I have supported this business for several years even after the location changed owners and lost several of its original employees. I must say I am extremely disappointed with the current owner Mr. Armondo and his inability to communicate effectively with the staff or clients to make it a simple and easy process for everyone. I think a owner of a business should operate with fair business practices and try really hard to complete a task within a timely fashion after receiving a deposit for what was negotiated before the work is done. I would advise other potential clients to get everything in writing beforehand because the current owner has a tendency to agree to one thing but when the task is almost finished ADD ON HIDDEN FEES that were never initially agreed upon or discussed. I feel as if I am going to support any business it should treat the clients and staff members well especially if a client spends at least $1,000 or more per vehicle.

I left this place with my car on Aug 10, 2018, and my car caught on fire on the highway. Completely totaled. Bad business. Dishonest.
