We are tremendously disappointed with Butler Doors. For months we tried to get specific information about the warranty on our door and frame that would cost over $20,000, all to no avail. Jill and Robin did not respond to our numerous telephone and email queries in a timely manner, and when they did they provided vague and convoluted replies. We had scheduled a date for their representative to come and do measurements according to their schedule, which meant that we had to wait several months for service. After waiting these long months we were told in the most indefinite terms that the representative might not be able to come at that time. Nothing definite, and we were left hanging. The date came and went and they didnt even bother to reach back out to us. These are not inexpensive products and services yet Butler Doors treats customers with indifference at best, and outright contempt at worst. They cannot seem to be bothered with questions. Needless to say we will not be doing business with this company. Butler Doors, are you really that willing to walk away from jobs that are over $20,000? Are you really unable to provide specific details about your warranty? Seems to me that this is very poor business practice. As another review wrote: BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!!! We were so excited to have beautiful custom doors installed at our home. Service and experience was the worst customer service. The doors came in and after waiting many months they did not fit. Butler personally did all of the measurements. Ramon, installation, felt so bad that he used our personal skill saw to cut the door properly and what do you know it cracked. The hardware for the doors (we had two) had a manufactures default and only worked from the inside. Leaving us with no way to get in to our iwn home. After waiting an additional month the working hardware arrived. The framing provided by Butler did not even encompass the proper framing, and the custom door also leaves small sunlight openings. Great when AZ has all kinds of pests. After all of that hassle Butler refused to get a proper frame for the doors. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Butler custom doors are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure their clients are taken care of and are incredibly knowledgeable. It’s an absolute joy to have worked with them on multiple projects.
