I came into the store same day my note20 was fixes. Gabriel was so kind and accommodating. I would advise anyone with any tech issues to come to this location and ask for Gabriel. Hes very knowledgeable about all tech. I had an issue unrelated to my visit and he was very helpful in resolving everything.

I came to this place for the first time today, and we were greeted very nicely. Although they were completely booked until November, Roberto the tech still took a look at my laptop and was able to diagnose the problem. We were very grateful with him . We would so recommend him.

I called ahead a time to see how much it would be to look at my computer before they closed. Online it said 7 but when I called the lady told me 8. The women I spoke to schedule an appt I got to the store walked in and they told me they were closed I was so confused bc I just spoke to someone and they told me they were open until 8 and I had an appt. I was very disappointed to drive all the way there just to be told I could not be seen and for them to still be in there and it’s almost 8 at this point I could have been helped. That is super unprofessional they need to learn how to handle there business better. Get on one accord people!

Wow. My experience was quite a journey. Honestly it was a 1 star experience but it was all my own fault. I went here to get warranty work done on a Google Pixel and the good folks at UbreakiFix (Roberto & Brion) did exactly what they said they would. The reason the whole thing was such a fiasco was because they had my phone and I instructed them to contact me via email if needed. Well, they followed my instructions to the letter but I never checked my email. So I went back and forth from my house to the shop quite a few times. The whole issue wasnt helped when I did talk to them and gave them the phones access PIN but it was wrong. I gave them the wrong PIN.The phone is repaired and I was helped out every step of the way. I couldnt ask for a better experience. It would have been awesome if my phones charging port didnt fail but it did and my options were limited. The best thing I can say about these guys is that whenever I have a phone or computer hardware issue, Ill be heading right back without a second thought.

Searched for a tech that could Repair the dead screen on my Samsung Galaxy S7.Called around and found this place.I was told that they are Samsung Certified and carry a 90 day warranty on their work.Seems like the Spot!They like to schedule time for the repairs so they required all of my information, phone info, including model and make, and documented it for the appointment.They quoted a price and advised it was subject to change based upon what the tech finds in the FREE diagnosis. OKAY!After dealing with rush hour traffic and only having an address. [directions without GPS(remember phone screen blank and inoperable) is not easy] I get there to have the Technician tell me that Samsung has revoked repairs on all Galaxy S7s.THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW BEFORE ALL OF THIS!Anyway,AmazonYouTubeFixed it MYSELF!

Verizon sent me here to see if they could remove my stuck sims card. They did not have the tools to remove it but they spent over 30 minutes helping me find a cell phone repair company that could remove it for a reasonable price who removed the card with no problem as promised, which is so rare now days!! My iPhone 7 was charging only sporadically. I called the store and Roberto said to bring it in, as it may just have been debris compacted in the charging port. I took it in, and Roberto cleaned the port, finding a twig ( a first, even for him ;)). It now charges perfectly.Great job by Roberto, and the pleasant young woman at the front counter.

Was told 2 hours, after eating lunch and shopping 3 different places my phone still wasnt ready, from then on a total waiting game with no info as to when My phone would be ready. Quality work, but extra slow service.

Had an issue with (2) apps not updating properly after upgrading to a galaxy s10 from an s9. Neither my network tech support or Samsung care were able to help me resolve the issue in reasonable time r fashion. Owlevah, Im pleased to say that after visiting UBIF It, a worker took about 15-20mins to advise that a bit of deeper analysis led him to correct only 50% of the issue, it later revealed. Roberto was able to fix my issue on the chrome side. Yet the android fix was not accomplished. Thus, the 4-star. A bit longer than expected, as well, considering the privacy factor in holding my phone away from my eyesight. It appeared 2b a simple fix to me so they all need to improve that. But becoming a satisfied customer to some degree made it worthwile. Thank you.

