Alain and Gabriel were very intelligent in helping me with my phone problem. They both gave primier customer service.I am a very happy customer. Great Employees.
Teresa and Gabriel are fabulous. Figured out the impossible. So happy!
The best team in town!
Very professional do not mind going there for anything they make you feel important and will help you with anything
I came in two days in a row and I can tell you that at least two of the staff members here are rude. I had them both tell me over and over that they are doing their job. Never offered an alternative solution. I even asked for an alternative. They said what alternative do you want? I dont know I dont work here. If you decide to go in there please work with someone other than Alex and Brain. I dont know the rest and I am sure they are fantastic.
Great experience at the newly converted Sprint to Tmobile store by Oracle and Wetmore here in Tucson! The staff worked hard to find us deals!
Expect your bill to change at times like this, I never complain about anything, I’m a simple man, but I’ve walked in this place 5 times, first time to get their service, the next 4 were for problems with billing and service. Sprint drops calls, doesn’t work internationally. They overcharged me and I’ve spoken to the manager at this place several times, he promised I’ll get the credit and I never see it, then I have to drive back to the store. You call the 800 number and they SEND you to the store, store where they solve NOTHING. And if they can’t solve it they tell you to call the 800 number. SPRINT is the worst phone company, don’t switch and don’t be tempted by their “phone deals” because they’ll scam you the first chance they get and they’ll say that they can’t do anything about it. First company that doesn’t solve THEIR mistakes. Thank for nothing and I’ll make sure to tell everyone on social media to not go to this store and not to get sprint.
Sprint is the worst service I have ever had. Not only was I lied to, I never see a bill at the price I was promised. I never saw a gift card for switching. The employees are trained to say anything to get you to switch. The man helped me must’ve known he was ripping me off because when he gave me his number if I ever had any problems he gave me the number to a sandwich shop. I’m seriously considering taking this to corporate because not only did all this happen but I found one of the employees taking pictures of my daughter on his cell phone.
Great customer service. I took my phone for repair, the tech guy was the first to offer us assistance, cant recall his name however his hair was long.
Oscar was excellent at the oracle store. He was very helpful and went out of his way to satisfy all of our needs. He was very knowledgeable and patient . He deserves a raise!
Using online advertising helped me understand the deals available to me at the time of my visit. The Staff at this Sprint Store were knowledge and technically advanced.By the door is a Tablet for Signing-In and the Store Management did their best to route customers to the solution available. If theres a good deal available, I believe these folks will do their best to facilitate the Plan or hardware to serve their customers.
I was dragged into the store with my Grumpy Ol Mom! We were immediately greeted by the staff! My mother only needed to get a phone cord but tried to talk me into getting a new phone! I was very hesitant, making a great deal of excuses! We were working with Oscar G, who despite my reluctance to upgrading, was very patient and answered all of my questions! He was very knowledgeable and great to work with! The staff was also hilarious as we engaged with all of them! This is a great store to go to and I would recommend going there with a great attitude and you will walk out with smile or laughing like we did! Of course I got a new phone with Oscar, he talked me into it and I do NOT regret it! Thanks Sprint Staff and thanks Oscar G!!
All staff rocked and was very helpful from the time I walked through the door until I left, had a great experience
I’m in from out of town and had to bring both of my phones (old and new) because the activation was having troubles completing. I stopped into the Oracle Wetmore location to get assistance. Juan Lopez was quick to help and very friendly. After a pleasant exchange while entering data we hit a speed bump and had to complete the activation with sprint customer service. Rather than sending me on my way with a phone number Juan took the time to dial sprint and wait for a rep before offering the phone to me. I completed my activation all while Juan patiently waited and even made confirmation my phone was ready to use before sending me on my way.I’ve been with sprint for 15 years and I’m very glad to have experiences like this one. Juan Lopez is a rarity in today’s time offering kindness and a friendly attitude as well as competence and a willingness to go the extra mile. Truly what customer service is supposed to be and an exemplary example of such. Kudos and gratitude to Juan for his all around attitude and professionalism. Though I live out of town I’m certain I will direct my local family and friends to his capable hands. Give him a raise!
