Could not find a cashier to ring up my purchases. Left without buying anything.

This is my 3rd time coming to the store and seeing the manager be rude and unprofessional to her employees and I can’t take it anymore. My last experience was when she yelled at her employee who was in the back to help someone out the door and to the car with their items. She called him 3 times in a row as if he would mysteriously fly from the back in 2 seconds. This whole time she is at the register with a line forming as she halted from proceeding with checking me out. He went to ask the lady if she needed help and she didn’t. He came back in the store and stated she didn’t need help and the manager scolded him for not coming sooner which would of been humanly impossible. She spoke to him in an unprofessional manor as if he was her child. This particular employee is always very nice and greets me even when he is stocking.A different day I was buying batteries and the lady at the register asked me if I found everything ok, I said yes. She then told me about a deal that would of been cheaper on my items. I was very happy that she enlightened me and went with the deal. I told her she was really good at her job and refreshing. She gave me a big smile and said thank you. I asked if her manager around and she pointed her out. I then proceeded to tell the manager about the deal she helped me with and told her she was refreshing and made a joke saying she needs a raise while I laughed. She looked at me like I was crazy and said “ok” and continued talking about personal business with a customer(which she clearly knew) almost blocking the front door. I couldn’t believe her facial expression and her dismissal of me praising her employee.Another time I’m not sure what the problem was but I walked into the store with her yet again yelling at another employee. Is this lady ever in a good mood? No one should talk to their employees in this manner which is why I will never go back to this store again.

This store is horrible! Cant they hire more people or something? Its trashy, over crowded, never fully stocked - but then again they have half their stockroom in boxes it on the same floor, b so you dont know what is and isnt there. Dont they want their customers to feel welcome to shop?

I ran into the store to grab a few items and needed to use the restroom. When I asked an assoicate named Billy at the cash register where the restroom was, he replied we dont have a bathroom. How can that be, when the people that work here need to use it. I asked another young lady where is the bathroom, stated her name was Shelly and said we dont have a bathroom for the public. So you can take me money at this location but Im not good enough to use the bathroom? That doesnt make any sense and this is bad customer service. I will be leaving a complaint with corporate and will no longer shop here.

Death Trap..Trash the store is in organized stock and supplies are all over the floor. Rude light skinned lady at front check out on her phone snapped because I asked her a question while she was at work. Please dont bring your children in here they may get hurt. Stuff all over the floor every where. When did pushing a shopping basket through the store like you are on America Ninja Warrior became a thing? Enter at your own risk

The absolute most dirtiest, cluttered, and unorganized family dollar I’ve ever been to. Floors extra dirty, numerous of pegs empty, stuff everywhere that the staff doesn’t know where to find anything. How can they even run a store like this. Boxes everywhere! Trip hazards everywhere. The staff doesn’t care and I feel like they don’t care how the store looks. The outside tells the story. The windows omg just don’t go! Walmart is next store go there smh you will have better luck. I promise. I didn’t even want to give this store 1 star. The checkout area looked like a cyclone hit it. I’ve been visiting this location since I moved to the area and at first I thought they were moving things around etc. I’ve been living here for almost a year and I swear it’s getting worse. This is a non bias review. I hate to see businesses look like this.

They need to make it accessible, all things are everywhere. No enough walkways

I attempted to go @ 9:54 on a Friday night and doors were locked. I understand that you may be tired, lazy, or have a lot of work to complete, but this is not professional practice. I rarely go to this location because its untidy. I will not return.

Something is not really ok... no prices shown above the items, in 90% of the cases, very bad customer service, and very messy, constantly

I hate this store! the manager always has an attitude..the store is always junky! and they always have their items stocked in the wrong place an never honor what the item is advertised what its priced for!! they had all of their bella clear storaged tub stocked an advertised for 9$ when i get to the register it rings up dpr 12.50$ i told her all of them in the back were im the 9$ spot the manager gives me an attitude as if i did something to her! she never hardly ever smiles,or speaks and is really rude. She needs an attitude readjustment ASAP. In the meantime i will be taking my.business across the street to Dollar General where the people there ALWAYS SPEAKS, and the manager ALWAYS SMILING and shes super friendly! and the store is well stocked..cleaner....nicer.....and a lot CHEAPER!

HORRIBLE!! The worst customer service ever!!! The cashier/ manager of the store threatened to call the police on me because she said I was disrespecting her. I came in to the store to return a speaker because it wasnt working, and she told me we cant refund items that have been opened. WHAT SENSE DOES THAT MAKE?? How are we suppose to know if the speakers are working if we dont open the box and test the item out?? She said it was store policy. Well the store policy does not make any sense. I asked for the corporate office and she refused to give me the number. I asked for her name and she also refused to give me that as well. She proceeded to raise her voice at me and my parents and threatened to us to leave the store. I asked for the number but she still refused to give that to me. I called corporate but no one answers. So, I am writing this review hoping others would read this, and reconsider about going to this store and wasting your money and time.

This place is never organized. Shelves are always a mess with clutter all down the isles. You can tell the floors havent been mopped for some time (spills all over the place). And customer service has oppertunity of improvements too.

This place has the worst customer service!!! Had to wait for a cashier to get a guys phone number before I was checked out and she stayed on her phone the whole transaction.

The store owner is shady and paranoid. I used to go in there store all the time until two years ago when then cashier told me that the police has been called on me. The store manager took me outside and when I asked what I did I was told It doesnt matter you cant be here.

Very slow and along wait in line Ill rather drive 10 minutes away to other family dollars than come back to this one ... And they need to clean the place up its very nasty and crap .
