miles i put on it) so I know my car. Now I get it back to find my door panel is bent and my fender is loose and in between my door I can see straight to my light. Not to mention when I was there another guy brought his vehicle back as well. Now the only thing they did was give me a rental while they repaired my car a second time totaling 3 weeks

I was in a accident with my Ford E350 Penske truck back in November. Since Calliber is close to my warehouse, I chose them for the repairs. I had never been there prior, but was familiar with the name. Long story short, they did a excellent job on the repairs. They stayed in touch with me during the entire process.

When my daughter and I arrived at this business we were greeted by a lady in her mid to late 60s, telling us how much money it was going to be. My daughter and I looked at each other(confused). I asked her what was the price for when we havent even been seen yet? She apologized and said she didnt look up.My daughter had repairs done to her Jeep CHEROKEE after someone hit her from behind. The work seemed to be perfect until we realized about three weeks later they forgot to remove the Jeep LIBERTY from the tail gate.

Seriously, 1 star is too much for these inconsiderate, unprofessional species. I will never take another car nor will I ever recommend anyone to go to them. I took my car to this facility on 4/21/17. It took them until 5/4/17 to total out my car. Of course by this time my insurance was close to maxing out on my rental car. My insurance company has said that theyve requested this company take responsibility in paying and reimbursing what I have paid out for my rental and they do not want to take any kind of responsibility what so ever. I will be looking to take this to a small claims court because there is no way it should have taken 2 weeks to total out a car. Also they never once called my phone to update me on anything, every single time Ive heard anything its because I or the insurance company had to call them. I have been hung up on, made false promises by the MANAGER and here we are going into June and the process is still dragging due to a poor timely manner of accessing my vehicle. Save yourselves the headache, take your car to a better rated auto body shop! They tale no responsibility for anything! Theyve even threw dirt on my insurance company but theyre the ones who had my car! Never again and I want my money back from paying out on this rental!

Friendly but just over booked in services

I was very frustrated with the poor communication from my service advisor Cassie. She promised that my car would be ready on four separate occasions, but delays and her poor communication with the Caliber repair crew and upper management led to costly delays. The poor communication resulted in me returning my rental car too early leaving me without transportation and resulted in a wasted trip to the office. Time is money and the poor communication was costly for me.

They did a beautiful job on my Acura MDX! And we’re very reasonable about fixing some extras out of my own pocket not covered by the insurance. I received text notifications every step of the process!

Although minor in nature, they treated my auto body issue professionally and I was very pleased with the speed and communication throughout the process. As an added bonus, they detailed the car before returning it to me, which is above and beyond what I expected.

My first experience was wonderful, my car came back to me just like how I first got it. However my recent experience at Abra was horrible my passenger air bag light is still on after I told them it was on they tried to fix but they said its supposed to do that and it will go away.. I know its not because when I first got my car the passenger air bag light was not on and my seat is not on right. It moves when passenger is in the seat and Im missing some parts underneath the console. Lke i said this is my worst experience I will be going back up there because I paid 500 so my 2014 honda civic need to look like a 2014 not a 1999. Also when my passenger is in the seat belt signal doesnt work ..so my passenger can ride without a seat belt and the signal wont pop up and make a beep sound.. they need to fix it or my insurance company need to pay me back!!!

Service to my badly damaged car was professionally managed with ABRA providing updates every 2-3 days until they had completed the job. Though taking a little longer than expected, I was pleased with the job and would certainly return if needing another bodywork job.

Really dissappointed with these guys. I came with my 2016 civic to get a accident repair done. When I came to pick up the vehicle they messed up on the paint job, door dinged my car, didnt replace my scratch mudflap and I drove off with a nail in my tire. I had to go back to the body shop, pay for my own new tire and have my dent fixed. They were never on time with when the car was suppose to be ready. Not happy at all. I wont be coming back after they give me my new mudflap
