Our new windows came in about 3 weeks earlier than expected. We were called right away and we were able to set up an installation appointment for the next day. The installation was done by Brandon and Frank who were both very professional and friendly. They were scheduled to get the installation done over the course of 2 days, but they were able to complete the job in just 1 day. They were very clean while doing the job, laying down plastic where needed and they did a great job with their clean up as well. We absolutely love our new windows and door!

I had Arizona Window and Door install new windows in my home today. Brandon and Jeff were the technicians that did the installation. They were very professional and knowledgeable. During the work they explained what they were doing. When they were finished my house was organized and as clean as when they arrived. I highly recommend the company and especially Brandon and Jeff!

Brandon and Frank installed five windows and one slider for us. They worked late to get the job done in one day. It was 97 degrees, so it was a bit brutal. They were both friendly, courteous, and hard working the whole hot day. We love our new windows and are excited that tomorrow is another scorcher as these windows are far better than what we had. I wish I would have called them sooner

Every step of the service was great, from getting the initial bid to the measuring of the windows to installation. Brandon and Frank did an awesome job installing and the windows look amazing. There is barely any touch up painting that needs to happen, and the caulking on the inside and the stucco on the outside look original. You cant even tell anything was done. We asked around and found that our neighbors had a window company that they were extremely pleased with. Jeff came to give us an estimate. He was very friendly and professional. I booked an appointment online on their website and a gentleman by the name of Jeff showed up on time and was very professional. He WAS NOT pushy at all and did not give me a 3 hour sales pitch like a lot of the other window and door companies do. After deciding on on the windows and doors, Jeff kept me informed throughout the entire process. On install day Brandon and Frank showed up on time and were a joy to have working on my home. We had to have every window in our house replaced because our house was built with some poor quality windows. We requested a quote from another company and were really turned off by the high price and pressured sales approach. It was a completely different story with AZ Window and Doors. The salesman (Martin) was great and took time to explain the entire process. We decided to upgrade our original sliding glass door with a 4-panel accordion door. This included removing an existing window and modifying the structure of our house. We are so pleased with the way everything turned out.
