I have called numerous times, starting at 8am, till 9:30am. The recording says that I have reached after regular hours, 8am till 5:30pm. So 9:30am on Friday is not business hours?Not planning on trying to reach them, what a sham. This just shows the level of professionalism, which is zero.

They told us that our truck would be ready in a week. It is almost a month. You call, they never answer the phone. Then to top it off, after the paint job.. they realized they messed it up with spots and had to go back over those and it would be ready in 2 days. Here we are on day 4 and still not ready. My gf called from her number and they answered. Now they are saying tomorrow and that they will call us. BAD BUSINESS!!

The least y’all could do is remember to turn off your call forwarding -_- it’s 11am and your phone is saying “sorry, you’ve reached us after business hours”

I had no service done at this location. I was notified that I would have to make an appointment online for someone to look at my car. Meanwhile the attendant had NO problem looking at my butt and would not stop as I walked away. I found this very disrespectful and rude. I was uncomfortable.

I am writing this review because I am having the same BAD BUSINESS!!! experience as the previous reviewer, Sanesa. Jim, at the Tucker Maaco, gave me the estimate for my car. He wrote on the estimate, “We will need the car 5-7 business days.” When I brought in my car, Valorie said, “It might be ready in 5 days. Business is slow.” After 5 business days, as with Sanesa, they wouldn’t answer the phone. At the end of week 2, I used a different phone, Valorie answered and said, “There was a spot I wasn’t happy with. But you’re next in line.” She never called back. On week 3, Valorie answered and said “There was a spot I wasn’t happy with. But you’re next in line.” I said, “That is what you told me last week.” She said, “We also had a power outage.” No call so far this week. Next week will be week 4. Again, I agree with Sanesa, BAD BUSINESS!!

The time that they took to complete the job was unacceptable. They had my vehicle for over a month and I received little to no communication. The receptionist was rude. She was confrontational and argued with me and my wife then abruptly hung up the phone over an error that she was responsible for. The work wasnt complete until I spoke with the owner who attempted to explain the reason for the delays. The owner is professional and moved things along once he got involved. My stance remains that it shouldnt have taken over a month to complete the work requested.

I have been to three other body shops to get estimates to fix the front end damage from hitting a deer and to paint the truck and camper shell. The three other estimates ran between $7,000.00 and $8,000.00. There was no way I could even consider that as the truck is not worth that much on the market. I went to Maaco that I pass coming home from work and stopped in for an estimate. Bodywork and paint came to around $2,000.00. I jumped on it and was thrilled with the way my truck looked. Jim English was who I spoke with and I am very pleased. Thank you Maaco! I now have a brand new 2002 Tacoma with only 304,000

The customer service is good unlike most people I was expecting the wow factor as in WoW I just got a brand new paint job and its shining and glossy. But unfortunately for me thats not what I got. So that tells me in the future to do something different be an upgrade the package or go elsewhere because I am not impressed with the level of shine that I received with my brand new paint job

I was very pleased with the work and also the price Im got for my car repaired I had to get someglue removed off my driver door along with getting part of my driver side door handle glued back on I went to other several places that couldnt remove the glue and I went to another Collision place that quoted me $1,057.50 But not Macco theyre very reasonable it wasnt even $200 for the great work They were quick and courteous. Ive used them before and have them please with previous work and price and their professionalism

I had some damage too my front bumper on my 2012 Ford Taurus... Went to Maaco Collision Repair located on Mountain Industrial in Tucker Ga... Spoke with a female adjuster by the name of Jodi who was the most professional, courteous, and honest person I ever met... I felt instantly and confident with leaving my car in their care... It only took a day for them to repair my car for one but the repairs was so incredible that I just lost it, I couldnt believe that my car was exactly looking like a showroom car again... Man hats off to the entire Maaco Collision crew for doing such a phenomenal job with my car with a reasonable price in a such period of time... Wow

Now that Im reading the comments... Im very nervous. I dropped my car off last Saturday and apparently my vehicle still isnt ready🤷 I really think that they are really nice people and they made me feel really comfortable. Oh man, this is alot... But Im gonna stay positive and trust that theyll do right by me🙏

