A very knowledgeable local guy running a bike shop from his home. At first glance it may seem a little questionable, but It goes to show never judge a book by its cover. I was able to test out all the bikes and get a feel for what I wanted. Very affordable electric bikes!

Would not shut up. Knows stuff. He needs a dog to talk to all day. And hes covid perioniod.

Fermin is a guy who I refer to as a friend. He took super care of me and my wife and gave me not just a very fair deal but followed up after the sale when we had an obstacle. If he seems standoffish its because hes trying to avoid Covid. I dont blame him. He will stay 6-8 feet away from everyone and some may find this peculiar. I wish everybody took this pandemic as seriously as he does.

Rude service only gave 1 star to leave review!! I Will not lose money at this place. Was reffered here by battery store on Wilmot drove ways to get there too. I Made sure i called the battery place and told them how rude this man was so they wouldnt reffer people there anymore. I told the man my bike was a 24 volt and he was just RUDE RUDE RUDE!! Charging $45 for a cut up charger attached with electrical tape and labor what labor i went for a charger not labor!! I asked how would i know that works he said it will work because i said so thats why ! Nope dont think so IF he was not so fudgen rude i would have paid!!! i just went there because my kids wanted to ride now. i got in my car my daughter told me mom i hope you didnt buy from that grouchy old man because he was so RUDE!!!!! NOPE!!!!! They told me mom we will wait just ordered online (i did for half the price! ).... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EXTREMELY RUDE!!