During the ignition ring up I was quoted a certain price and after the work was completed Donald went the extra mile to save me a good bit of money on a phone that cost 500 to fix so. System was down a whole day or more although my Carrier referred us there.It threw everything off although the manager apologized.I had to wait a whole day or so then when we went back in it took them forever to even say hello or to acknowledge us although the counter is right in front.People we’re running in and out from the back but it took a min to get help they said they’d be able to fix it right away from the previous day and promised it would be at the top of the list but of course we had to wait just as long as anyone else.Phone was fixed and looked almost new but friendlier service would be a nice additive

Great service! Quick too! Dropped my S9 to get its battery replaced, went to the gym and my phone was ready 2 hours later just like they promised. My phone is noticeably running better (the battery was on its last legs) and Im glad to report they did not damage my phone in any way.

The only problem I have with uBreakiFix is they are always busy. Thats because they do outstanding work. Ive had my Galaxy s8 screen replaced twice by them and I trust them with my brains. You know we dont remember phone numbers anymore. Same day service and even though busy they give each customer their undivided attention.

Brion was amazing in helping me getting my phone fixed. If you need any items that are cracked, need to be installed, etc she is the one to come see.

Went in for a warranty battery repair. All personnel were affable and helpful. Only negative is they told me to come back in 1 hour but when I returned, they said they needed another 30 minutes... then after 30 minutes I had to wait another 20 minutes. Just tell me 2 hours so I dont waste an afternoon.

THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!! Took my very old I phone 5s with a battery that was not working anymore. I am blind, so I really wanted to stay with the phone that I know well. (my wife is helping me write this review). They had me all fixed in about 40 minutes for $32 !!! And showed us some features right off that we didnt even know about. Very sharp guys! We had just left the AT&T store with no help from them or knowledge of any kind. So glad we found this place!

I wanted to transfer files from my S8 to an S9. I tried doing it at home via PC but would not work. I took it to uBreakiFix expecting to drop off. Called because a Google Pixel phone was having issues with battery and Google service recommended this location. called to be sure they were open and was very impressed with the professionalism on the phone. Took the phone in and was told it would take about 2 hours to check. I was called within the 2 hours and was told the phone could not be repaired but was under warranty. Went to pick the phone up and Brittney explained everything-she had even gotten the process started with Google for the replacement since this was a known issue. I would HIGHLY recommend this business! I also hope management reads these-Brittany is a FABULOUS ambassador for your business-very professional and went above and beyond to help.

I looked at several other places to have my phone fixed. Christian was the 1st person to greet me on their phone and when I came to have my phone fixed. He was very professional, clear and helpful. Im very furious of how this place is still open! These people cant fix not 1 dam thing! I brought 2 tablets in last year for broken screens well after picking them up and paying 465.00 both tablets come home more deffective than before. 1 of them was glitching later found out the person that fixed damaged the entire mother board ok great for the inconvenience i get a new tablet perfect then the next one a few days after using it the home button fell in and the tablet died at 20% wth honestly dont hire ppl that know nothing about technical stuff. Now i have my acer laptop that only went in for a software update and tge screen is glitching! Im done im cancelling asurion home and im telling them why, because ubreakifix is actually ubreak i break more nothing has been fixed on the 1st time so disappointed really. Oh and dont get asurion home you have to file a phone claim not even online to be able to take your device in for diagnostics its fkn insane! Expect to be in there a minimum of 40 to pick up or drop off super short on staff and the ones they have arent good !

I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my computer, IPad and tablet needs. Brion, Gabriel and Christian have all 3 gone out of their way to help me with my device issues. My IPad had crazy calendar issues, but Christian fixed it in literally 10 seconds!!! Sometimes, when we get a little bit older, we don’t quickly understand or quite grasp how these devices work, but they have gone out of their way to help me and I have never once felt “less than” because I didn’t understand something they were explaining. They are polite, professional and so respectful......those are 3 IMPORTANT qualities severely lacking in most businesses today. In dealing with each of them, it was very apparent that they came to work wanting to make a positive difference in their customer’s day. I left with a huge smile on my face and a promise that they would certainly have my business going forward. If all businesses had employees with the qualities Brion, Gabriel and Christian have, this world would a much nicer and trusting place.

Amazing place to repair your cellphone, my cellphone was broken from 3 stories house and I have a lot of important information in it, I was worried that I can lose it but they promise that I would get my phone back like nothing happened. They removed and replaced my screen and battery. Now my phone looks new. They really do a excellent job within a day. I recommend to everybody that needed.