I took my car there for a GEICO INSURANCE CLAIM REPAIR cause i was rear ended. I clearly and undeniably told both the husband and wife that it was an INSURANCE CLAIM. WELL, THEY BOTH LIED AND SAID THAT I NEVER TOLD EITHER OF THEM THAT IT WAS AN INSURANCE CLAIM. REALLY!!!!! THEYRE LIARS AND THEY REFUSED TO RELEASE MY CAR UNTIL I PAID THEM $1300 BECAUSE THEY TOLD THIS LIE TO GEICO AND GEICO REFUSED TO PAY THE FULL REPAIR COST, LEAVING ME HOLDING THE BAG FOR $1300. THEN GEICO CANCELLED MY RENTAL CAR WITHOUT TELLING ME SO WHICH LEFT ME WITH A BILL OF $155 TO PAY ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL. I WONDER HOW MANY PEOPLE THEYVE MADE VICTIM TO THEIR HUSTLE. THE GEICO ADJUSTER NEVER EVEN CAME TO PHYSICALLY LOOK AT THE DAMAGES TO MY CAR. HE WROTE A LOWBALL ESTIMATE BASED OFF OF PICTURES FROM A CELL PHONE. HE NEVER LEFT HIS BIG DESK. I WISH I HAD READ THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS BEFORE TAKING MY CAR THERE. I HOLD THEM BOTH EQUALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING UNSCRUPULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO, I ADVISE EVERYONE OF THIS TAG TEAM DUO. They charged me $3,064 for a paint job and called me literally every day to come pick up the car. When I got there to pick up the car it wasn’t even complete. The emblems that go on my door wasn’t put on. The headlights didn’t work. They worked when I dropped my car off. The paint on the driver side of the car was chipping, they originally told me the total was $2,064 then when I got there the price sky rocketed to $3k for what? I don’t know!! I will never take another car there!!!

I wish I could leave negative stars! Do not go to this Maaco (tucker)!!They never answer the phone. When you call during business hours the recording says you’re calling after business hours even tho they are open. I dropped my car off on a Monday to get my bumper fixed. Said it would only take 2 days to fix. On the 3rd day I called all day to see when my car would be ready because I needed to know if I had to give the rental car back. Finally someone answered with attitude saying that my car would be ready the next day between 3-4. I didn’t get my car back until the 4th day and they hadn’t even got done painting it, so I had to leave and come back at 5. Then I finally get my car back and the screws are missing from the bumper and the bumper is flimsy. I called back to speak to someone the next day and of course NO answer. Don’t waste your time or money here!! Horrible customer service. BUT the lady who does finally show up to the front desk was nice 🙃

When ask to paint with matching existing color of red it was NOT matched. Went from red to reddish orange.Paint flaking before one month was up. Abundance Overspray all over aluminum headache rack & other areas

I had a used body part for my Pontiac repaired and repainted. The shop did an excellent job of matching the paint color and doing some cosmetic repairs. It was ready when promised.

Maaco has had my truck over 8 weeks. The guy told me 6 days. They painted the truck amd it had surface scratches that werent there before I took the truck. Orange peel and paint runs all over. The owner promised to make it right and the second paint were two different colors from the bed to the cabin. They promised a two stage paint for $1500 and it looks like a cheap $600 paint job. Horrible place

Walking into Maaco Tucker was the best choice. Friendly and informative about the condition and necessary repairs need for my car. Price quoted was very competitive and my car was ready on time.Good values for quality work. I would recommend them to any of my friends in need of paint or car repair.

Please choose another Macco franchise before using these guys. I had a minor fender bender that needed repainting & installation of a new front grill. The work was completed but in the process of them finishing my car, the worker had scratched both sides of my car. Now I go to pick up my car thinking it is all finished and I’m picking up my car with brand new scratches on it that didn’t result from my accident. The scratches had to be buffed out by the body shop, but it is obviously not in its original condition now. One day later my headlight suddenly goes out. I come back to the shop and the manager tells me to come back the following day so that the lights can be replaced. I come back and the guy takes the bulb out my car only to show me that it busted (obviously) and that he will not change it out. A complete waste of about three weeks of my time.

