Such an unexpected discovery to find this cozy and original coffee stand in a Medical building lobby.My new favorite: The Mexican Mocha. A light blend of spice to add a grounded warmth for today’s cool foggy morning.I also tried the Horchata Cold Brew which is an absolute delight. The house-made Horchata complements a smooth cold brew coffee and topped with light spices.Some light breakfast and lunch fare such as croissants, danishes, muffins, and quesadillas in addition to grab-n-go style cafe. The coffee really stands out.

LOVE the horchata cold brew and the cajeta latte - I get them iced every time I visit this doctors office and it makes my DAY. The owner is also extremely friendly and the plain cold brew is top notch too! Delicious coffee beverages with a twist:)

Food is not good at all made extremely cheap and does not match the picture or ingredients used. Very disappointed couldn’t even bring myself to eat it.
