Called and set up an appointment for Friday at 3pm and nobody bothered to show up or call to say if someone was coming. Already not reliable company. Edit:yes it was me. Janet o. Look it up the girl called me on Thursday to confirm it and my husband was their when she called to confirm the appointment. When I first called to set up the appointment, the woman stated starting prices start at 1000$ per window but we still wanted someone to come out. We think that maybe because I hesitated that canceled on me or because I own a manufactured home they didnt. We did wait all day for them that Friday and nobody showed or called me. So no thanks.

The installation team was phenomenal. This investment has given me peace of mind. They look beautiful on my home. I have to say this was one of the better businesses in Tucson I have had the pleasure of working with!!

Second house and second set of screens. Have been a customer since 2012 (rental house) and just put screens on our children’s windows in our new home. Same great product, customer service and workmanship as before. Also some improvements that have been made over the years. Highly recommend it for not only the peace of mind from proven security but solar shade cooling effects are another plus.

The staff is great and they do great work

Got screens installed all over young single granddaughters house including a screened patio. Her 2 cats love to play on the patio. One day an obviously rabid skunk was furiously scratching at the patio screen trying to get to the terrified cats. Granddaughter whisked the cats into the house and the skunk left. Had it been a normal screen, it would have been shredded.

Workers were wonderful! They were professional and efficient and I love my screens!

Security Screen Masters, came out when they said they would, installation was done quickly. I’ve had my screens for about a year now, and love how sturdy and easy they are to open and clean. I would suggest these screens to anyone who is looking for screens that do not obscure the view, and want some Security from potential thieves& burglars.

Good sales rep. Not so good door install. Use small screws which with time start coming out. whats the point of having a good screen door when easy to get around. A product is only as strong as its weak point. Maybe i needed to pay more for better screws.
