Told us our window would be in on a Thursday, they called on Friday that it was in, no big deal. Said they would install that day and call ahead. Never called. Called a few days later saying they would install and call ahead, never called but did show up to install. We paid 1/2 up front and were to pay 1/2 after. They called for the second half telling my assistant that they had left me several messages, which they had not. I called them back to pay the final half and they had already charged our card!

Much better experience than with my drivers door window a different company did.Star Glass recently installed my passenger door glass that was broken by thieves. This window actually goes up and down like it should.The tech that did the job even did an extra little favor of installing a clip on the drivers door that is almost right now.I am very happy with the job they did and the price was half what some other estimates were.THANK YOU STAR GLASS COMPANY.Im very happy with your job

I chose Starr Glass to replace a quarter-panel window on my vehicle that had been shattered. Their quote was significantly under my insurance provider, so I saved money, but the installation left my vehicle with bits of glass audibly trapped behind interior body panels. During a follow-up appointment a technician was able to remove most or enough of the trapped glass such that I dont hear anything now. All the Starr employees I dealt with were polite and courteous.

The office staff was very efficient, the prices were very competitive, the work they did (replace glass in an etagere) was excellent and the delivery guys were very thorough.

A little over a year ago I had my front windshield replaced by the Star Glass Company and was very please with the service at that time. Then, the other day we received a rock chip. I called Star Glass and spoke with Andrea. She was extremely helpful and scheduled a Free chip repair. The next morning, PJ showed up at the house (on time) and quickly repaired the windshield. We just had Star Glass tint the windows at our new office building. We have a security issue where you can see in at night and wanted additional protection from potential theft. I had a quote very quickly and was able to schedule the install for the same week. Their crew showed up on time and installed quietly and respectfully while we were still working. The tint looks perfect! Ron recommended going mirrored so it was harder to see through. I stayed late last night to double check the way it would look at night. I called my insurance today and they sent me to a company. I wanted to make sure I got an OEM windshield and they could not guarantee that. Star Glass said no problem and had it done within 4 hours of my phone call. The tech was awesome, he called when he was on the way. He was fast efficient and cleaned up better than when he started. I rarely leave reviews, but the professionalism of this company was so terrible that I felt others looking for an honest glass company would appreciate this. My husband called this company last week to get a quote on seals for 3 of our window panes. The quote we were provided after speaking with Vanessa was $587. We were then told that if we wanted to schedule with the company that they had to drive out to our home to measure the windows themselves (even though my husband had already done this). They said they would charge us $45 to do so. However, we were assured by Vanessa that the price would only vary slightly from the $587 quoted over the phone. After we had the company in our home the next day we got hit with a quote for $963! We called to ask why the actual quote varied so greatly from the estimate and we were told maybe we didnt know it was windows on the 2nd story. Im pretty sure that if this was important for almost doubling our quote that Vanessa shouldve asked about this. Of course we wont be using this company to replace our glass so my husband simply asked to speak with the supervisor to get our $45 back since it seemed fraudulent to quote $587 over the phone and then $963 after coming in person. He was denied the right to speak to the manager or supervisor. This seems dishonest and unprofessional. Please dont use this company -they will rip you off!

Star Glass is a first-rate local glass company. I have had several opportunities over the last 10 years to use their services and have not been disappointed. Their staff and technicians go above and beyond to help you resolve your glass breakage problems. My last glass replacement was for my Jeep rear glass which was broken. I purchased an after-market top and unfortunately was unable to have it repaired immediately. The part had to be ordered out of Mexico which was not Star glass companys fault. The crew gave me information that was helpful in fabricating a temporary rear window for my Jeep until the replacement window arrived.

They’ve replaced my windshield twice on the same car. The first time, I thought the person who installed my window did all the necessary calibration (I was told that he did, but now I’m wondering if that never happened). I was pleased with the service and liked that they came to me. So, the second time my windshield was cracked, I went with them again. They came to my work to replace the windshield both times, and both times they were professional, which was nice.However, two nights after the second windshield installation, I received a text from a random number who asked me when I wanted to schedule my lane assist recalibration. I called Star Glass the next morning, and found out that, apparently, they contract out the lane assist calibration. This wouldn’t be an issue, but no one bothered to tell me (and the first time the windshield was replaced, I was never told at all that I should take it somewhere to be calibrated). Now, I have to find time to take it to be calibrated on the complete other side of town before I leave for a road trip in two days. Had anyone told me about this before I got my windshield replaced, I could have planned significantly better. Now, I also wonder if I’ve been driving for nearly half a year (since the last replacement) with an uncalibrated lane assist, thinking it was calibrated.