Looking for Verizon or AT&T buy out ASAP. Sprint’s “100% guarantee” is only applicable to devices and has a time period of 30 days. One particular representative lied to me about a ‘free’ device that would be no cost to me, the general manager said it was my misunderstanding even though I never wanted that extra device that they added on to my bill. Even if you call the district manager they can not do anything for your ‘misunderstandings’. They cost me a job opportunity and did not care about my inconvenience. Do not go to this store, be careful when you sign any contract with them, they will keep you tied to them until you pay off your devices.
Biggest scam artists ever avoid sprint they are adding on extra items and saying they are free to add onto their commission they get. Carlos Novel did this when I upgraded my phone saying certain items were free and then they ended up charging me for them on my bill. They are being supported in doing this by their managers.
Carlos was very professional and courteous. The manager and the rest of the staff was very helpful except Jorge. Jorge was rude and unprofessional. I ended up not going with Sprint because their billing department sucks! Always a problem with the billing department and they are rude and unprofessional.
Came to this sprint location during covid-19 because its listed as open, nothing online shows its temporarily closed. Well after arriving, I see that the location is closed. Im a cash customer, cant exactly pay my bill if all the stores are closed.
Got by phone fixed here. Friendly and Helpful staff. The place to get your phone check over. 😎😎😎😎😎 Near Tucson Mall is the best place to go. If you have any problem with your phone. Save time and money go to this store first. Very Friendly and Helpful. 😎😎😎😎😎
Never have I gone into Sprint and left feeling taken care of. They can never help me with my phone issues, EVER! Nor can they answer any of my questions. 5 phones 5 tablets and I wish I never left my old company.. And the cell service is tarrable.
Best Sprint store I have been to! Carlos and Karyma were amazing and helpful! Wouldve left Sprint if it hadnt been for them!
Everybody in the store were not professional nobody wanted to pay attention or listen to my problem the manager was not good enough to come out and talk to me and they sent me back to a different store I think that is very unprofessional Ive been with T-Mobile for many many years and now this is the first time Im very unhappy
They were cool and all...until I found out that they didnt actually install the expensive liquid glass screen protector I paid for but instead put on the cheap film protection.
Staff greeted me when entering the store. No pressure to sell anything. Had to replace my screen. Order it a couple of days ago. Received text saying it was in. Was told to call if there was any other issues.
Wow! The service I received was phenomenal! I was assisted by the assistant manager, Unno! He was very courteous and knowledgeable!
Joey G is the store manager & honestly deserves a significant amount of recognition.Hes on it, showed patience with a rude customer but wasnt a kissass either.Showed legit leadership by asking a fellow employee to answer an incoming call that had been ringing.Excellent face of the company 🤙🏽
The customer service i received at this location was good, which is why this is not a 1 star review. However, Sprint as a whole is an awful company and will steal any penny they can get from you for as long as they can.My wifes phone broke, which they fixed within an hour. Great. However, we were informed that the leases went up on our phone 7 months ago. No one told us. We over paid for our phones by about $260 each, our mistake. One would assume that we own our phones now that we have paid much more than their worth... nope. We still owe $200 each if we wish to own the phone. After 18 months of leasing the money just does not count towards the phone. We were told we had to make a choice 7 months ago. So now were stuck flushing 70 bucks down the toilet forever until we get new phones. We were basically told we should have marked our calendar for 18 months after we leased the phone to make the decision. Nonsense.Fortunately, our contract is up. Been with this company since 2008. Started with a $50 a month plan. Im now paying $210 a month. Good riddance.
How can I politely call the employee I worked with a liar? I guess there isnt a way. I was advised by an employee that Sprint does not do 24 month puchase agreements on phones; They only do 18 month leases.Yeah, right.Apparently, Sprint (and I guess the workers too) make waaaay more money from people on the lease agreements. As a result, they will say that Sprint doesnt do 24 month plans. Bull ......Well, Im not going to argue with someone that wants to lie to me. I left without latching myself to them for what was sure to be a miserable time.
