Upon entry we were greeted by a well spoken gentleman who we later was informed was named Gem, he took such amazing care of myself and my brother explaining services and how we could maximize our switch from Sprint/T Mobile to AT&T and wow was it worth it!! AT&Ts rates are so much better!! So in closing I want to give a personal shout out to Gem for being an empathetic and amazing salesperson, this location did great by hiring him. If you are an AT&T customer or want to be one go to the Tucker location and ask for Gem, I promise you that you won’t regret it!
I would not recommend wasting your time at this AT&T location. A week ago, I purchased a new iPhone 12 at this location only to discover the phone did not work. I brought the phone back to the store and they agreed the product was defective but could not replace the phone without a manager present and told me to return the next day. I returned the next morning and management said they did not have the same model, size, and color phone in stock so I was told I should call around to other AT&T locations to locate a phone that I could trade my device in for. All other locations told me they would not replace the device without me paying a restocking fee since I did not purchase the device from that location. The associates I spoke to on the phone told me to call back to the original location to have them order me the correct phone and that it should arrive in 2 or 3 days. I called this store back and they told me they would not order me a new phone and that I needed to go to an Apple store to replace my defective device. I called the nearest Apple store to see if they had my model in stock and they said they could not give out stock information and that I would need to make an appointment and just hope they had the right phone available when I arrived. They suggested I contact national AT&T support. National AT&T support told me that the original AT&T store should have replaced the device for me and told me they could order me a replacement but that it would be shipped back to the original store and would take 5-7 business days. I did not want to drive back to this AT&T store for the fourth time, so they told me to call back Apple once again and have Apple ship the phone to my address. So 3 days after purchasing the phone from this AT&T location and 3.5 hours of phone calls later, I dropped my defective device off at a UPS location to be sent to Apple. A week after purchasing the device from this location I still do not have a working phone. I am appalled that this AT&T would refuse to simply order me the correct device and would make replacing the device entirely my responsibility, especially because I just switched from Verizon to AT&T when I purchased the phone. I regret making the switch and I regret doing business at this AT&T store. The manager even took down my number and said he would contact me when they got a new phone shipment in but I have not heard back from him. The only employee who was helpful at this location was the man who originally sold me the device; it was not his fault the phone did not work. Everyone I have spoke to since then has outright refused to help me in replacing the defective device. Do not go to this AT&T location. They will not stand behind their products, even when those products cost hundreds of dollars.
Greeted when I entered store. Quick and attentive service with all questions answered in detail needed. Upgraded phone, in and out in just under 25 minutes. Great experience until a few days later. Found out I was signed up for a $15 a month insurance program and charged an $30 upgrade fee, neither of which I was told about. I even asked if there would be any other charges other than the monthly charge for the phone. Now to fix it I was on with a customer service rep for 25 minutes. She then sends me to the Loyalty Department and I’ve been holding for 22 minutes. Problem still not fully fixed. Guess I’m looking at over an hour to fix a problem I didn’t create!!!
The young AT&T employee at this location was VERY patient with this “technologically challenged” 59 year old. Every customer that came in was taken care of quickly and he politely answered any and all questions that any of us had. He was especially nice to this single senior gentleman that obviously wanted to talk. A lot of “young’uns” would not have been so patient with a garrulous elderly man. I just recently switched from Verizon to AT&T and I am so glad to have stopped in THIS store so I could be helped by THIS young man! His momma ought to be PROUD of him!
Upgraded my wife’s phone today and went to this store. Jordan helped us and was terrific! . He answered all our questions and was very patient with us through the whole process. It was a pleasure shopping here and having Jordan as our sales associate. We will be back !! Thank you Jordan for everything !!
I just left the store about 10 minutes ago as soon as I walked in the first thing the salesman said is the person in here is my last customer I wont be seeing anybody else little did he know I only needed 2 minutes to buy two screen protectors he was so lazy that he didnt even ask what I needed now this store will never see a dime from me. management should think about retraining or replacing the curly hair individual with the glasses that worked on the night of March 4th!
Bought a charging cord on January 9, 2021 from the Tucker Georgia AT&T store PN24. While on road trip January 13, 2021, the cord wasn’t working consistently. I was taking the cord out to check my phone and the pin stayed in the phone port without the cord! What? It was poorly constructed.Upon returning from trip on January 20, 2021, I brought it in the next day (yesterday) for a replacement only to be rebuffed because agent said I broke it. Unbelievable! There is an AT&T logo on cord. Don’t waste your money and definitely do not purchase from this store. Customer NO service. AT&T product repair center will be hearing about this. And some corporate executive(s) about customer service as well.
Adrian was amazing when I came in a few days ago, was visiting a friend in town when I dropped my phone and cracked my screen protector. I needed to get a new one immediately and couldnt find one for my phone on the shelf. After a few minutes he grabbed one for me. Thank you

Horrible. First I was lied to about the amount that was going to be taken from my card. I had so many issues with them that I had to physically go to the at&t store 3 separate times. Then, one of those time lines sitting there for 3 hours and still didnt get my issue resolved. ( can pull camera footage for proof )Ive only had them for a month. They took a large amount of money from my account without my knowledge or permission. I was told what the amount was going to be and would have never agreed to over $750 taken out of my account. So actually I was lied to twice about the money that would be taken out of my account. This is the worst company I ever. I am a 1st responder and with all that Im dealing with going on in the world, in the city.... I would think my phone service provider would not be a main issue in my life. STAY AWAY FROM AT&T
I wanted to get 4 wireless lines, TV and Internet.I visited different careers. I even visited few at&t stores. But here I was welcomed by Seth, store manager. He helped me through all the process so well. He is well informed and did not have to guess or ask me to weight.His service is excellent..

