I am so grateful that I chose to go into Mavis today so that I could get my brakes done, their customer service was outstanding !! I even called prior to my visit and the representative was very helpful. Thank you to the entire crew !! I went out to my car on a Sunday afternoon and found my rear passenger tire flat. After changing it over to the spare I brought it to Mavis since it was the closest tire place to my house. Anthony L. was up front and as busy as they seemed he was able to take a look at my car, make reasonable recommendations and have my tire fixed the same day. I would return to this location for additional vehicle needs.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I noticed my tire light on and I drive Lyft so I wanted to resolve the issue immediately. Especially with the weather getting cooler. Originally, I went next door to Goodyear but no one greeted me at all, even after waiting for 5 mins and getting out the car. A 6+ employees just looked passed me. So I left and Alex and Anthony greeted me immediately and offered to put the air in my tires for me. No questions asked. I will DEFINITELY be back! Highly recommended.

Had a 9am appointment this morning to replace the two back tires and a new set of wiper blades. Showed up 20 min early. Store manager (Lee) and his awesome staff had me back on the streets by 9:40! Quick and simple tire rotation! I went in at lunch looking to have a tire rotation completed, without calling ahead 😬. Isaiah and Lee were at the counter helping other customers, so I only had to wait 5 minutes. I told Isaiah what I needed, he took the keys, I ran other errands in the area, and came back to everything being done. Upon pickup and checkout, Lee gave me my keys, and I was back in my car on my way home!

Was greeted right away, I believe it was Anthony. I was told originally the appointment would be about an hour, took only about 30 min, which was fine. Place was clean and he turned on the TV for. Would totally recommend them to everyone

Mavis Tires & Brakes on Lavista Road Tucker, Ga. is the BEST. The prices are great. When they say that they can Beat any tire prices, they are telling the truth. I got a great price on all four tries and also four tire sensors. I also got two front struts for a good price and good labor cost. All of the employees was awesome, they all work together. I highly recommend everyone to go there.

I highly recommend these guys. This is the second time I’ve been there in 2 years. They couldn’t be more professional, don’t try those hard sells you get at other places. If you need tires or brakes this is the place.

Those guys are just AMAZING! My friend got a nail in her tire and she needed tires replaced Saturday - do or die kinda situation. Other place said they will take care of her but they couldnt so we called pretty much all tire places north of I-20 as time was running out - nobody could do it. I went to the Lavista Road store with a flat tire, wanting to get it patched. After looking at it, the tire had been previously patched, so couldnt be repaired.Isaiah, the store manager, was super helpful and friendly. He went over all my options and didnt pressure me to purchase four new tires (although thats what I ended up doing, based on the treads). My car had four new tires, a balance and alignment and I was out of there in 3 hours, allowing me to get to work.I highly recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes, and I will be going back when I have further tire or brake needs.

I typically take my car to the dealer to get repairs because of the lack of service I have received from the other “Tire & Battery” places.After my encounter with Isiah and his team on Lavista Road in Tucker, GA, I now realize that you can get great service and not have to pay extra and wait forever for it.I purchased several services for my vehicle and bought a brand new set of tires. It may be awhile before I need anything other than an oil change and rotation, but I will not be going to anywhere other than Mavis on Lavista Rd.Isiah has a knowledgeable and courteous team and it is obvious that they are a by-product of great leadership.

This was my 5th Mavis of the day trying to find someone to help me with a nail in a tire. Due to COVID issues all of the others were either closed, short staffed, or didn’t have the tire. On the phone, this location claimed to, then claimed not to, finally settling on having one. However, when I arrived the manager berated all the other locations for not helping me because they didn’t want to take a loss on the tire that had originally been purchased from their company. Then when he began to set me up to get my prorated tire, he couldn’t get the printer to work to have me sign for it. I guess I should have told him what he told me to tell the other locations, “That’s your problem” and “If you can’t help me, then I’ll get someone on the phone.” What poor customer service at this location to throw all the others under the bus and then not help me at all!!!

Terrible shop i left my car since 3 and still got a call at 6:20 saying it wasnt gonna be ready till next day at 9am like i said no just give my car back like i took it he said alright but when i got there his there putting the new tires in i knew they wanted my money and still waited till 7:10 . They work so slow like a Turtle plus they wasnt even busy. Never going back to this shop .