Visited Sprint to buy a phone case. After asking a representative where I could find an Otterbox she pointed me in the direction. After finding the product I wanted for $39.00, I went back to SAME representative to check out. When my total came out to $59, Instead of $39, I questioned why there was a price difference. She said that they just changed the prices and had not updated the display. She said she was sorry but could not do anything about it. This is the same representative who consciously pointed me in the direction of the product, But did not forewarn me that the prices were incorrect. SORRY, is not good customer service. And, sorry a $20 increase for a silicone phone case is not fair either. BYE, sprint. This store always has long wait times, does not have knowledgeable representatives OR good customer service.
There were all these male employees talking to each other, on their computers/ phones, hiding in back, but all not helping the customers. The nice guy in the grey shirt with the black long hair. He was greeting & helping all the customers. I felt bad for him because the others werent helping him at all. What an environment or example are you trying to set sprint???
Even though I was no longer a Sprint customer, and I had been for 12 years, the guys at the store couldnt have been more helpful with solving a problem I experienced trying to transfer information from my old phone and my new one, WITH A NEW COMPANY no less. Kudos especially for Ruben and Juan who walked me through this process. The whole staff was great.
Visit was on 02/22/2019When I walked in a female associate asked how she could help me. I told her that I was picking up an online order, she asked another female associate if the online order was ready. She told the 1st female associate she didnt know. The 1st female associate looked at me and told me my order wasnt ready and it was going to be awhile before my order was ready. She proceeded to go into the back.I was then approached by a male associate who asked if he could help me. I told him I placed an order online and I was here to pick it up. I also told him that I had an earlier appointment, but due to it snowing I came later. He asked me to follow him to his station, where he asked for the pertinent information, which I gladly gave him. He found my order and asked me to wait while he went to the back to bring me my order. He promptly came back with my phone, I requested a simple change with my phone number and he willingly obliged. He gave me excellent customer service and was very personable. The 1st female associate never came back to check on me.This is the second time Ive gone to this store, the first time was to start my new service (beginning of Jan 2019) which again the female associates in the store could not be bothered with me, after I had spoke to someone in customer service and was told that I needed to take certain documents into the store to verify identity, which I did. The young boy that took my information then went and spoke to one of the females, who told him something and he came back and told me I was denied!I was so upset, I came back home called the 800 number and spent quite a while on the phone with Ann who was able to get me approved for 5 lines. As for going back to the Sprint store located on 4362 N Oracle Tucson, AZ. After two visits, with both visits upsetting me.I will not go back to this store and will not recommend this store.
I had the lg g6 for a while, and dropped it for the fatal cracked screen not long ago. Thankfully, i had insurance on it so i took it in to the sprint store to get it repaired. George took care of me and the whole process was so simple! He gave me a loaner phone, older model than mine and wasnt great, but hey at least i had something to use while mine was getting repaired! It turns out that my phone got damaged in the repair so assurion called to tell me they were sending me out a brand new g6 for the same low repair fee, cool! It took slightly longer than I expected but when i found out the reason i was blown away! They didnt have any of my model of phone in the warehouse so they upgraded me free of charge. I cant believe how well sprint takes care of their customers. I still never go to a different carrier and Im so thankful i live near the store George works at. Just peace of mind that no matter what happens, sprint has my back. If i could give 10 stars i would.
Ok
Excellent!Prompt and helpful-resolved issue immediately.Superimpressed-superawesome place and great experience. Highly recommend-Thank you George the Tech Guy for fixing everything so promptly and explaining everything!
If I can give 0 stars I would. My grandma came back from this location sobbing. She spoke with a Sprint representative named Jorge. When she walked in he was hostile and showed no customer service. He was aggressive and made it a point to belittle my grandmother. My grandma has been with sprint for a very long time and its shameful how they treat their loyal customers.
Excellent Customer Service! Mario and April worked to get me the best deal!
Great customer service! Rene vergara is awesome and answered all my questions and got me a great price!
