Ruined literally every aspect of why we went in...Walked in with a phone from another carrier and wanted to trade it in for the same phone with Verizon.Wanted to switch our plan to Unlimited.Well the phone was never set up/activated and the plan was never changed.It took an hour and forty minutes to hand us a phone that was in no way set up. We could have just done the trade-in and walked away with the phone to activate ourselves and call customer support to change the plan.But thats not all... They also messed up on the trade-in credit. Now I have to pay an additional $355 because they credited my account $355 several months ago. Instead, they were supposed to put a $450 credit on our account that offsets the cost over the course of 24 months.

Went into get our phones upgraded. Instead got our plan messed up (tried to give us a GB less for $5 off our bill but told us it was going to be 1 more then we were getting) and walked out with a free tablet that is going to cost us $10 a month. After we found out about the $10 a month we told him we didnt want it anymore if it was actually going to cost us something because we have 4 at home already. He told us it would be a $75 restocking fee. We hadnt even picked it up off the counter yet. Cant wait for current phones to be paid off. Always horrible customer service!
