I love my windows and sliding glass door.They make my house dust free and quiet. My installer was fantastic. My home is near 50 years old and Adobe. He did a great job.

So impressed with Robert, the installer, from Window World. The windows that were being replaced had a decorative border of stucco around them. Robert had to cute each of these windows and round the corners and did an excellent job (it certainly was not an easy). He was on time, cleaned everything completely and was very polite. I love the look of these windows and they are easy to clean inside and out. Would highly recommend Window World.

I was going to use them but the unprofessional man was parked in my driveway, My daughter showed up and found a random car in my spot and she saw a guy knocking at the door and asked who he was looking for so she can let the person know he was here. He became belligerent and yelled where am I supposed to park? You want me to go back into traffic?, So my daughter just raised the window up and went into the house.What professional person those his hands up when trying to get new business? Sad no self control at all!!!

The product is good. However, the scheduling and installation left lots to be desired. I signed my contract in October 2018. Since that would mean the windows would arrive at Thanksgiving when I was having company and I was going on a trip for most of December, I asked Window World (WW) to wait to order the windows so they would arrive at the end of December and could be installed in January.First, I had to call WW to schedule the measurements needed to order the windows.Next, after Window World (WW) said they would call me to schedule the installation, I had to call them 3 times during the month of January before they were able to get me scheduled. Then the installation that was supposed to take 2 days took 5 days over the month of February. The job started on February 7 and finished on February 25.On February 21, a second installer came to install the sliding glass door and two small windows. They were there from 8:30am until 6:30pm and said they would be back on Friday to finish the trim around the door and fix the dry wall above one of the windows. On Thursday the 21st, an office worker from WW called me to ask how I wanted to pay for the work. I informed her that the work was not done and the installer was coming on Friday to finish up. Also, I planned to give him a check when he finished.The office worker told me that the installer was scheduled for another job on Friday and would not be able to come back to finish my job until Monday, March 11.On Monday February 25, a different office worker called me to ask if I was happy with the work done by WW. I informed her that the work was not completed and was now scheduled for March 11 which meant the job was really dragging out. She said she would check into the scheduling and call me back. She called back in about 10 minutes and said the installer was on his way to my house right then. Luckily, I was home and could have the work done then. About an hour later, the installer came to finish up. He said he had told the second office worker about the plan to come back on Friday, but the other one didn’t know and scheduled him for another job.Needless to say, I was disappointed with the scheduling and lack of communication in the office. Although this is what I have typically experienced, here in Tucson, I had hoped that WW would be the exception. Especially, since I had asked the sales person about this very thing before I signed the contract.

Window World did a fantastic job on replacing my old aluminum frame windows. In todays window resales market, I did my homework and looked around at several companies. I chose to go with Window World for their spectacular customer service before the project and their pricing was reasonable. Their product sealed the deal for me as they were able to do two-color (outside-inside) without charging me a huge amount. The technician who came to do the install was very friendly and got the job done ahead of promised schedule. I would definitely use Window World again!

It’s true: They are Simply the Best for Less! We have had them out to replace windows three times over the past five years. We have a lot of windows! Never had a problem with them or their windows, but we cannot say that about others. Wondering if they will hold up to the heat? They have, but I cannot say that about the others.

They gave me a free in home estimate and were so helpful throughout the entire process. Replacement/installation was quick and the whole thing was very affordable! Would give over five stars if I could!

Horrible frauds at Window world. David Harney is a joke. Tried convincing me to buy a more expensive item to please him and his commissions but i did my research and then called and asked him for a bid for my chosen product and he argued with me. um im the customer so ... yeah. hes a fraud i went with Tucson Window and Doors. they are high quality good people.

Window World was AWESOME to work with. They did everything as promised, in the time frame that was promised. Our installer was Tim...great guy, he did a super job! He even washed the new windows inside and out, he hauled the old windows away, and cleaned everything up!. We could not be more pleased.

Great product price was fair. the installation people were very nice and pleasant and had a very positive attitude about their job.they got here when they said.(you dont see that every day).I have passed out two cards to neighbors that are in need of windows and also gave a very positive feed back to them.

Initially there was an issue getting the windows installed on the date scheduled due to the installer not showing up for work. However, after some conversation with the office and Kris, we were ale to get the windows installed the following day (a Saturday) instead of having to wait an additional week. I appreciate Window World going the extra mile to get my windows installed.

The installation and clean up was five star, however one of the five windows they installed has been leaking from the inside since the first day they were installed which was 07/05/2018 and it is now March of 2019.I have called and spoke to Paula about the issue several times.She is wonderful but all I ever hear is that she gave Chris the owner my messages.Chris did come out once and I showed him inside where it has been leaking and he put some caulking on the outside.One week later it rained again and the window still was leaking inside.This problem window has to have a defect.Chris the owner does not take calls from customers, so Paula keeps giving my messages to Chris, and thats all that happens.Chris needs to contact your customers.I do not know what else to do, I am disabled and just expect that you either fix this problem or replace it. I like the windows they are good quality and look nice on the house.The installer was very good at his job. Downside is the lack of response from the office staff and constant excuses as to why its taking so long to get things done. I was told by the sales rep that I would get an installer team and it would be done in 2 days. I got 1 guy and 4 days of install. Waited another 7 days for the stucco repair. Today is day 9 of waiting for my screens.

I have to respond to the fake review of Monica Betchel. I have never met this person, nor is she a customer of mine. Unbelievable that an owner of another business would stoop to this level, to try and slander me and my reputation. This is a fraud review. This review states too much personal information that I would never share with a customer, and it is information only people in our business would know. Please, Monica Betchel, please give me a call on my cell, and we can resolve this issue.

The windows seem good but the service received was horrible.Every appointment which there were 3 (sales, measuring and install) we had to call the office to set them up.The day of the install I was told 8:30-9:30 am and at 10:10 I called, she said dont worry he left here 15 minutes ago. The installer called at 10:30 and said I am in route...hmmm funny you left 35 min. ago per the office. (We live 20-30 min. away). I dont appreciate being lied to! The installer smoked and kept walking in the house after smoking while working. We have another 11 windows to install and will NOT purchase them from Window World.

I bought a house in Oro Valley and called for service because there is a problem with the seal. I found the paperwork from the installation by Window World. I was told that I needed to transfer the ownership of the windows to my name for a mere $250 before any one would look at the problem.I thought the windows came with the house. Strange?FYI Chris doesnt return calls.

Shortly after posting a negative review here, the long-awaited response to my messages occurred, service was scheduled, and an additional repair to my patio door was performed under warranty. We are hopeful that this will prevent future water penetration of the door.
