Stopped by today in a time crunch and Tim was so kind and helpful. He went beyond my expectations to give me answers and support with my phone insurance, upgrading & selecting a new phone. Even when the store started to get busy, he still was patient and professional with my needs. I will be stopping by this location with further needs b/c he made me feel so comfortable! He was also funny and personable! A++++

Dionne was extremely helpful and patient as several customers came in after he started tutoring me on new aspects of my new phone.

Working with Aaron was a seamless experience. I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and experienced he was. You dont always get this kind of customer experience when you walk into a business. Especially a cell-phone store where it usually feels so heavy in these places. I highly recommend this location and working with Aaron.

Isabel did a great job! I switched my whole family from T-Mobile and she made the process nice and easy. She was very honest about all the fees and charges unlike other carries I have had with very high bills. I would recommend everyone to go in and work with her.

Similar to Luis’s comment below. I didn’t realize this was a retail store (and not corporate), but the service was very dismissive and even combative. It was a terrible experience and I feel compelled to share it in hopes they can grow to treat people better from it. I asked if I could give feedback and they said there was no way to. I asked for their names and they refused, so I asked how to contact a manager and they said I couldn’t. It was seriously such a sad and disappointing experience. I did contact corporate AT&T and they were very apologetic. But the hardest part is that I paid a lot of money in this exact location then when I returned for help, I was dismissed away and treated really poorly!

Id lost my phone and needed a replacement until I could find it. The staff really worked with me so I didnt have to break the bank getting anew phone. Great work. Thank you.😁

Great Customer service

Raymond and Andrew have been super helpful on not one but two visits. Explained the options, was low key and offered solutions to my needs. Hopefully it was an easy sale. Always nice to find good people working retail sales.

Push responsibility onto someone else is the best way I can describe the experience I have had w this store as well as ANY AUTHORIZED RESELLER! Find a corporate owned store. Keep expectations low all around @cellular retail. Bought item they had no stock and even after my gut screams leave!... I paid them for it and put into their hands. Promises of smoothness fades away into the second week waiting for my device... not like i need it, right? Que circus music

I have had problems with my phone for a while. Finally took it in to see what was up. Rather than actually look at the phone, both employees looked at the account, and said I needed to buy a new phone for $600! These guys are only interested in their cut of the sale. Dont shop here until these employees move on.I had insurance for the phone. The problem is a manufacture defect. Free replacement. If the people at this store would have been interested in good business; they would have said something about this.The previous employees were great. I would never go to any other store. It is a 30 mile drive to get to this store. That is how loyal I was.

Super busy becuase he was the only one one the floor yet nick powered through the line and answered all my questions with a new contract cleared everything up!

Hector is the best! we went to three AT&T stores today. this was the only one where someone was willing to go the extra mile and help us find out how to get what we wanted. he made sure we left the store happy. I really appreciate it when someone takes pride in their job. thanks Hector, well be back!

The guy was trying to work on at least 5 different accounts at the same time and now my kids can only use messenger to make or receive calls and they cant use the service that Im on paying because it keeps going in-and-out .

Walked us through all the options. Patiently explained the new phone and its operations. Found a few discounts we were unaware of. All in all it was a great experience that could easily have gone the other way.

Looked up the hours of this store, drove there, 7 minutes to close, just needed a simple iPhone car charger. Door locked, person closing ignored me & shuts the lights off....I’ll go to Amazon, now & in the future. 12/13/18

Extremely polite and patient almost to a fault. This would be a perfect store with one more employee, on the other hand it was superior to the over staffed, ignorant, self centered group in the North Campbell storeI have had 7 devices purchased here, plan changed 4 times to reflect present needs and am adding a new phone tomorrow. Thumbs up!!!

Added an iPhone 7+ a couple of weeks ago. Lex was super nice, polite and patient. I would highly recommend this store!

When I swung by to try to get some help with AT&Ts voicemail issue, they were dismissive, unhelpful, and generally surly. Rather than even trying to help solve the issue, they said that they dont have any control of what AT&T does.I went down the street to a corporate store instead of this authorized retailer. They werent able to get everything up and running again, but they took the time to figure out a partial solution, communicating everything that they knew about the situation, and were professional and kind.

I wanted to change my SIM card. They just give us the SIM card and say call the service and you dont have to do it in store! U can do it anywhere. U dont have to do it in store. He kept saying that. But there are no other customers. Since we finished all the process outside and in front of the store, we also notice that he wasnt doing any other thing either. He just want us to go! Worst attitude ever!