Horrible customer service. The attendant was rude and impatient at the tucker location. The place was empty when I arrived and now I understand the reason. I wouldnt advise anyone to go there. The only good thing was that there wasnt a long wait time since no one was there lol. My money and I have found a much better place and so should you. Dont waste your time, gas or money !!!! I usually dont leave bad reviews but this behavior was quite distasteful.

I WOULDNT LET THEM PAINT A TOY CAR FOR ME!!!!!!!! I dropped my car off on Saturday and was told my car would be finished that Friday. I paid up front so I assumed my car would be finished. I get there Friday morning and had to wait 30 mins because no one was professional enough to come to the front to speak to me. When someone finally came to the front, they took me to the back where my car had been sand down but not ONE ounce of paint had been applied. Not one person in this establishment thought it was smart to have called me to tell me my car was not finished before i wasted my time and gas going up there. They told me to return the following Tuesday making it 10 days my car had been in there shop. I decided to call Tuesday morning before wasting my time again. When I called, someone told me I had to come up to the shop to see if my car was finished. THAT MADE NO SENSE TO ME!!! But I wanted my car so I went. Once again my car was not finished! The bottom line is if you dont want to wait days for your car to be done, receive no updates if its not completed the day they said it will be, deal with a bunch of unprofessional people, waste time and gas, DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Van had marks al over it and bad marks on fender. Macao repainted my van its a 2011 toyota Siena . My van look like a 2019. I also too another car in the past I had for them to paint someone had hit while parked. They did an excellent Job. The customer services was good also. Thanks, Maaco

Perfect. Could not have hoped for a better result. They fixed my 2006 Toyota Solara convertible so that it looked brand new. Not only that, but they honored a year old estimate to the letter. It was above and beyond what I ever could have expected for a result...and on time as well! One estimate at the Toyota Dealer on Peachtree Industrial was $2000 more than this estimate. Crazy. No bull. My expectations are always way past the norm. This was perfection. Easy. Quick. Delivered as promised. Go. If I ever need my car repaired in the future, I will go back there in a heartbeat. Thank you! I love my new car!

Went for an estimate. Their expert, ramel, stood on the curb 10 feet away, told me it would take at least two months & $5000.... Because they were SO busy. 🙄. Very disappointing. Id fire that clown in a heartbeat. Definitely not a good representative for maaco

I went in for a quote to get a possible paint job. The spokesperson was ok. However they wanted extra to get a dent out of my car before painting it. I was trying to take advantage of that sale.

The front desk attendant was very rude. I got my car painted 6 months ago and the paint is already peeling! When I went to pick my car up there was paint splashes on all of my tinted windows! I had a warranty on the paint job and the man that painted it said It doesn’t cover it. He tried to tell me I hit something when I know I didn’t.

Maaco of Tucker undertook to paint our 1959 Austin Healey Sprite which was completely stripped and ready for prep and paint. It took considerable effort to get the job moving, requiring constant pressure to get what was finally, after three months, a terrible paint job. The car has now been taken to another shop to be completely repainted. The management at Tucker is ineffectual and devious and have refused to compensate us for our additional costs caused by their sloppy work.

Did a good job fixing my transmission. Will recommend.

I painted my truck in 2017 and I loved the service. Today 09/16/2021 to compose the defense first estimated all good $ 1435 Different zuma later and they did not give me my truck Sep 2 until I paid the difference of $ 400 more than expected. I was returning $ 535 plus $ 900 that I left for parts and they were already more than $ 945. I returned Sep 4 was another good zuma they confused me a lot. I am waiting for a missing part. And they say it is from them that I do not have to pay for that part OKAY. (Confused) is a piece of plastic that went to the side of the driver behind in defense. They crashed my truck here parked and I for helping the boy who brought house arrest on his foot. I lost the rest that overpaid since he only gave me the first estimate.
