On June 1, 2021 I had the good fortune of working with Philip C. in the Verizon Go Wireless Tucker store when I upgraded my familys plan. Not only was Philip thoroughly knowledgeable about the products and services offered, he was very willing to answer any questions I had. He took the time to ensure that the upgrade from my iPhone 8 Plus to the 12 Pro was complete! I highly recommend this store ... and Philip! Hes the best. And Im thoroughly happy with my phone!

Tonys customer service is unparalleled--and no, Im not a bot, lol. Quick recap; took a trip to a Verizon store on Lavista Road with my wife to pick up car chargers. I had already purchased a screen protector for my wifes brand new Note20, which was unopened. NO ONE at the Lavista Road location was willing to apply the screen protector (which was very expensive and quite cumbersome to install)--COVID was to blame, they said. Nevermind the fact that they handed us our brand new car chargers without gloves, which kind of negated the point they were trying to make about COVID. So I Googled the Verizon store on Lawrenceville Highway, which led us to Tony. He was understanding of our situation, and although we did not purchase any of our products at the store, he was still willing to install the screen protector-- all the while taking the necessary precautions during this covid-19 crisis. Im almost ashamed that we bought our products anywhere else... needless to say, this is the only Verizon store well be using in the future!

This is my favorite Verizon store! Yesterday, with a dying phone, I walked in and Phillip hooked me up in no time. It was like he knew what I wanted - replacement- not the latest but functional. All my data was transferred, I bought a new case and I was walking out of the store happy- extremely happy! Philip is personable, knowledgeable, professional and did right by me. I highly recommend this store and this representative.
GO TO A CORPORATE VERIZON STORE - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I spent over 6 hours waiting in the store for them do a simple task because they did not have permission to make changes with Verizon. They have VERY SLOW SERVICE and need to call Verizon to get anything done. Then they will CHARGE FEES that the corporate store will not charge you.
We visited last Tuesday around 11:30. Jasmine was working solo and helping another customer. She greeted us and within a few minutes was giving us her full attention. We needed a replacement IPhone set up. She handled everything efficiently and professionally and was very personable. We will definitely be back. Thanks jasmine.

Hands down Phillip is the best, this is my third time visiting the store, for different reasons and he calmy walked me thru the process with ease, after another verizon store told me I had to purchase another phone, S.M.H. Phillip needs to be promoted to the highest of the high, he always has a pleasant attitude and is real easy to talk to.
Very bad customer service. Literally waited for 2 hours to pickup a phone. Philip c. Didnt even bother to serve us. He was serving people who came after us. No Im not a bot. This is true story. This happened twice. We waited for 2 hours and had to cancel our pickup because no one even bothered to serve us. Im really disappointed at their customer service. The guy didnt even bother to ask as why we are canceling it. I left T mobile because of bad customer service and now Im getting treated like this again in Verizon. Very sad. You should work on your customer service if you even bother to read the reviews cause there are similar reviews just like this one.

A couple days before Christmas we came in and this man spent about an hour and a half with my mother and I setting up our new phones and my kids new phones, making sure everything worked correctly. This is directly after he had just finished with another customer. There was a slight hiccup with two of the phones but when we came in a few days later, he fixed it within 3 minutes. You do not find this level of customer service very often. Not only was HE patient, knowledgeable and professional but the young man and young lady working that day were also helping their customers with the same level of service. What I thought would be a nightmare was about as painless as it could be....except for the bill 😂😂 thank you again.

Ignore any review less than five stars. These folks are legit. Been in a few times and was in and out real quick (always saving a little dough each time). Phillip is the man. Verizon corporate should promote him up the chain immediately.
After a horrible experience with the Verizon store at Northlake Festival I came to this location. I dont remember the gentlemans name but he was polite, helpful, prompt with his service and expertise. He gave me suggestions and even reviewed my account and showed how I could save a great deal of money every month. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Always really good service at this location. I had ordered my phone but took it here and they were really helpful with getting me up and running phone. Thought it was pretty nice especially when they didnt get the sale of the phone.

My consultant was awesome! He helped me out of a difficult situation with my phone and I left with a big smile. His name started with a Q....sorry I cant remember, but he was helpful and very friendly. It was a refreshing change from what I normally experience with customer service in general!