Couldnt be happier. Friendly and professional. They helped me with every question I had and than some. I left feeling well informed and appreciated.
Everytime I have issues with my phone I come to this store for help. Chloe always finds the best solution and explains everything she does so I know whats going on with my account at all times. I love this store and will continue to come here for all of my future Sprint purchases.
After a horrible experience with T-Mobile, I was wary of switching to Sprint, but I could not have been more impressed with the help and attention I received at this location. I had a very hard time signing up online and was bracing for more hoops to jump through and endless sales pitches. I was completely floored by the sales staff; they were knowledgeable, helpful and entertaining to be around as well. Everyone in the store was pleasant, kind and you could tell they worked together as a team. They didnt try to sell me anything extra or get me to spend any extra money. I walked out of a phone store happy for the first time! They took care of everything and walked me through each step, problem and solution. Im eager to go back for help, should I need it.
Payment machine down alot lately. Took money today, thats all. Alot of workers. But ALWAYS have waiting
Getting better with Lorre knowledgeable staff.
Oh how I hate going to his damm store. This is supposed to be your District store in Tucson but they have never been able to help me or fix my cell phone that this very own store sold to me. I have been with Sprint since 2005 why am I still there because of my wife boy she is leaning towards leaving to because of my cell phone never working right or them not helping me. This is what there tect do for me look at they will call it then tell the sales person to tell me to call the 1800 number to see what I can do lol this place is a joke.
I just spent 2 hours of my life that I will never get back. This whole group of employees at Sprint were totally unprofessional. The sales rep, Valerie, didnt know what she was doing and clearing wanted to spend more time impressing the male employees rather than help me upgrade my phone. Unfortunately, this the second time Ive had a problem with Sprint. A year ago I wanted to upgrade a phone, paid $150 to do the upgrade and the phone didnt take and we had to return the phone but Sprint never refunding me the down payment I put on that phone. It looks like I will be switching carriers.
Awesome people. The rep was extremely helpful and understanding to our needs.
So I call the store asking if the have screens to repair the s8+...get the yes we do cmon in. I get there and they never bother to look up..all there faces were in there phones and playing a game. I ask if they can fix the phone and without pulling their eyes off the game tell me no as we need to replace the battery also when we replace the screen and we are out of stock of them. I live on the other side of town and through traffic it took me 30 min to get there. Then the tech finally looks up and gives me this we can send your phone in and week later itll be returned fixed. Then back down to his game. There were 7 to 10 employee fixed on their phones and not paying attention to anyone. I saw a customer walk out mad...should have been my queue. Today Sprint almost lost 4 customers. My usual store at the Williams center is usually the store I go to and they have been the awesome and initially they called the day prior to verify they had everything I needed to fix my phone. So I go back to talk to my sprint store at the Williams center store to find out how much to end my contract with them...fortunately the store advocates changed my mind and offered better services as usual then any other store. I know if the wetmore and Oracle store were my employees I have new employees by the end of the day. If you want great service..Williams center Sprint team is your best bet. Stay away from the wetmore/Oracle store unless you want to walk out mad as hell...
Best service ever, and not just for me. I observed others too. Thankshanks
Was wonderful the girl that help today is the best the very best no one like het
Juan Lopez was excellent and very professional. He solved and assisted in all my needs when no one else could. Thanks Juan
They couldnt help me with my problem without handing over an exorbitant sum of money first
Worst corporate store location Ever! Unhelpful, unreliable, unknowledgeable. Real quick to place the blame on other stores and tell the customer to call customer service. Rep and supv were unwilling to help a 7 plus yr customer at $350 a month.
Very good customer service. Great deals and compare to other cellphone retailers huge store
Not good customer service. Phone service and connectivity terrible
I went in and got a the new iPhone 8 for my sister back in Oct. Ruben Huerta helped us and told us that we would get a $300 equipment credit because she is trading in her Galaxy Note 5 and get on the lease program. He didn’t mention that I have to get rid of my legacy plan until the very end. Nor did he mention since 2 of my lines were still under contract I have to pay a $50 subsidized fee on top of the plan every month. Months goes by, not only the $300 equipment credit never show up on my bill (it’s been 3 billing cycle as of today) and the trade in credit of $350 was not there either. Every time we go over there or call, he just tell us we have to wait for the new billing cycle. That’s $650 of my hard earn money!
