Staff is very friendly, polite, and professional. Had to replace a car battery and they carried the core and new battery to my truck. Store was well organized and clean. Had ordered online and was ready the next day. You can get some good deals online. Got a nice Napa hat as well for free. Recommend this store.

RIPPED OFF!!!! I bought a pair of ring terminals for 5.66. I gave the cashier a 20 dollar bill and a 1 dollar bill, to get 15.34 back. He gave me .34 back, I said I gave him 21 dollars. He denied it! I am POSITIVE I gave him 21 dollars, the other guy took his time counting the drawer and said it balanced, BULL!!DO not go here they will STEAL from you!!!!

Very competent staff. I have different machines at work that I need to maintain. With it not being a car, I am forced to simply bring parts in and just ask if they can match it. Belts, filters, fuel pumps, etc. Everytime, they can tell me if they have it or if it’s a special part after just a few minutes.

Great people in here. I like going to places where the associates can joke around AND still get stuff done. I also love running into other vets. One of the guys there was in the Air Force. Im an Army vet. We crack jokes on each other everytime Im in there.

Store didnt seem well kept. They had a good staff for the most part. They have what other auto part stores dont. They also dont have a large parking lot. What little parking lot they do have is all sorts of messed up.

One of their drivers SPEED OUT ON FREEDOM WITH OUT LOOKING INTO TRAFFIC AND JUST ABOUT HIT MY TRUCK I BLOWED THE HORN ( AND THE WORST THING ABOUT IT IS THAT SHE KEPT GOING DIDNT CARE IF WE WERE OKAY, TOTALLY IGNORED US AND KEPT GOING, I HAD TOO SLAM ON THE BRAKES TOO KEEP FROM HITTING HER, I TURN THE TRUCK AROUND AND WENT INSIDE THE NAPA STORE, MY HUSBAND AND I AND TOLD THE SUPERVISOR OF HER DRIVING BEHAVIOR ( FROM THE LOOK OF IT SHE SHOULDNT BE DRIVING, SHE DIDNT TAKE PRECAUTIONS, NOT ONLY THAT SHE WASNT CARING ENOUGH TO MAKE SURE WE WERE OKAY!
