DeJoni was such a great help! I was initially upset about the quote I got for a four set of tires, I mean the price was WAY different than I expected. She explained it to me thoroughly and she really knew her stuff! The atmosphere was light and positive, so there was no way I could resist their service!

I’m lost as to how I purchased 4 brand new tires 8/21 and now I am forced to replace all four tires now due to a 2 out of 10 tread and the tires only have 19k miles on them. Well I’m not the smartest car person but I had no clue purchasing tires was a thing that’s was done yearly. But I need a owner to contact me and explain why they are selling this “Kelly” brand and they are this bad. It’s 8/22 and I’m having to pay and replace these tires and they only have 19k miles usage. This is sickening I could have killed people and had no clue why because how can a new set of tired be worn down to a 2 out of the 10. They are dry rotten.

Great customer service, professional all around. Adam the Manager and Cody, the Assistant Manager have both been very helpful to me, patient and pleasant. Adam is very knowledgeable about Toyotas and as an older, single woman it is critical that I keep my car in great shape so I appreciate having someone I know I can count on to take care of any car issues I may have. This shop comes off as friendly and helpful but they have left my oil cap off (covering my engine bay with oil), advised me not to buy brake pads until my rotors were damaged, and most recently they left a pair of needle nose pliers in the engine bay - I drove about 400 miles with them in there! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Adam and Cody were so friendly and professional, which made my experience really great at this location. They helped me through some tough issues with my car and were able to be flexible with my schedule and needs. I appreciate all that they do for their customers!

I rolled into their parking lot yesterday after hitting something on I-285 that resulted in a flat tire and the stress of getting my tire changed along the side of that busy and dangerous roadway. I live about 30 miles away and knew going back home with a donut tire and being unable to drive more than 50 mph on I-285 and 85 wasnt going to be safe. They were very busy and short-staffed but readily agreed to work me in for repair or replacement of my tire. I was fully prepared to hear that I needed a new tire, but they were able to repair my tire instead. Their friendliness, kindness, and professionalism helped bring what started as a stressful experience to a happy and very satisfying resolution.

I was here Saturday, August 21, 2021 to get new tires and an alignment for my Cadillac. I usually go to this location, because I totally appreciate the outstanding service I receive. It jus so happened that I needed to get some tires replaced, and I spoke with Pete (out front) to get some pricing for new tires. First of all, people will try to sell you things that you dont necessarily need at the moment, however, this was TOTALLY NOT the case at this location. He only suggested I replace the tires that were completely worn out and made sure that he explained the entire process. Pete was courteous, respectful and eager to assist me. Its always a pleasant surprise when you deal with folk who wanna be at work and have a great attitude. Customer service is difficult, but he makes it look easy. Hes AWESOME!! I ALWAYS get fantastic service here!!!

Adam Araujo is an angel sent straight from the heavens!!!! I was losing my mind when my car shut down on me. Adam made it his top priority to make me feel secure and safe during my time in his shop. As for service, I really appreciate Adam who always goes above and beyond to find me a great deal. I think he’s reasonable and very transparent. Any price he gives me is OTD and even if I have to wait a little while, the job is thorough. They’ve got a great staff member in him.

TL;DR: good mechanics, but they failed to fix my tire twice in one week.We used this place as our go-to mechanic when we lived closer, and they did all right. I appreciated their service, keeping up with our cars, and their good communication. However, a recent experience leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.We had a flat tire, so I went through the trouble of putting on the spare before driving over, getting my wife to pick me up and drop me off back there while they fixed the flat. We picked up the car, took it home.A few days later, the same tire is flat again. Im annoyed, of course, but whatever- maybe they just did a quick patch and it didnt hold. We go through the trouble of coordinating schedules to drive over again for drop off and pickup on another day. They fix the tire and dont charge, which was nice of them.But this morning I wake up, and the tire is flat again. Free tire patches are nice, but only when they work. Well look elsewhere.

.....A little under staffed like most places these days but everyone is friendly and kind. Kudos to the store manager for stepping in to assist with getting the jobs done as needed. As long as Im taken care of, ill plan to be back. The key is to make an appointment before u go to this location unless they just happen to be slow.