I made an insurance claim for glass replacement on my front windshield. I received a call the next day to arrange service. When I returned the call the next morning, I was pleasantly surprised to learn I could have the work done later that day. Louis came to my workplace and replaced the windshield in about 30 minutes! Everything was done professionally and courteously. He explained what I needed to do/not do regarding the windshield in the next few days and left everything as clean as he found it. I brought my wifes car to repair 2 chips on the windshield. They took in my car on time, and fixed the chips within 30 minutes. It was a quick in-and-out, exactly according to schedule, and the repairs are beautifully done. My wife couldnt even see where the repairs had been made! Very professional and pricing is reasonable. The Star Glass shop is now standing at the corner of Grant and Stone, in the garage building where National Glass used to be, and their corporate offices are in the back building as shown on the map. You cant miss the shop: its white with a red sign across the front. Turn on Stone (from Grant) to park in front of the back building. This was a 5-star experience.

I purchased a vehicle at Thoroubred Nissan which turned out to have a hairline crack in the windshield that wasnt noticeable until it started traveling.but the dealership refused to replace it. My insurance company referred me to Star Glass and I am so glad they did! Star Glass came to my home and replaced the windshield with a brand new one which is slightly tinted that my old one didnt have. They were early for the appointment and did a beautiful job. This company was recommended for my auto insurance – State Farm. They travel on site to replace your windshield, and I was impressed with how they arrived within their timeframe, and the technician was polite and worked effectively. I was asked not to drive the car for at least 30 minutes (this was installed at 10am), so I waited until the late evening to go get groceries. Unfortunately, under the street lights, multiple hairline scratches were apparent on my passenger side windshield. This was simply disappointing, as when you get a windshield installed you expect it to be new, and not have scratches already. Perhaps the technician scratched the windshield during installation, but nevertheless still disappointing.

I love how fast and efficient this company is! I also like that they can fix a rock chip so I’m not replacing the entire windshield every time.

By the afternoon Mark showed up to look it over and get the measurements. He was very friendly and let me know what was needed. It was an insulated glass panel so it needed to be ordered. They put in the order and already had it on hand by the next Wednesday. Henry showed up Wednesday afternoon to do the install. Henry was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job installing the new glass panel. It all looks good. I would definitely recommend Star glass for your glass needs.

I had a window that was broken at work. I call them up and they had somebody out here the next day to give a quote. A few days later they were calling me up to install it. It was a few day because they had to get the glass tempered. Their guys shows up to install it, which took no time at all. The best part is he even cleaned up all the broken glass that was both inside and outside of the window. Which I was not expecting at all.

Good service nice people! However, the installer came to my office wearing sweat pants I did not even know it was an installer he did not introduce himself as the installer from Star Glass he just said I am here to fix your window. I found that to be a bit strange. I am not sure If I will use this company again for this reason being it is a bit unprofessional though a nice man but should represent the company better than that.

Would have given zero stars but not an option. Went to this company to repair a chip. When I got my car back the chip was repaired but now my windshield is cracked. They will not guarantee there work, wanted to charge my insurance for a new windshield. Do not let Fernando work on your glass. Awful business!

Amazing experience, some of the nicest people you will ever meet. I had my windows tinted by them in the past and they did a phenomenal job, and I just had my windshield replaced due to a crack from a rock. They came to my work to do the replacement which was super convenient for me, and BJ was extremely nice and knowledgeable, and had the job done in about 30 minutes and explained everything I needed to know in detail. I called 3 companies to get a quote on replacing an exterior window with a broken seal. Of the 3 I called, one company gave a quote on the phone and wanted 50% before coming out to estimate; 1 company made an appointment to come out and measure/estimate ONLY to cancel 10 minutes after they were due to show. Needless to say, we did not reschedule. Star Glass was the only company who did what they said theyd do: showed up for the appointment to measure/quote, competitively priced, installed earlier than the expected date, and have stood behind their work/product. Only 1 minor issue was fully resolved in a timely fashion. Very professional company.
