This place makes me hate Starbucks coffee. This is 09-22-21 and there is a buy a handcrafted coffee on the app get one free Saturday. Magically this location is not taking orders except by drive-through. oh and because I used to order here a lot I am used to this being my favorite at work based on location now my coffee automatically went to a store 14 miles away so no coffee. Never seeing my money again Starbucks in Tucker. Dont know maby after this Im done with Starbucks altogether. This was not the first problem here but it will be the last one for me at this location.

My go-to place. There’s a reason the line is always long as hell. Excellent customer service and the drinks are awesome.

One of my favorite Starbucks locations! I hope they are able to get more employees so they reopen on Saturdays and Sundays!

They are always out of everything literally. When you go you have to have backups for your backups in case they don’t have it. it does not matter which drink you get each time you come and order the same drink it’s gonna taste different. So it’s like a surprise each time.

On of the better locations I have been to! I have been several times and the ppl working the drive thru have always been over the top bubbly and energetic. The first time I went my drink was terrible, but since then they have been great so I have continued to go back.

Whats the point of having the mobile app open if you cant walk in the store to pick it up? Do they not realize people order ahead so they dont have to wait in the drive through line that moves at the speed of glacier melt. Heres an idea, if youre too slammed to open the building so people can pick up there orders, then close the mobile app, so that I dont have to wait in the drive thru line to pick up something that I now (looks at clock) ordered ahead 20 minutes ago! Thanks for making me late to work, would love to just be able to cancel the order but cant cause the app doesnt have that feature.

I ordered a refresher but wanted to add a sandwich to the order once i arrived at the window. I explained I did not see it posted. The gentleman told me I would need to drive around a second time for additional items. That certainly isnt customer friendly service.

The line always moves swiftly. This location tends to make my specialty drink just the way I prefer it.

Their beverages are good but they seem to always have issues with supply. All other starbucks Ive been to nearby never have these issues as often as this location.

Ugh....you all as a company have slid down the scale. Im moving back to Dunkin. They have everything on their menu. Now these rolling shortages, weird hours opening ( 11-4 pm) (6-2pm) out of everything. I bet CEO isnt hurting though. While staff is being slammed with trying to keep up.

The staff are ALWAYS friendly which is probably why the line is always around the building, but it’s worth the wait. They get the drinks right every time and they engage with the customers. This is one of my favorite Starbucks.

Very good coffee and caramel frappuccinos

Starbucks coffee is always good. However, this store is pokey in the drive thru. Too many cars waiting on drive thru line. we waited 20 mins for just two ice americanos. They need to come up with a plan to speed up.

This is hands down the best blonde latte I have had at a Starbucks! And “Will” ( I think) taking orders at the drive thru! Great! This is what Starbucks is supposed to be like. Thank u!

Make sure you have plenty of time to pick up your order. Store not open for pick-up. Line moves very slow. They had plenty of time to get the order right and still failed. Lucky to have even a 3 start.

The girls at the window were lovely they had my order ready when I pulled up and my dog got his puppuccino.

Been coming for years and they have always been great.

Check your drinks if you order anything that related to milk, mine was spoiled yesterday. Goodluck!!

Love this place great service! My concern only is the parking lot should and could be cleaner. I am very sick and tried of seeing plastic bags and debris everywhere.

Went in this morning to get a cup of coffee and two croissants did not want to wait in drive thru but because I went in the girl that makes the drinks purposely made me dead last the whole drive-through was cleared out so God for bid you go into a restaurant nowadays because they don’t want you in there they will make you wait

Desmond(not sure if thats his correct spelling) provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable in everything that I asked about. Kudos to this Starbucks! I will definitely be back.

I usually only review things when I have had a bad experience. However, my experience this morning at this location was so positive that I had to share. I went through the drive thru, and Becca (sorry if its misspelled) introduced herself, asked me how I was and made it seem like she truly cared. Having to wake up early for a meeting is not always easy, but that started my day off better than I couldve imagined!

