I was walking around the mall when some of the salesman asked me who my provider was. I explained to them I was with Verizon and wasn’t interested because I doubt they could beat the current deal I had. I do have a family plan with 5 phone lines and 3 tablets. They assured me that if I switched over I would get a better deal. I decided there would be no harm if they could actually get me a better price. Luckily for me they were able to get it cheaper than what I was paying. I also liked that they offered to pay out the remainder of my contract which I completely appreciated because it was a fair amount of money. The guy who helped me was professional, polite, and quick. He was knowledgeable and he really wasn’t haggling me to to get unnecessary extras which I feel typically happens. I also like that the manager who I believe was named Sebastian did also check to make sure I got everything I needed from the plan. He gave me his business card and told me I could reach him if I had any issues. I really felt appreciated as a customer since they were doing the little things that most places forget about. Definitely recommend you come to this location if you’re interested in a new cellphone provider.

I had the best shopping experience with Johnny and Alan - they were both super helpful and fun to work with. Johnny explained my upgrade options thoroughly making me feel very confident about my purchase. The only thing that I recommend is to T-Mobile- please cut down on the paper!! Just email all receipts and paperwork and save the environment

This store is by far the best store in Tucson. Everytime I come in I feel welcomed and well invited to the store. I get my answers to the questions I have in a fast and timely manner. Has the best customer service in town. Would recommend everyone with T-Mobile to come here. And those of you thinking of switching to come here also.

My wife and I had a great time we worked with one of the greatest guys there he helped us and answered all of questions. He also called the next day to make sure our daughter smartwatch was working. I would definitely be a long time customer!!!

I am very upset with the way I was treated at the Tucson Mall location. I looked online and saw that T-mobile was doing a promotion where I could trade in my old iPhone for a $200.00 towards a new one. So I called up the T-Mobile at the Tucson mall to get the details of this deal. After speaking to one of the associates he informed me that my iPhone 5C would be eligible for this promotion. He even went as far as quoting me a price for the iPhone X that I was inquiring about with the discount added. So I decided to go buy the new iPhone X and trade in my old 5C. Well when I arrived at the site I spoke to another associate and explained what I was trying to do. He literally laughed in my face. Then went on to talk about how my iPhone was old and not part of this program. I then explained to him that I had already been quoted a price over the phone and spoke to someone at this site about it. He then laughed and claimed it did not matter and that if I wanted to buy the new iPhone X I would need to pay full price. So then I asked to speak to a manager. I wanted to comment on the problem but more importantly the fact that the associate had disrespected me twice. The associate refused to get a manager so I walked out. I have decided that if T-Mobile is going to say one thing then do another this is not the type of company I want to deal with more importantly instead of apologizing for miss communication and working to find a solution to disrespect a current and up to now happy customer. I do plan on getting the new iPhone X after Christmas, but it will be with another carrier. I would sure like a replay or some concessions to help fix this problem.

This location is fantastic! Daniel and rest of the staff here are knowledgeable and friendly and really go above and beyond to provide the best customer service possible. Excellent experience, I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time and am completely satisfied with my experience.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had the best customer interaction with one of the greatest reps I have the pleasure of doing business with! I believe his name was corbin. Very professional and efficient, he convinced me to switch from Verizon, which mind you, I had for over 15 years. I couldnt pass on the great deals metro has to offer. This boy needs a raise- I never seen such a young man be so dedicated with his job and believe me, Ive dealt with plenty of young rude employees in my life span. Corbin is the man HAHA 👍😎

My daughter and I came I’m to the mall location last night after visiting 2 other T-Mobile stores and an Apple store. The service that we received at the 2 other T-Mobile stores was awful. The service that she received from this mall location was amazing!!! I would like to thank Adrian and Sebastian for working their butts off to get her phones fixed. They were friendly and professional. Thank you thank you thank you!

Chris was very helpful and got me everything I needed. Also told me he could lower my bill when I didnt even ask about it, but 15min later I was now saving an extra $40 a month! Never had a complaint about this store.

I went into the store to give the representative a piece of my mind, my bill was $150 too high. As I was irate with the company, David and Alex were there to greet me with care, and handled my situation. David broke down my bill for me and explained any and all misguided numbers. After speaking to David and Alex, I was content with my wireless service and also felt like anyone who goes to T-mobile for their wireless concerns, will leave fully satisfied and wanting to recommend people to T mobile. I was able to leave the store with a brand new Vehicle enhancement, as well as 2 Iphones!!!

Not one person spike to me when I went in. Had 2 people standing outside the door, asked if one was a manager. The African-American guy said yes. Told him what happened and he looked at me. I left. The girl came down and apologized and said she would help. I told her we have been customers for 6 yrs and no way was I getting anything from them. Poor customer service.

Not happy with metro at all, was told if my husband and I upgraded our phones back in feb that we both could get a rebate so I sent in both rebates come to find out 16 weeks later only one rebate per account. Employees need to be trained better and not to mis inform customer have been with metro over a year, will be switching to another carrier. Not happy at all

I noticed reviews for a different location, so let me clarify, this is the location in the Tucson mall just east of the food court. A few years ago this was the go-to spot for your metro pcs needs,but now it is understaffed and the staff that is there is less than helpful. This location and the sister locations that are owned by the same franchise owner do not seem to keep popular phones in stock. The locations at 1st and ft Lowell and the Prince and Fairview locations are a separate franchise who have not failed me yet with phones in stock.