I set an appointment online through Mavis for Monday the 21st. I arrived and the shop was unable to keep my appointment. I was told to come back the next Monday. No big deal, things happen. The manager mentioned that he could probably get me in on Thursday (6/24/2021). I took time off of work to get 4 new tires and an alignment. I was given the alignment data by the service writer as he ran my debit card for over $1100.00 for the tires and alignment. As the service writer pulled my truck around front the manager mentioned that my alignment was really out of whack and the truck would drive like a dream. I told him I had the alignment sheet and that I could see what he was saying. He mentioned that I should not have been given the alignment sheet. Turns out all they did was toe in the tires. They made no adjustments to camber or caster. I have the factory service manual and camber and caster settings are out of spec. I rarely let anyone else touch my vehicles. Sadly this is why. Mavis you owe me a correct alignment. I hope to hear from you soon.

I was having the WORST kind of day and on top of that, my windshield wipers stopped working in the middle of a pour down. I stopped here and got help from Cody and might i say what amazing service he gave me!! He had an amazing attitude and handled the situation with ease giving the situation! I have a 2007 Lexus IS 250. My low engine oil light came on yesterday so I stopped by the Hennessey Gwinnett dealership to have the oil level checked. Upon arrival I was told that they were short staffed and not taking walk-ins. I let them know that I just had my vehicle serviced at the end of July spending almost $900. Still nothing. They wouldnt even check the oil level. At this point, I am furious. I drove away before it got ugly. I stopped by DeKalb Tire & Automotive and was greeted by Adam and his co-worker. Adam told me to pull into the bay so he could check my oil. It was almost empty. Without hesitation he added engine oil and had me back on the road within 10 minutes. The light did not come back on. Im really grateful that Adam took the time to take care of me. He has just earned a new customer! Thank you!

I was able to schedule my appointment online which is a great option.Adam helped me out this last visit, I originally came for a patch job on a tire, he had the mechanic check over all the tires for safety and when metal was found in a different one, he made sure I understood what tire I was purchasing and broke down the cost for me.he ensured we stayed in my budget. I stayed on site through the service. I had been updated on my service time multiple times as well as great conversation while I waited.

After their evaluation they called me and walked me through what they had found, options, additional suggestions, and it was very informative and welcoming to conversation.I want to thank the team, especially Lee, for getting me good pricing for the work being done on my car. 170 dollars for a trailer tire is uncalled for. They took advantage of my situation. I had a loaded trailer going to do a cabinet install for my company. Tire blew out on interstate and had no choice but to have fixed asap. Also employee asked me to fill out the emailed survey and to give them a 9 or 10 anything less is failure. Well they failed by taking full advantage of me because u didnt have an option of going to the next place. My normal tire shop I use is 80 dollars for everything. Will not be returning to this business again.

My car front tires was pretty rough as I drove and at 1st I thought it was a wheel bearing malfunction before going to the establishment. I tried getting quotes from other places but they were overly pricey so I ended up running into Dekalb tires. The receptionist was very pleasant and helped me get my work order done in a timely fashion. The manager is awesome and pleasant very easy to converse with. I got a diagnostic done and found out it wasnt my wheel bearings but it was my shocks and struts plus I needed a new set of tires along with a wheel alignment.They were quick and cheap for the type of work that needed to be done. As soon as I got my vehicle back I was amazed by how smooth my ride was as well how precise they were about my issue with my vehicle.. I gave them a 5 star because they were fast and convenient as well they gave me a discount on all my work orders. I recommend this tire shop to anyone in the Tucker GA area.. I promise you definitely wont be disappointed and place you save tons of money with them. Hassle free.. Thank you Dekalb Tires❤😉

I had a nail in my tire. Went last minute to see if they could fix. It turns out I had 2 nails in the tire and I almost cried. I did not have the funds to buy a new tire, but they helped me out with a plan called flex shopper where I would have 90 days before interest would kick in. I can definitely do that!!!!! Compliments to Dekalb Tire. I purchased a full set of Continental tires there about two years ago, which have been great since. This week I scheduled to have the tires rotated, get the cars oil changed, and get a safety inspection. Dekalb Tire saw me on time as scheduled, did the work - including rotating the tires without charge according to my original purchased, and there was no pressure for up charging. Ill be back for more of this great service.

