I purchased my townhome end of June this year. I noticed a sticker on the door so when it was coming down and going right back up it was time to replace it plus it was really loud, the track was bent because someone hit the wall as well as the track. At our home we used Garage 1 which serviced the Wayne Dalton a few times. Overhead Door is so much better. Brandon was a joy to work with. I called for a safety check appointment. We discovered my outside key pad was getting to old to keep up so a new one was installed, the service tech used the original painted box to match the trim. I want to start off by saying that we love our new rusted garage doors. We had them make our doors in a brick pattern instead of having a seam down the middle. Gorgeous!! So glad we did that. It was worth the extra $200 dollars. The install was nice and quick too and very professional and well done.I only had one issue. I didnt know what a Lentil was and I didnt ask questions. I have 4 total and one above each garage door and I recently spent a whole weekend painting them so they would look good with the new doors. Part of the install includes someone coming out to your house to paint the trim around your garage doors. I didnt realize that my paperwork said to paint trim and LENTILS. I also told the guy that came out to measure for the new doors that I resently painted the wood (Lentils) above the garage doors and I thought the color would look great with the rusted doors.I also was unable to be home when the painter arrived at my house so I let them paint without me being there and I didnt ask exactly what was going to be painted. I assumed only the trim would be painted.I was SO heart broken when I pulled up to my house and saw that my Lentils were painted the same color as the trim. I was almost in tears and kind of felt violated. He also painted the keypad on the side of the house! What? I didnt ask for that to be painted.I feel like they should have double checked before they start painting your house without you even being there! I understand I should have asked questions and I should have been there, but to just start painting everything within 2 feet of the garage doors.....its a little much.My advice is to ask questions and try to be there when they do the work and know what is being painted!!!! I now have to spend another weekend painting my Lentils.

Overhead Doors of Tucson installed doors as part of new construction four years ago. We had a service call this week because one of the wall units stopped functioning. The young man who did the service call (Zachary) was on time. He was polite and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the right parts to replace the unit. He also performed a routine maintenance for both doors. The price was fair and we are very happy to have this company doing any necessary work.

We had an old setup of mixed vintage and brands that no longer worked. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained what we needed as well as what did not need. He had everything with him and fixed everything. All old parts removed and the garage clean when he left. We are very happy with the job.

I originally had my garage door installed by Precision Garage Door a few years ago at which time I was told it would be foolish not to purchase a lifetime warranty. I did.They were bought by Elite Doors. Soon thereafter I had a maintenance issue. Elite informed me that my warranty was not enforceable. I informed them that I was a lawyer and suddenly it was enforceable.Recently, my door become out of balance and damaged two hinges. I called Elite and they sent someone out who told me that I had traumatic damage. He stated that two hinges I was already over $600.00 in repairs. I stopped him there and did a Karen and I requested to speak to a manager. The manager informed me he could maybe do $425.00.I called Overhead Door Company at this point. I spoke with Art. Hinges are roughly $10.00 to $12.00. Overhead Door Company fixed everything for a service fee of $89.00.

We had a belt driven lifter installed, replacing our noisy chain driven lifter. Brandon was on time, calling before he arrived, and completed the job efficiently, demonstrating his expert knowledge. We enjoyed watching the installation and were extremely pleased with the result.

We had a garage door opener motor that has been on its’ last leg for the last year and sure enough it breaks on the weekend. Called Overhead Door expecting to get a voice recording or 3rd party answering service; however, I actually got a real person who was actually working there at the time named JR. Within an hour, JR had a technician (Alonso) at our door and an hour after that, the garage door operator head and belt drive rail was replaced and working like new. I did not have to pay them until I was absolutely 100% satisfied with the job. I waited a couple of days of opening and closing use, and then happily paid my bill; which was a lot cheaper than I had anticipated for having the work done on a weekend. Needless to say, I will be using Overhead Door for all my future garage door needs.

Ken came to our Green Valley home to hear what we wanted and to explain various options. He then took measurements and got information from us about the paint color we wanted.