The technicians were very friendly and helpful. I cracked the screen on my Samsung Galaxy s8+ and needed it repaired so I can trade it in. I filed a claim with Asurion, paid the $29 deductible, and this is the shop they sent me to.My phone was finished in about two hours, and Luke was kind enough to call me and let me know. It looks great! Ill definitely use them again in the future.

They were able to promise and deliver on same day turn around for a repair on my Pixel. The quality of the repair is fantastic, and Jon Stevenson got me on my way with zero hiccups.

I was struggling to get my mothers laptop online so that she could talk to family and relatives while she is battling Lewy bodies during Covid in need of reaching out via FaceTime. A wonderful upbeat girl named Brion jumped right in with the determination to help me and fix my mothers laptop. She stayed late after they were closed and fix the problem with no charge! I know for a fact my personal info and data on my phone had been gone through, not just for testing. They asked for my passcode to do testing which is normal, I used to work for Verizon myself for nearly 8 years so I know the deal. When I picked up the phone, it was turned off and the tech asked me to test it because they hadnt tested it yet. I turned it on and just checked the camera and keyboard with my texting app. When I checked the recently used apps, after leaving the store, my Venmo, Cash app, and PayPal had all been used recently along with my Snapchat and Picture Gallery. I had not used or opened any of those apps that morning. I hardly do anything but email, call, and text on my phone regularly. This caused suspicion immediately, so next I went to my gallery and the specific picture that was pulled up was months old, way down the list of photos and was a personal picture obviously or I wouldnt be writing this review So, the employees here are creeps and not respectful of their clients privacy apparently and actually probably attempted to steal money from me considering ALL my money apps were open. I provided my passcode trusting it would only be used for testing but when I showed up I was told they didnt have time to test it yet. I am appalled a company such as Asurion would do business with VERY unprofessional vendors. I have brought my phone here multiple times to get fixed through Asurion, never had a problem before. Im not shocked honestly but they didnt even attempt to hide what they were doing or they just didnt know that I was smart enough to figure it out!

After an emergency screen repair interrupted my day, I was sure Id be stuck for a couple of hours and I am from out of town so I had no choice as I was due to leave the next day. Long story short, Bre and Christian came to the rescue! My iphone 11 Pro screen was just horribly shattered. Christian fixed it in under 20mins! He turned a 1-2 hour job into a 15min fix and it was better than new! Bre dealt with a couple of difficult customers with such grace while putting me at ease the whole time. She even told me about an Asurion bundle for all my tech devices and they were both gracious enough to help me get a quality screen protector at their location! THESE TWO NEED A RAISE!

Absolutely excellent service! I took my Pixel 4XL in for a warranty claim to replace the data/charge port. They had it fixed in just a few hours! They also put the glass shield on my entire phone for $30. You cant even see it! Do not hesitate to have them work on your phone!

They are Awesome! Luke was amazing he looked at my laptop they had the part in house and within 48 hrs my laptop was back in my hand! Saw alot of great reviews... Brought in my Switch to get looked at and was given a 2 day wait just for the diagnositc. I changed my mind, came back to get my console and they already CARELESSLY put a service sticker overtop of a custom decal on my game console which ofcourse ripped when they took the service sticker. She tried to put it back back on and tell me it was cool. It already was ruined so I told her to stop. I left it there for 1 hour and it came back in worse shape than I gave to them.

I break phones all the time. My first time I just needed lint cleared out of the charger. They didn’t charge. I remembered the great service and I came back with a broken screen. The fix required additional parts and they met my budget. Very satisfied with this business.

It was not the cheapest but they got the Samsung S8+ battery replaced in two hours and its working great now. They confirmed the spare parts before getting to the store and after my arrival. Great to have an authorized Samsung store near by.

Call around to other unbreakable places because this one has a higher price point than the Duluth location. Disappointing.

I highly recommend uBreakiFix for phone repairs. D who assisted me was friendly and very professional. My cracked screen was fixed in about 45 minutes, and free - wifi was provided! So I was able to complete work while I waited for my phone. My screen was repaired completely. No complaints!