To the point I switched to at&t the same day. Went here because my phone was not charging. Get there the tall guy with long black curly hair,Juan i think, was nice at first and tried to help me.Told me I had to get it repaired and recomened to take it to a repair shop because it would cost less. That I appreciated. So I said I had questions about my account. He asked me to wait for a sales rep. 25 minutes passed and no help even though there were 3 reps helping one person at one point. Some couple walked in and was helped right away while i still waited. So I asked the original guy if I had to wait for someone else. He looked around and said come on I will help you. He did help to a degree. But it was apperant that I was an annoyance by the amount of times he yawned. I had a question he couldnt answer and when he turned to a tech for help I noticed he stared at him for a few seconds while his face was moving. Im guessing he was giving the tech a facial que on how annoyed and or bored he was. The entire time I was respectful and low toned too. At one point he just walked away as I was trying to look through my settings to see if I could fix it. He said nothing. He just walked away. Honestly I just felt like a number at this store. I grabbed my phone and just walked out. Did not even look back. I immediately went to best buy. When I got there a gentleman asked me if I needed help. From there on I got some of the best customer service ever. I also saw a lady at best buy who I saw at the sprint store when I was there. Guessing she did the same as me since I noticed she was having a better time too with a tech from best buy. Well. I switched to at&t the same day. Now I am paying $3 more for a waaay better wireless service, phone and insurance too. Crazy how much of a better experience I had and how I saw another unsatisfied customer from sprint at best buy too. That should say it all. Go to this store and stay with sprint if you want all around bad service. Doesnt help that sprint works on comission.
Great customer service. Unfortunately the coverage is not as good as Verizon
The store is okay but I would recommend buying online, the deals are better.
Excellent customer and repair service.
CORPORATE ATTENTION6/6/2016 @ 1235HRS:I AM A LOYAL SPRINT CUSTOMERIt was good doing business with Sprint.
Im a Sprint customer. I came here because my newly replaced Galaxy 2 goes haywire, entering random commands at times and causing me great frustration. They told me its my downloaded apps harming my phone. They recommended a factory reset which unfortunately caused me to lose many photos and videos. Now, even with no extra downloaded apps the problem persists! Though with seemingly less frequency. I got a smart phone for the weather and Facebook apps which apparently will harm my phone that already doesnt work right. Im pretty bummed.
After trouble with trouble shooting over CS and with a previous rep, Alfredo fixed the phone in 5 min. Great job.
Fellow named Mike helped me today at Wetmore Orcle location. You have no idea how frustrating it is when our phones dont work right, and how very grateful we are when we come across someone knowledgeable that easily fixes the issue. Thank you!I had been to another store days before, the woman was not helpful, deleted my pics, did not know what she was doing, could not open my lifeproof case, would use the tool to clean her nails while she was talking to me. So different at this location, very professional service.
Love Sprint Costumer Service been following them since the one on tucson marketplace.
Ruben was clueless about how to do his job and was unwilling to assist even when encouraged by corporate to do so.So lost.. Sprint is really losing out by keeping this loser around.
The manager Jose Cruz is very unprofessional, he should not work there if he does not how to deal with customers. He make a big mess on my account that my balance now is over a $1,000 and when I asked why? He said he did not know. I asked to find out or you migh loose a 10+ year Spri t customer unfortunately he didnt care. I wish I could know his regional manager name so I can just ask why he is a manager. On the other hand, if you call the store be ready to call for 45+ minutes and no one pick up a call, they do t care, Jose Cruz excuse was we have customers in the store to take care of and what are we? ..., very very disappointed that a company like sprit have that kind of managers
I was told I would be next in line and the wait should be 15 mins. that was an hour ago. watched 5 people before me get up and leave. they have been telling people continually as they come in that they are next and should be helped in 15 mins. I do not like being told lies.
