If I could do less than one star I would. The couple that run Splash Water are probably the most unprofessional people to work with. Back in January of 2021 I had a delivery scheduled and it rained the night before. The lady from Splash Water called up on the morning of the delivery, was very nasty and threatening and said that if their truck gets stuck during the deliver that I will have to pay for the towing… I don’t think that’s anything that you can force a customer to do especially since there’s no signed contract. Thus, I was not comfortable using them on a regular basis since that time and have not used them since. I then called to get an emergency water delivery. The owner called back and was very rude, very threatening, and very vulgar and told me to go to you know where because I have not called them since January of this year. Do some diligence and avoid using this company if at all possible.

When you live in the desert and your well goes down. The stress to make sure water is available can be overwhelming. Thank you so much to the owner of splash water for being helpful and understanding and juggling the schedule for us to fit in. I really cannot thank them enough. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs water delivered.

Cant leave negative stars and should be able to. I ordered water from them they called to confirm at 5pm for 5am to 6 am delivery time that they picked way to early for me but I need water so i get up at 445 am turn on the lights. Wait and wait at 734 am I hear a truck on the corner I go see. its Tim he couldnt find the street so I show him where its at he then said he cant deliver he wont drive his truck in here I had a shipping container full of stuff delivered by a plus towing company they had no problem was in and out with a truck that size and a shipping container that is much bigger than the water tank so for this reason I will never call them again

Last summer, my sister call me frantically to tell me that we ran out of water and that Helmet Peak Assoc Inc wouldnt deliver to us, as you see it was just before a holiday. She was able to get Tim from Splash to bring us water, turns out we didnt need water just new pressure valves, once Tim was able to diagnose I was able to replace the bad parts and we had water, Thanks Tim. Its not always about getting water, its also helping others.

I have called when I have run out of water with my new system two times now and both times were willing to get me water as soon as they could. They are extremely friendly and always willing to help and talk me through issues they may be able to help with. The delivery man is super friendly and helpful as well they are great. So glad a friend told me about them.

I just used Splash for the second time and highly recommend their bulk water delivery service. I used them to fill my pool originally six years ago and then again this weekend to change out for fresh pool water. Donna handles scheduling and is very accommodating and communicative. Tim handles the delivery and is very dependable and easy-going. Both times he stayed late to get the job done in one day with nine round trip loads to fill up my extra large pool. I highly recommend Splash and will definitely use them again next time. Thanks Donna and Tim!

We have been using Splash Water out in Sahuarita for almost a year now. They have always been on time, very friendly. Today I had an issue with our pump when they came and the gentleman even helped me get the water under control so we didnt just waste a bunch of water. Over and above what he had to do, and I so appreciate it. We look forward to using Spalsh Water for years to come !

Be careful with using this company. The owner Brad is intimidating and harassing to the point where a report was filed with the police and the better business bureau. There are other companies out there to use such as Helmet Peak, Tucson Bulk water, ect. Do your researc, however stay away from Splash.