Ok, First of all I’ve never experienced any kind of Auto care behavior like this anywhere… e.g. buying, or maintenance.A couple years ago my battery died, so I bought one at different location, Chamblee … then a while later after they changed names, battery dies… probably last summer. I go to Tucker. ADAM takes care of me like I am royalty or something, so polite… continually saying don’t worry, “we’re gonna take care of you” because I couldn’t find my paper work, and then he couldn’t find me in the computer. I called my son, he couldn’t remember, where I got it either. Anyway Adam gives me a discount… I mean he can’t give it free, but I was grateful.Then a couple weeks ago, leaving the hospital (I’m an RN), my car won’t start; I was so upset, money is tight. I get a jump and go straight to Dekalb ask for Adam, cuz I’m upset not only about battery, but might have some vcs Actuator thing going wrong $$$. Checks my battery, doesn’t quiet like the reading, but thinks it’s good, still he counsels his mechanic. (That was great) Battery was fine. I believe my granddaughter left a light on.ANYWAY two weeks later Dekalb Tire calls. Adam checking on Battery, and how was everything. I said great he said ok I will close out ticket! Super service. Adam and his staff went out of their way to help us when we rolled up (quite literally - brakes went out) to Dekalb Tire just minutes before they closed. They were kind enough to let us park there overnight and come back the next day to get our vehicle fixed. In the end, what our vehicle needed couldn’t be serviced at their shop, but Adam helped us to get what we needed to self-tow our vehicle to a dealership that could help us. Adam and his staff showed their true colors by helping us, when receiving nothing in return and we will continue to be grateful. We will also be giving Adam our business when we need any of our vehicles serviced, even though his shop is an hour away from where we live.

I had a great experience today with Adam and his staff at DeKalb Tire. I was told by another tire shop that I needed to replace all four of my tires, but after talking with Adam, it turns out that I only needed one new tire. I was so relieved. They ordered a tire to match my set and had it at the shop the same day. I took my car in to have the work done and they were so fast and friendly. I got good advise on how to take care of my tires to get the most life out of them and will be taking my car there for oil changes and tire rotations from now on. Adam treated me so well. He definitely has earned my loyalty and business in the future! I highly recommend using DeKalb Tire on Northlake Parkway!

He was talking down to his employee over and over and was being so disrespectful. During this, he would wink at me. Ew. It was such an uncomfortable experience and I will never in a million years come back. Hopefully his employee finds a job elsewhere where he gets the respect he deserves.*Note: Old white dude treating an employee who is a POC with disrespect isn’t a good look.

My brother got a new pair of front tires from them for my Infiniti g35 coupe. The tires were Improperly balanced. 16 wheel weights on each tire! An accident waiting to happen. No wonder the car and the steering wheel was vibrating like crazy on the freeway. They offered for me to come in and ask for Adam to take a look at it but no way was I going to come back for them to fix something that should’ve been done correctly the first time. Practically stole my money and I can’t even begin to wonder if the alignment was done properly. Beware of this place

Dekalb’s Tire and Automotive is a true gem! The customer service is superb and they always do excellent work on my automobile. Most recently, I was in a real pickle. It was the day of my best friend’s wedding and I had to be at the venue early to get ready with the bridal party. Unfortunately, I woke up that morning to a nail in my tire. I came in to Dekalb Tire and Automotive and Adam was super helpful and the team was able to fit me in and fix my tire quickly and efficiently!! If I could give them more than 5 stars I definitely would!!!

I had a great experience working with Adam at DeKalb Tire! Went in on a Sunday afternoon to replace two tires and he got it done on the spot. Afterwards, my tire pressure warning wouldn’t go away, so I went back and Adam checked all my tires and recalibrated the system for no charge. AND he replaced my key fob battery on the spot and for no charge as icing on the cake. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for tire needs!

Once again, Adam and Pete at Dekalb Tire saved the day! My son took his car there to have a few nails removed from the tires. Unfortunately, one of the tires could not be repaired and it turns out that the tires were overall not in great condition. Since it is my sons car, I hadnt checked them lately. I really appreciated the guys calling me to let me know that the tires needed to be replaced and once they got the car up off the ground, they realized that he also was in desperate need of new brakes. They worked hard to get all of the work completed the same day so my son wasnt without his car for work. As always, the guys at Dekalb Tire are honest and trustworthy and do a great job! They are my new go to guys for all of our familys oil change and tire needs!

I drive across Atlanta to go to this shop, and I send my son there also when he needs something for his car. Adam and his team are honest, efficient and they don’t try to sell me something I don’t need. Safety is their priority and I’m always confident my car is ready for the road when they are done. I’ve seen them call for a part they didn’t have in stock and get it in hand in half an hour so the customer doesn’t have to come back another day. They can get busy on a weekend, but will give you an accurate time estimate and do their best to hit the mark.
