Took my 9yo to get her ears pierced. She was nervous but said it didnt even hurt! They made sure she was comfortable as well as mom and dad. It was nice to be talked through the process and know what was going on. Would definitely recommend 👍

We love Hector. This is the second time using him for piercing. 2 years ago he pierced my daughters septum and today we went in for 3 of us to get pierced. He did a vertical labret on me, dimple piercings on my eldest daughter, and a nose piercing for my youngest daughter. All came out perfect. Thank you Hector!!!

Hector Noriega is fantastic! I have had my septum pierced twice in California. The first one was far too big and uncomfortable, so I took it out. Two years later I got it done again- same thing, except the pain was less.Hector was painless (just a little pressure). The jewelry is perfect. He is absolutely a professional. I wholeheartedly recommend him and the place as well.

When i came in to get my philtrum peirced they were nothing but amazing and professional and i had a wonderful time. This is why i was extra dissapointed when a month later i had an issue with my piercing so i came back in to see whats wrong with it where i then waited 45 minutes under the impression the piercer called and was running late. I then am told they arent returning calls or texts. Then i overhear that there was a party the night before with coworkers there and that the bosses and peircer among others were likely just not coming in due to hangovers or whatnot. I am very sad that this happened as i have very limited time to come to the shop due to working graveyards and therefor being nocturnal. So now i am just hoping that another shop can help me if i can make it to one during my 45 to 55 hour work weeks of graveyard shifts. I hope the young lady im told was scheduled that day cares more about her job and her profession than to do this often but the employee didnt seem surprised by her no call no show. God i wish my job allowed that. I dont want to sound like a karen or rude. Again my initial visit was amazing and i still want to give them a chance i just am very sleep deprived and dissapointed with this particular experience today.

I took my daughter to get her nose and her navel pierced, and we were immediately greeted. Abstract was the piercing tech who who took care of her. He was professional and courteous. He explained in detail all the care and precautions their company takes before we started. Then he told us step by step the procedures during the piercing process. After the piercing was over, my daughter became light headed and nauseated, and Abstract was fully prepared to care for her then too. Went in on Sunday to get the other side of my nose and tongue pierced and was seriously blown away by Abstract. Such a nice, caring and professional dude with amazing energy who WILL take care of you and go the extra mile to give you an awesome experience. Never had piercings go so smooth and have such minimal pain and swelling afterwards. Two days later and with proper care, they hardly hurt at all! Hector is absolutely awesome. My whole family uses him. He’s on time, professional, calm, caring, and just so nice. Was in and out in 10minutes, and my piercing is as centered and straight as can be. He gives you an actual booklet (not just printed out sheet of paper) with all the care cleaning instructions. It’s nice to be able to read it later at home in case you forget all the timeframes. I recommend him to everyone who wants a piercing, always.

It was amazing I took my daughter there for her birthday and she got her nose pierced by Abstract and so did my other girls. So this beautiful bear of a man was brought into my life for unfortunate reasons but Im so happy to have met him! His name is Hector Noriega. He was actually referred to my wife for some work she was looking into getting. He came highly recommend and is highly respected in the industry. You see I was seeking help for my migraines to which a near loved one reminded me of a daith piercing. To which my soulmate and wife found my new friend and life mentor. See Hector is more than just a piercer. He has talents and knowledge on an intellectual and spiritual level to which I feel are found in very few people! He has been gifted and he is using his gifts for greatness and to help others. Remember you may not have the experience I did with him as you may not be on the same wavelength as me or him for that matter. I do know he was brought into my world and has changed me. He has given another tool to help with my migraines and is going to continue my care weekly/bi weekly so we can find the evil which pains my body and rid me of it for good. A piercing will not simply just eliminate your migraines but it is yet another tool in our tool bag, these are wise words from Hector himself.

I went in and theybwere quick and did exactly what was expected of them. My wife only wanted an ear hole made which was done successfully. I cannot speak for other things there but with regards to piercings they did great.

Went to Enchanted Dragon for dermals. Abstract was the one who placed them. He was incredibly professional and took his time making sure the placement was correct and very thorough in explaining aftercare.It was kind of pricey but he cares, takes his time and explains their sanitation and everything that can and should be new, is.Id highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely go back to him again.