I waited almost an hour to be helped. The technicians were busy and I knew I was not going to be able to get my phone fixed. My phone only worked if it was plugged inI thought I got a good deal because the rep stated oh yeah we could get you into a new phone and you can upgrade and we can get you out of here soon . It is better than paying $250.00 tofix your Non working phone and who knows you may get a refurbished phone if the techs cant fix it.Needless to say I went ahead upgraded to an IPhone, thought I was getting a good deal and wasnt going to get surprise charges. When I received the bill i got a Damage fee for a refurbished-phone that Sprint gave me because we pay for InsuranceI payed over $300.00 at the store so I wouldnt have an outrageous bill and payed off the remaining leaseI also left my Samsung phone at the store and here I am trying to get to Customer service to get this settledLong story short this turned out to a nightmareHere I am almost a month later and the Corporate store has not received my old phone so supposably I can get credit fora Giveback device, which the rep at the store stated that i Ihad to return my phone and that I couldnt keep itWhen I call customer service it routes to the Philippines and cant get a straight answer(I am. Not racist ) I have been on the other end of the phone and I have been told to speak English .It Sprint that needs better Customer Service it has gone way down from 5 stars. Rant over
Walked in everyone doing there own thing didnt get acknowledged at all stood there for about 20 min no one helped me i was there to upgrade my phone after 25 min of no one attending me i decided to leave to anothet sprint store
Nice clean roomy store with friendly nice associates to help you out. They have a lot of various types of phones to choose from along lots of assessories for your phone.
Stupid employees. They change everything with out your permission. They tell you something next month its different.
I walked in at 450 and at 520 they told me they couldnt even look at my phone as I watched all the techs walkout. I was left phoneledd until the next day they didnt even care to take a look at it or help me in any way. Very frustrating
Poor customer service. No one ever seems to know anything and the solution is always come back next week we cant help you with that right now. Disapointed every time
My phone wasnt ringing or getting texts and I was told they would look at it free of charge. When I got there at about 10:30 am on 3/19/2014. I was waited on by Tony Tapia. He then told me it will by about 1 hour and will cot 25.00 because I had been there more than twice. I dont see why I have to be penalized for HTC distributing crap phones. He told me if the phone cant be fixed a new one would be ordered. When I got back in an hour he told me he could not fix it and a master reset was done and to get my contacts and pictures back to sign into google and download it then redownload whatever products I had. I couldnt get into google so went back and had them help. And the sweet girl there said it was a tower problem and they had it running in about 15 minutes. I warn people AGAINST HTC EVO 4G LTE. This is the sixth time it broke, and the fourth replacement since 2/28/2013.
Great service! Thanks
They took care of us quickly
Nice store and good employees.
It was a long phone call but they took care of what I needed
Totally unprofessional no customer service seems like they just dont care about the customer.
Walked in and waited 30mins and still no help, poor customer service, not enough employees to help customers, never again.
Uno is the best!
The technician doesnt know how to unlock a phone. Took about half an hour for him to say that my phone couldnt be fixed after a factory reset. He said it could be fixed through the manufacturer and I would have to contact lg. So I googled the issue, redid his failed factory reset and fixed it myself. As well he covered up his nametag, refused to get his manager, and snickered to his co-workers when he walked behind his desk. Very unprofessional. Very poorly trained. And very bad customer service.
Fast quick friendly repair
I hate sprint, I just officially broke up with them today! Hallelujah! Im with Verizon now, eff you sprint, you suck, just give up.
Helpful staff
Mario was very helpful
Fast customer service and very knowledgeable
Very knowledgeable help!
Getting set up for the Galaxy S10+
Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Enough said.
This company so stupid dont buy anything from them they saw you something and then they give you different thing they told you something and then they give you different thing it is so stupid dont buy anything from this b******
Great customer service
Close and great service.
The phone store is out of phones...huhThe only advice I got was to call other locations and ask haha I thought he was joking.
Solved my issue!
