Vortex came out and replaced an old door regulator that was making the door really hard to open. Got it done on the spot, replaced with a new regulator and it works smooth now. Nice people and great work. Thank you!

This is the second time we have used Vortex doors for our commercial buildings and each time we couldnt have asked for better service. Great communication with the office, prompt and very professional service. The repairman made sure not only was the job done but he went above and beyond making sure everything was done properly and even improving the way the door closed. He was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend them to anyone!

This was our first time using Vortex for our business, as we have always used Andys Door/Lock in the past.I loved that I could request an appt through their website...and the response time was fast and friendly. Our tech was prompt, also very friendly, highly skilled and efficient...he even checked over the whole door, not just the part he repaired. He even did a detailed cleaning after he was finished. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Vortex...I was very impressed...and we will use them in the future every time..

Vortex was hired to remove front door and replace with another available door. The locks were replaced and the locks were found to be out of code. I called them twice and was told they were exactly the same as the old ones{they were not} and that someone would get back to me. They didnt. Third try; I replaced locks and returned the new ones. once again I was told someone would be in touch. I waited two more days and then wrote a bad review. Within twenty minutes some one called claiming to be the owner. He said he was at a jiu jitsu tournament and we needed to discuss this face to face. He did not show up. I do not recommend this business.

John and team were very helpful in identifying an issue with our door that was as a result of the foundation, rather than the door itself. We were able to work with Vortex and our landlord to get the issue resolved. Vortex went out of their way to do right by us as a customer and also to ensure that the repair was done in a way that would prevent the issue from happening again. We reached out to Vortex to help us make the front door at our business quieter. John came out the day after I called and provided so much helpful information about making adjustments to several of the noisy doors, including suggesting an automatic closer for the front door. He was knowledgeable, extremely courteous and truly demonstrated a desire to be of service. The following day, Jordan came and installed the closer and our front door has been magically silent ever since! Jordan even noticed that the seal around the door was missing so he sealed it for us and didn’t even charge extra. I am so impressed by the technical prowess and helpful demeanor of both John and Jordan. Amy in the office was very helpful too, acknowledging my concerns and accommodating us so quickly. We had reached out to this company to come fix our business door that would slam closed. They sent out a gentlemen named Gabriel M. who did an amazing job, he was very friendly and even more efficient. I would highly recommend them.

We just had our front doors replaced at Trek Bicycles of Tucson, and we are very pleased with the whole process. John was very professional and took the time to not only explain the process, but made sure the job was done right. Would work with Vortex again, and would strongly recommend to anyone looking to get the job done right.

I am extremely upset with the customer service in this company. A manager from Vortex came to give an estimate and when we had a follow up appointment with him to ask all our follow up questions, he came and was upset with every question we asked. He quoted us for a few several thousand of dollars and for that amount you think they wouldnt be upset with a few simple questions regarding the system they would be installing and its features. By the end of the appointment he got so upset when we asked about additional door reinforcement measures, he walked to his car and left. I rarely leave reviews, however, I have never seen poor customer service such as this companys. We called another company who is doing the installation of a system next week and they didnt mind a few questions.

We left message on website about a broken door on our business in Willcox AZ on a Sunday night and by Monday we received a call asking if they could come out on Tuesday. We had already been told by two different companies the door couldnt be repaired and needed to be replaced so we were prepared to do that. Vortex came out and he repaired the door perfectly for a fraction of the price of a new door. Not only that but when he was done he took the time to throughly clean the door. Great service!!!