So I just went throught break up and had a line through my ex-bfs phone line. I called this place up Nia answered and told me she could help me with getting my own line. Once I came in she greeted me with a big smile and got me started on transitioning me to my own line. It got a bit tricky to do so Sabastian, the manager, swooped in and took over the transition making it easier for me to have my own line. Thanks to their effort, I now have my own line and they were very helpful at giving me a tip to pay via bill pay so I can save an extra $5 on my bill. I have been with T-mobile for 13 years, on my own and through my ex, and will continue to do so because of their great service and great prices. Thank you!

Had to hold the hand if the employee helping me upgrade my phone, and Im not even the one being paid. Incompetent people here. Also the manager was MIA and the employees seemed to be covering for him. Dont waste 2.5 hrs here like i did. Go to a different location.

AWESOME experience at this T-Mobile store. I had trouble with my phones screen becoming more and more discolored this week, and I was confused because it had only been 8 months or so since I bought it. First, I went to a T-Mobile store across the street on Automall and the experience there was awful. Associates there told me that the screen discoloration wasnt covered by the warranty, and that they couldnt help me in any way unless I paid money to get to my jump point in contract to buy a new $700 phone. I wasnt sold, so I got a second opinion from the guys at the Tucson Mall location and was very impressed. A.K. helped me out by finding a solution perfectly catered to my needs, and the other associates in the store were also friendly and hospitable. They made sure a replacement phone would be available next-day in store, and were even very patient when my work schedule meant coming into the store right before closing on Friday night. A.K. wasnt working when I came back to pick up the new phone, but the other employees seemlessly transitioned to having my files switched over and picked up right where we left off the day before. Nothing but the best to say about the team theyve got going there right now--I never thought Id be impressed by customer service at a cell-phone store, but I highly recommend these guys to anyone. If youre looking for T-mobile in Tucson, check this store out.

Got to store at 830 pm, store closes at 900pm.. I paced around for a bit like fifteen minutes looking at phones and stuff while I was waiting.. fifteens minutes goes by and the two idiots that were working tonight didn’t even say hi or anything like wth... if ya can’t say hi or tell me ur gonna be with me in a minute or so then you really shouldn’t be working. Even then ur with a customer at least acknowledge that other customers are there by saying hi to us or something.. It’s really sad that the company takes chunks of money out of my pocket to give to these idiots that don’t even say hi..I literally stood there between the two islands with the two standing in opposit sides and neither said “hello welcome to tmobile .. we’ll be with u in a bit”’ nope..anyway I’m driving to Phoenix just ask one simple question...might as well since I drove 30 minutes to get to this store because it was recommended by a friend such a waste of time.

This store opens later then the sign says and people working here are extremely rude. The network sucks the phone drops calls a lot and the phone changes screens by its self and they say there is nothing they can do yet I just got the phone 3 days ago. I do not and will not recommend this store to anyine.

My passwords were continually being changed by an employee, causing my phone to repeatedly being shut off, couldnt go in and change anything on my phone, pay the bill or change password. I have lost business contacts, jobs and other financial losses due to the identity theft from this store. Metro PCS has shown zero concern for customers or a problem of this magnitude. We arent talking about data issues, or calls dropped, we are talking about identity theft. The owner Raphael Kim or manager Jake Kim ( I believe this is managers name) had no interest in speaking to us to rectify problem. I couldnt speak to family on christmas, brother on his birthday, Ive lost jobs, have none of my business contacts anymore (I work in music industry) and I live rurally, so store is 75 + miles roundtrip, hours spent on the phone with no results. I have lost quite a bit financially so please dont use this company ESPECIALLY THIS STORE AT ROGER AND ORACLE!!! I plan on filing a suit against this place. To tamper with ones financial life and commit identity theft is too far.

Ive been a loyal customer for over 15 years and this store restored my faith in T-Mobiles capacity for customer service. Having upgraded from an S7 to an S9 back in June, I was thrilled with the capabilities of this phone; unfortunately about a month-and-a-half into owning this phone the lower right-hand side of my keyboard stopped functioning correctly (i.e., ghost typing/non-responsive).I first took the phone to the T-Mobile store off of La Cholla/Ina and the service was horrific. Despite having device protection for my S9, the La Cholla associate didnt pull up my account or even inspect my phone to determine if any damage had occured; he simply told me that he couldnt help me (as he was texting) and that I should call up Samsung to try and have it replaced. Samsungs resolution was equally awful and would leave me without a phone for almost a month.After a month of trying to tough it out, I decided to give TMobile one more chance to remedy the situation. I was first greeted by Ryan, one of the floor associates at this location, and within 15 minutes, he had inspected the phone, determined that a replacement under warranty was warranted, and had a brand new S9 overnighted to the store. So I went from having no recourse to a brand new phone within 24 hours. Ryan also sold me on the new Samsung smart watches, which perfectly fit my active lifestyle.Cannot be more thankful for Ryan and the customer service that I received at the store. As another reviewer has stated, these guys are worth the drive.

This my 3rd month with MetroPCS, 1st 2months on a friends plan. Left Boost Mobile as Metro had very good internet connection where I live. Last week went to my own plan & bought a new LG Stylo4 but had to get a new number. They gave me a no. that was already registered to someone elses Facebook & Messenger accounts. Phone locked up after trying to go my FB and trying to protect both privacies. 1 call made and phone is a paperweight and this store refuses to honor their 7 day return policy shown on the receipt. Most expensive paperweight I ever bought. I give MetroPCS 1 star and that only because I have to give something not because deserve a star, they dont.