I got my cheeks peirced about three days ago. The piercer did really well there was no pain and it turned put great!! Also if anyone was interested just know it wont be pierced with a lebret peircing but the ones with the gems.

I went in to get the daith piercing. I suffer from horrible migraines and have been looking for remedies. I met with Shelly first and she spent time with me and made me feel comfortable with the daith piercing and Hector was my piercer and was AMAZING! Such a warm and gentle soul! My daughter and I both got our septum pierced by Hector about 6 months ago. He was super friendly and made us both feel comfortable. Both of our piercings turned out straight and look extremely well. He made sure we knew how to take care of them and also gave us great follow up care packets. With those, he also made sure we had his number in case we had an issues or questions later on. I was referred by Smiley Boy Tattoo to see Hector for a piercing for my daughter.I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism Hector displayed. I originally visited the shop 2+ years ago to get a Daith piercing. Hector was my piercer and was amazing! Took time to talk to me about his experience and how he became certified with that type of piercing. Made me feel so confident!Jump to today, I called to see about getting info on a nose piercing for my daughter. Person who answered was patient and informed me of everything I would need. I arrived with my daughter and even though the lobby was full, the artist was patient and very friendly. The same artist pierced my daughters nose and I have to say I was so happy that I came back to this shop. The piercer (name started with an A) was kind, gentle and took his time with my daughter. While I was there I saw Hector, who I’m sure didn’t even remember me since it’d been so long, but when I told him he did my daith he asked me how things were going and gave me tips to help with my migraines.I absolutely would recommend this shop to anyone that would listen. This place is ridiculous I went about a week and a half ago to get my piercing and my piercer abstract was AMAZING and my piercing was doing good still, then the ball fell off and I had to go get a new one when I went in I paid for the ball as expected and I just needed help to put it back on but they wanted to charge me just to help put the jewelry back on. I was so upset I always go there for piercings and just needed help to put on the ball but they wanted to charge just to help with that.

Not too crazy about the help behind the counter (not very enthused to have been working for whatever reason but hey, it was Sunday and mothers day....) anyway, the tattoo artist took the time to answer my questions about adding a birth-date and day of decease w/ a R.I.P. and possibly something else under my daughters mothers name who we lost to Fn cancer in Oct. 2020. I mentioned that Keely (owner/operator/artist) had done the work Tina w/ blue eyes back in 1994...he said wow, thats cool man, her son works here now and will be in on Wednesday I thought that was really cool of him to mention that and not try to snatch up the job. Im typing this on a Tuesday night....I will be there tomorrow to either get er done with Keelys son or at least get it scheduled with him. Glad to see the Dragon is still slinging ink and other accessories. Tucson landmark for sure!!!

I am unsure as to why all of these reviews refer to this establishment as professional, but we are going to figure it out together. I have been in this shop 3 times. Each time I worked with a different piercer, bar the 3rd time, which I will get to. The first time I came in, I needed a ball on my new septum piercing (pierced at a different shop) to be retightened a day after it had been pierced and the gal who helped me was incredibly nice and gave me a lot of helpful tips which I used to help my piercing heal. She was nice, but definitely overworked and this reflected in her personality a little. She was being rushed by people coming in as well and had no help with her. She knew what she was talking about though and I had no issues as a result and was very happy with the shop, so I came back a second time 2 months later to get new jewelry. Their jewelry selection is limited for septums and also very basic, but Im still happy with what I got. My piercer did make me bleed a little bit, but I came to expect that when first changing the jewelry, and he did seem to be equally overworked and understaffed as the last piercer as well. My piercer was a man this time, but again, no problems or real issues, this place sounds fine right? Well, I thought so too. Until the 3rd visit. I went in with my mother and 14 year old sister yesterday (it was my birthday and my sister wanted a piercing so we WERE in good spirits), and were greeted by Natural Light Santa Clause, who was on the phone and preceeded to have a conversation with us and whoever was on the phone at the same time, which was annoying and rude enough as it was, not only to us but to the person on the phone as well. He crudely interrupted my mother (do it again and Ill rock you) to say we needed a birth certificate and ID for my sister, and rudely assumed I was her mother (I just turned 26???? HELLO?) and that my sister doesnt even have an ID, so hes being rude to all of us at this point. My mother and sister had already gone in once prior to picking me up as well, so this was NEVER told to them upon their first visit and so we left, beyond disappointed, insulted, and very sure we never wanted to support that man or his establishment again, even though we couldve easily come back prepared for them. Heres a big tip to the gas station gremlin we had to deal with, who I believe is a manager or the owner: You dont know what you dont know about your customers, build rapport first before you start interrupting people, get off the motherf***ing phone, and lose some weight. Maybe you will happier and so will your employees. I will no longer waste my time on a shop that isnt even a happy shop or a fun one to be inside of. Get a personality, for both the shop and whoever the face of Mangey Beard Products LLC is.