My phone had stopped receiving calls. This was my second replacement. Phillip was SO patient and dealt with tech support over the phone while they fixed my phone! He understrod and answered my questions (because Im a technology reject) and seems happy to help with all of them. I was very happy with my service today and will be back there again.

Excellent service in stark contrast to the LaVista Road store. At this Lawrenceville Hwy. store I was provided with all the help I needed transitioning to a different phone, compared to the short-handed other store which ignored me. Moreover, this store (unlike the other store and Verizon chat where I ordered the phone) informed me of a nearly free tablet offer and I took them up on it.
Kai is the best Verizon employee ever. For real...except I hear Mario is pretty awesome as well. She saved my life today.

Many issues created by power outages, changes in our service plan and other extenuating circumstances caused massive problems for us that brought us to the Verizon store. 2 stars because I got my phone here. There was an LG rep. That was helpful that day.. I went in a couple of weeks ago to get help with a phone app. 2 of the laziest people were there. Which included a manager who was female. I was the only one in the store. They persisted that I needed to completely reset my phone. Did not want to contact tech.support. Though my company is paying monthly for it. Installed a new phone app. That does not work. These people are worthless. Stay away.

I have been to a Verizon store in Tucker (near the Walmart ) I have been served by someone called Mario, I was treated like a king.He is good in what he does and he was very helpful.
Stay away from this store! If you do happen to go in DO NOT Buy ANYTHINGfrom a Female Employee named KAI. She out right lied to my face on more than one occasion. Bottom line is that dealing with her cost me hundreds of dollars in extra charges on my account. She promised that my upgrade would not cost me a penny more. She seemed professional and nice but that was an act. When I called her out on her mistakes with my account she called ME a Liar. I hope your commission was worth it Kai. Hopefully people will heed my warnings and avoid Kai. She is dishonest, Bottom Line.

I went into the store on Saturday July 29th,2017 and Mario was VERY RUDE TO ME and kicked me out because I didnt want to answer his question. He asked me what type of business did I own and I answered My business and he said well I dont have to sell you MY phones. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?! I did nothing but refuse to let him know what type of business I had. First, I didnt know Verizon let the employees OWN and CONTROL who buys the phones and Second I didnt know Verizon hired such RUDE and horrible managers. There are 3 cameras in the front of the store that seen and heard it all! I advise Verizon to look at that tape! I will also be contacting Verizon until Mario is REMOVED because he shows no customer service and him kicking me out of a store just because I refused to tell him what type of business I OWNED is just pure cruel and if Verizon keeps him then I will remove my entire business account as well as have my family and friends switch. My family is outraged by Mario and his actions which was uncalled For. When I asked Mario for his Business card he declined and said Verizon dont give them out and thats when I snapped! Ive had it with his rude, inconsiderate, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS having self! I advise EVERYONE NOT TO GO TO THE VERIZON STORE ON TUCKER AND PLEASE GO TO THE VERIZON STORE ON LAVISTA. (Just 2.3 miles down the road) I will NEVER EVER respect nor go to that Verizon store again until he is removed! That guy isnt what Verizon is about, he is everything Verizon DONT represents. Mario you NEED emergency customer service skills classes! Seriously.

Mario was awesome I hate dealing with phones! Ive had about 50 so far-the phone destroyer! No joke broke 2 in the last month switch from t mobile becuz my calls always drop Mario took his time with me and my 52,000 text message that needed to be transferred no pressure I used wiify got work done saved money on a new phone ! 1 year warranty for $60 screen protection /replacement and switched my plan for the same $50/month price. Ok Verizon ur the 3rd carrier I had super Mario rep served u well! The wait is worth it, go go super Mario!

Got the 4th new phone for my family (finally time for teenager to upgrade)in last 2 months and still the best customer service in house, ever. EVER!!! Mario and Kai are too notch. Never rushed. Full of i formation and honest advice. *Did push the monthly special of course, but thats their job for bonus commission.Took time to set each phone up, make sure everthing transfered, and even went out to sit in our vehicle to connect the blue tooth hands free link!!!Truly truly the 2 best salespeople and professionals I have come across ever. PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST! Sales people only want to sell things just to make their commission and are not really really trying to help the customer. In general very rude and unhelpful and I even heard one of the sales person use a very inappropriate word in Spanish to an older gentalmen trying to explain why the phone he wanted was not very good choice.