Excellent experience! We were loyal T-Mobile users until they tried to charge us $350 per phone to upgrade. We went to AT&T and that was it. They handled everything. Including the transfer. $0 down!!! It was the best telephone purchasing experience that I have ever had.
They have management so I changed my review. I love the guy that is there now, he actually helped me at another location and that was where I was going. Now that he has moved closer I love it!! Keep up the good work at&t this lets us know that you all look and listen to our reviews!

This is the greatest Cell phone store ever. They actually care about their customers! Imagine that! It is not all about money they make, but what the customer wants and needs. SETH WAS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! HE NEEDS HELP THAT SHOWS UP ON TIME. HIS EMPLOYEE CAME IN AROUND LUNCH TIME AND THERE WAS A LINE. HE WAS GREAT TRYING TO HELP ALL HE COULD TO KEEP THEM FROM WAITING. THIS IS WHY I ONLY USE THIS LOCATION IN EMERGENCIES BECAUSE THERE IS ALWAYS ONE PERSON THERE.
The service at this store is great. The employees work in a timely manner. Any problem I had with my service was resolved immediately. I would recommend going to this store if you are in the area.
Do not bother going to this store. You should definitely go to another authorized retailer or corporate store. I simply went to get a phone for my child and two chargers. My nine year old has better customer skills than two of the ladies working there (Ashleigh and Alex). They wanted to sell me a phone but not activate it. I was told to call customer service to activate it. After insisting, they reluctantly called customer service and had issues in activating the phone. They told me again I would have to call customer service to activate the phone. I insisted that they activate the phone and after almost two hours, I left with an activated phone, although not properly set up. Very poor customer service. Will not be back. Consumer beware.

I know when I say this it will sound extreme, but I had the absolute best customer service imaginable from Raymond at the store this evening. He was honest with his responses to my concerns, he was clear and knowledgeable about what he was selling, and he was incredibly patient when asked questions. I never felt dumb or rushed in the entire process and I will keep coming back, Raymond is the real MVP and it was a real pleasure to work with him.
I had a terrible experience with Rhianna. I experienced several issues when installing my services and it was totally impossible to contact her during that time. Worst customer service ever!

If I could rate this place a zero star I definitely would but the lowest I can rate is a 1 star.. The customer service is horrible. My husband and I went in to get help on activating a warranty replacement phone I was having trouble with. The guy that helped or better said attempted before we walked out. He was being awfully rude and unprofessional. Contradicting what we were telling him and in other words called me dumb for not being able to activate the phone on my own. This is not the first time I go into a store to get help but it is the first time they made me feel unwelcomed. Also its the first and last time I go into this store.

Horrible customer service in store today. I waited 30 minutes only for an associate to finally become available who promptly advised me to go to the Apple store for help backing up my content so that I could use my newly purchased IPhone from AT&T. The Mgr was the only one on the sales floor and refused to call in his new hire from the back who was working on her “training videos”. She is amazing btw and helped me yesterday. I came back in today specifically for her to help me finish setting up my phone but the mgr refused to allow her to come to the sales floor. This was during the middle of the day—one of the busiest times for any retail location. Two other guests who came in after me both left after not being assisted in a timely manner. The gentleman who later came in wasn’t interested much in helping me resolve my issues and was condescending in his delivery, refusing to acknowledge my lack of tech savvy understanding (the reason I was there to begin with) and the fact that I had already been waiting for more than 30 minutes. Both salesmen were sloppily dressed and neither was very professional. This is some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. In contrast, both the training associate, Tyra maybe?? and the female asst store mgr were very friendly, helpful and supportive the day prior. It would appear that perhaps the ASM needs to be the actual Store Mgr and that both salesmen need to take some cues from their peers regarding customer service and care. If not, perhaps face to face service to the public is not the correct position for them but back of house a better fit.

The guy that put our service was great no problems at all the first 3 months, now our tv isnt working after complaining for about a month that the Internet wasnt working. They instead if having our tv connected to the wifi we have wired connection, well it worked for about a week, now our tv doesnt stay on when we try to watch Netflix or Hulu, cant get into YouTube, were also unable to watch movies in the DVD player because the tv wont work, and to top that our u-verse is frozen up during movies, cut parts of it, and then the tv shut down, horrible service, and nobody even try to answer or come to fix it, the one that put our wired service said it was our tv, which was working perfectly even with our phone hotspot until we got AT&T.
I appreciate the cheaper television service and new phone Seth. I like the stylus.

Do not use!!!! They totally screwed me on not adding insurance when we upgraded and I even told them how crazy it is for people to not have insurance with kids!!! They’re careless and I’ve called them numerous times and now I’ve had to out of pocket over $1000 for their mistake. Stay away.

James arrived @ 9am and I was scheduled for 9 - 11am. I was his first customer, he took his time installing my 3 boxes and explaining to me how to use Uverse since I use to have Directv. Czara, the rep for the area, came 5 minutes after he left, explained to me that I should see a box arrived 7-10 days to return the Directv boxes, etc. and gave me her card to call for any ? She said she would also follow-up to make my bill was changed since I no longer had Directv. Outstanding service