I got my nose pierced by Abstract about a month ago. Its healed beautifully! He was very professional and answered all my questions. You can clearly see the passion he has for his profession. Id definitely go back to him if I want another piercing.

We were greeted rudely at the door by a guy who had no time for us, we were shirked off onto a tattoo artist who wouldn’t even look at us while he was preparing for a tattoo he was about to do in a couple mins. If you don’t have time, just say so. No reason to treat us badly.Just another tattoo shop full of artists with stuck up, bad personalities.

Called at 7pm to book an appointment and was told they don’t book over the phone 1st come 1st served policy. So I Drove 20 minutes to the shop just to wait 2 hrs for 1 girl who wasn’t even before me. I arrived 7:36 and waited all the way until 20 mins before they close 11:45 pm just for the guy to tell me I had to pay 180 to 200 bucks for a small name tatoo I agreed to get because the original tattoo I wanted ...”had to be booked for an appointment” literally wasted 4hrs of my life just for them to try to overprice me toward there closing time RIDICULOUS

I called a lot of places to ask about wearing masks & sanitizing. I did not get great answers. When I called Enchanted Dragon they patiently answered all my questions.I went first thing the next day to get my nose pierced. Hector is beyond amazing. He was so calm & listened to everything. He helped me pick the spot & side. It was so quick & I can’t be more thrilled.They also had soap & saline spray. They outlined cleaning & told me I could call or text anytime with questions.Hector also pierced it with a gorgeous sparkly stud, exactly as I’ve wanted for 30 years & never did.If I choose to change the piercing in 6 weeks, I will definitely come back!

I, along with two gal pals decided to get our noses pierced. We had been thinking about it for a bit and decided carpe diem! one Saturday. Initially we had looked at another very specific place in town that did only piercing but they were booked out for a number of weeks and had limited hours. I had visited Enchanted Dragon prior getting a couple of tattoos at their sister shop Modern Art, and knew they had a strong piercing following/area. First come, first serve it was.We arrived and had to wait roughly 45 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. I got the sense it was a standard busy time for them so you may want to call and find out when their slower times are if you are crunched for time. Once it was our turn though, we were treated like VIPs by Abstract.This guy takes his craft very seriously, along with full blown sterilization which is HUGE right? He was incredibly informative from start to finish, sweet as a sno-cone on a hot summer Tucson day and really took fantastic care of us. He gave us his IG information and encouraged us to reach out if we had any issues or questions. The bonus is knowing once healed, we can come back for $5 and he would switch out our starter jewel for our permanent.

Kind of feels like a bad atmosphere when you walk in there only ask a few questions how to get a note piercing and they kind of acted like we were dumb cuz we didnt have the right things so we kind of said left and we didnt go back

Professional really clean and nice people

Kyle was my artist and he did a good job on it. Front side feels like it has more detail than the back for sure. Was also told they do touch-up for life for free but when I reached out and asked he was off that day and I never got a reply. He also started to fill in over an old tattoo and just stopped so it looks a little off. And its not all the way wrapped around. I paid for a half sleeve but it stops just below the bend in my arm on one side and goes up higher on the other. Not bashing Kyle in any way tho. Still looks dope. Just wish I could have gotten an actual half sleeve and had the rest of my old tat covered since he started it already. Either way I would recommend this shop to anyone and hopefully I can get the rest figured out.
