Coolest fricken thing! They have water pumps on drop down hoses with touch guards on em! I got a riot out of filling my water here. Worth it convenient shelf for your water tanks and if per say you have a pickup and youre tanks are in the bed you could fill em in itππ. Perfect for overlanders . Great service and very pleasant employeeβββββ
No taste which means good filtered water. Good prices and friendly staff.
Nice people work there. Its good water
Unless you drink the tap water, not recommended for many reasons, then anyone moving to Tucson will soon discover that purchasing purified water is the only sensible solution in this town. I highly recommend Water Street Station for their exceptional staff and delicious water. I actually look forward to filling my bottles because the people are so helpful and friendly. Note, Water Street Station has three shops in town. If youre a cyclist and passing by you can fill your bottles for no fee! Sweet deal.
Very easy to fill up heavy water jugs with their long water hose and drive thru! Fair price.
The water taste good, although it is $1 a gallon. I wouldnt be upset if the price decreased a bit.
Friendly staff prompt and courteous definitely worth the visit if you get water
Really helpful and friendly staff, wide inventory of water reservoir products, and most importantly delicious water at a reasonable price. Its also really fun to fill up water containers here with the pulldown hoses!! :)
We love Water Street Station! We get all the water for our shop from there. It is always an easy and smooth experience getting water from them. All the employees are very friendly and helpful. They always aid us in refilling our jugs (we have 8 or 9 5-gallon jugs at a time!), which is great. Highly recommend!
Great tasting water, friendly staff and very reasonable pricing.
The only place I fill my water bottle.
Best purified water in town. Forget shady vending machines, this is worth every penny.
Ive been going here for a very long time, and I cant imagine going anywhere else. Its always clean, staff are consistently wonderful, Mark cares genuinely about his team and about providing the best water available. It is unique in Tucson. The water in town is not healthy to drink for people or pets; Water Street Station has the only water service that does not distill its water (good for fasting but not for daily consumption), provides education about good water practices in general and transparency about their business and operation.I wouldnt trust my water health to anyone else.
Cant ask for a better, easier, less expensive way to get perfect and refreshing water. The staff is very helpful and will happily fill your bottles if you need them to. They have a nice punch card you can use to get free water. If you are able to, be sure to buy one of the water plans. You will save money & it is convenient. Have been going here for about 20 years and they have stayed consistently stellar all these years.
At a dollar a gallon for water there are better options and friendlier service.
Today I went to this water station and had a very unpleasant experience. I overheard your employee talking on the phone bad mouthing her coworkers, she watched me pull up and proceeded to stay on the phone and did not come out to help.
So glad I stopped buying small water bottles and switched to WSS. Delicious water and good service
Good water, sales pressure is waaaaay to high.
I have been buying water from this company for about a year-and-a-half. I love this place! The water is always great and the facilities seem to be well taken care of. The staff that works here are always willing to help out whenever asked. They also have some pretty good deals in that if you buy the water up front, in bulk you can get a pretty good price for the water. All in all this is a great place.
So easy to get your water. Water tastes like a its from a glacier. The staff is so friendly and super helpful. I love this place. I go to CC $ Grant!
Absolutely terrible customer service. I have never been here before (Country Club location), so naturally I was a bit surprised to find $5 for a 5 gallon jug was the price given it is nearly 300% higher than other nearby options. I asked if they did something more than their competitors to which I was told its way beyond reverse osmosis. Thats a bit too vague for me (she couldnt elaborate further what way beyond actually means) and given this employees disposition, she didnt exactly instill any confidence. I politely passed on the purchase to which she responded to another person with her (while pointing at me), he dont have any idea. This is of course is true because I still dont know what filtration mechanism is way beyond reverse osmosis, but nonetheless she was incredibly rude. As a business owner myself, I would be horrified to have an employee like this (3.30pm Monday, March 30th). As such, I could only highly recommend that you avoid this place at all cost.
My favorite spot to re up on H2O. Lets be real... Those 5 gallon jugs are heavy .. but water Street station staff will help you fill up your jug and even put it in your car for you. You can even drive up to the water dispensers. This place is like fast food drive thru service for water refills.
Have been going here for 20+ years and have never been disappointed with either the services given or the water. They have water plans for purchase as well which gives you a discount per gallon. There is a punch card as well and when completed you are entered in a monthly drawing for free water. Both my mother and I have won (I have won twice!!) so it legit.
I can not thank the lovely lady Enough for helping me even tho you didnt have to thank you. Unexpectedly in this time considering of the virus. Ill have to come here for water from now on.
Re all helpful, very good on safety.
Quality filtered water, my familys favorite spot.
I love getting my water from Water Street! You can taste the difference the water is compared to filling up at one of the water stations at a gas station or grocery store.
The water is fantastic and the vast majority of the staff are so nice and very kind. They always help us when we come in to refill and even remind us what plans can help save us the most money.But... there are two employees that have made me not want to be a patron of WSS. The woman that usually closes the Country Club location on Sunday evenings has twice now given me a bad impression. The first time I came in at 5:45, she gruffly complained, Everyone ALWAYS come in right before closing time! Today my husband and I were there at 5:54 and she had locked up all but two of the water dispensers. Then when I purchase the gallons, she says, I unlocked one of the dispensers for the other lady, I want to go home! Ive had a long day, you know!Im a nurse... I work 12-14 hours in a day. Im not done being a nurse before my shift is up, and I stay as late as I need to to finish my job. I expect the same from any local business. I hope to receive what I pay for without any complaint, especially since I was in and out of that parking lot before the clock even hit 6:00.Secondly, my husband and I stopped going to the 1st Ave location because one of the employees, although nice, continually made me and my husband feel uncomfortable because he always stared at my chest. Sometimes I would be too uncomfortable to even get out of the car at that location. But Ill say it again, everyone else that weve ever encountered there has been absolutely fantastic! We love seeing their smiling faces when we have to come fill up.
Staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. The water is the best I have ever tasted. The price packages are quite reasonable.
If you like water that tastes good and dont have a whole house RO system...go here. I do.
Been doing business with this store for several years and have never had a problem. Quality of the water is excellent and the employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Best water in town! The employees are always nice and helpful. I received 25 FREE gallons just for being a new customer!
The best tasting and best quality water available for retail purchase. Fair prices and friendly staff.
The water tastes really good, if you dont mind paying a little bit extra, very quick, in and out in just a few minutes.

Been visiting them for about a year. Ive had no issues, they come out and assist if you need it. Dont forget the loyalty card.
Always friendly and helpful. Great water, easy access, a bit more expensive than using the machines, but trust it more.
Great water, my cat likes it better....and she has a kitty fountain!
It is clean fast and very nice folkswork there.
Better and cleaner than those machines...
Service is great and the water cant be beat.
The woman was rude. She was upset when I handed her a $20 bill for a bottle of water under $2. Another customer paid for it and I never got my $20 back.
Friendly employees and great takting water.
Helpful people..conveniently located..quick service