This is our local Starbucks, the last few times my orders have been incorrect and even had missing items that were paid for. Last night put me over the edge, the customer service was terrible! I visit Starbucks often and ordered one of my favorites, caramel macchiato and my 3 year olds favorite chocolate croissant, then there’s my husband who doesn’t drink coffee and he tries to order a sweet tea… the lady immediately responds and was clearly annoyed that he was a novice at Starbucks lol…I talked him out of ordering anything just in case he didn’t like it and not to be wasteful. My order was almost $10 and when we get up to the window the clerk says oh I can’t take that, looking confused my husband tries to hand her a fifty dollar bill and she says I’m not taking anything over a $20.. what?! It’s almost 5pm and you don’t have 2 $20’s if that’s all you’re taking??? There was no sign and no mention of it when we ordered, unfortunately we didn’t have any cards with us and she could have cared less!! No offer of any resolution just a no drinks and no food for you! Ugggh, I was so excited to be out of the house and so looking forward to tasting my drink… then there’s my 3 year old who couldn’t understand why we left without her chocolate croissant again, last time they forgot to give it to us. So after waiting in line for 10-15 minutes we get nothing and nothing offered… the drinks were made and croissant heated up already, but I guess throwing it away was better than checking for change or comping it since “they” didn’t have 2 $20’s and some change in the til.

I am literally sobbing in my car outside their store from how amazing the staff is. I cannot remember their names for the life of me, but I came through the drive thru. The lady asked for my name, and I told her my name (Lumi). She asked how I was and I joked about how awful my day had been and she apologized for it. She asked what she could do to make it better. I asked her to make me the happiest drink she could think of, literally anything as long as it was dairy free and cold. It could be anything. She asked me to come around to the window and when I went to pay, the staff told me it was on the house. I started crying because it was just what I needed because my day really had been awful. The staff at the window cried with me and handed me my drink which was FREAKING AMAZING. It tasted like cookies and cream! PLEASE GO HERE. THE STAFF IS SO WONDERFUL AND I LOVE THEM ALL. I will NEVER go to another starbucks ever.

My hot mocha did not taste bad but it could have been a lil hotter.

Very busy, very friendly and courteous service. Might be helpful if Starbucks find out those who have placed mobile orders to get orders already made out of the way. Also, post signs about guest drive thru wait lines (where to stop, where to begin) to prevent any confusion. Thanks!

The location has recently been remodeled and has additional seating and updated interior walls that brightens the space. But seating is still difficult to find during peak hours.

Always love Starbucks...never disappoints. If there was ever any complaint...it would be theyre too busy. Not sure more staff would cure the problem cuz it would seem like then they would be in each others way. But either way, a small price to pay for an excellent coffee and/or snack!

I hate that were having a pandemic the drive-thru lines are very long but the coffee is so good so I patiently wait. I miss the time sitting in Starbucks sipping on my blonde roast coffee with no sugar no cream and a couple of espresso shots.

Wow I recieve great customer service every time I go there. One noted employee Zion is the best. He brightens my day each Sunday after church. My wife and I loved how nice he is.

I ordered a drink n then was standing there for a few minutes to charge my phone and the staff (one particular lady) was very rude and asked me to leave. When I requested to stay for a minute and charge my phone she asked me to stand outside knowing that it was raining and cold!Worse starbucks experience!!!

This place is wonderful! I’m never disappointed and the lovely young women Shai and Val always make my drinks perfectly! The whole staff is always so sweet too, 100% recommend this Starbucks!

Some of the waits they make you go through are just unbelievable. I go there at least once every 2 weeks. Most workers on the drive-thru window don’t have a sense of urgency, just chatting up with cars when there’s a big line behind. If a customer is being difficult or picky and wants to change for the second time, don’t make the big line keep waiting, they should make them go inside or tell them to pull up. They need to work on their efficiency.

Whats great about Starbucks is that theyve pretty well mastered what they are. This location is no different. They make great espresso drinks, have tasty snacks and a capable staff.Most of the folks here are fun and friendly too. This location can have a premium on seating and parking. One must follow the drive through around to get to some of the spaces.The space is wheelchair accessible and there is wheelchair parking. This location also has the New York Times!Its the best coffee house in the area.
