Highly recommended

I was very pleased with the initial work Mike did on my 1986 944 Porsche, however the second piece of work was for Mike to order a rear hatch glass, with trim and install it on my car. The order was placed on may 21st 2017 and as of July 22nd, there have been nothing but excuses, failed onsite commitments, etc. Mike was to show up today and he did not respond to phone calls, text messages, etc. As a result I WOULD NOT use Mike and Pro-Image Glass. Mike seems to be a good guy yet his lack of responsiveness and commitment is a 1 star failure.

I had them replace my windshield back in November, and everything went smoothly...until I realized that I never received my $75 cash back that was advertised to me. I have called him 3 times with no answer or call back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Ive used Pro Image auto glass for many years. Ive Always had a great experience with them. Theyve replaced glass in all of my commercial vehicles, my personal vehicles, and my vintage trucks.My wife is really picky about who works on her new mustang. She trusts them and has been happy with their work, professionalismn and how clean they leave her car.Their the only glass guys Id refer to my friends and family.Thx Mike. One of the best glass companies in Tucson, They replaced my windshield on my Nissa Maxima and did a terrific job they even came to my work and did it in the parking lot, and all the insurance calls were real smooth, I will for sure use this company in the future.

REVIEW PENDING CONTACT FROM OWNER/owner has not responded to my requests either on this site, E-mail, or repeated telephone calls where messages were left. Either there are unethical practices going on with the company or an agent they have in employ to rake in business is scamming prospective customers and the insurance companies in order to make commission or whatever arrangement the agent and the owner of Pro Image have. In this case, the person acting as agent was working out of a car wash at Silverbell and Grant. He is no longer there. Says the owner wanted to charge him $1,000 per month to work out of the car wash-which is false. From my inquires, he had complaints against him at the car wash. If the company doesnt know about this, all they need to do is contact me. Im in the process of submitting a complaint to the BBB to receive my $100 rebate promised me by the agent and written on invoice.
