Wonderful people to do business with! We were moving into an old house and needed to replace 50 year old garage doors. C&D gave us a great selection, a good price and extra service - when they came to install the first time we discovered that electrical rewiring needed to be done, as well as removing a number of items that had been secured to the roof, and they provided guidance and returned weeks later when we were finally ready - with grace and consideration and no additional cost. The installers were great too!

We had to have the lift system replaced on the garage door. Afterward, we found a large oil spot on the outside of the door which could not be removed. C and D contacted a painter, Goodwin and Sons, who came out and repainted the whole door. great service by C and D and Goodwin and Sons who did super job.

I needed to replace my garage door spring and not only did they have the part available at a great price, but took the time to walk me through the installation and recommended other parts I might check and replace now that I was l already replacing the spring. The service here is unbelievably patient, thorough and friendly.

C&D was great. Billy stayed in touch with me throughout the process. I had a custom order that took a while to come in. During the wait, my old door started to fall off the tracks and C&D sent a tech out to do a temporary repair on the old door so I could continue to use my garage while I waited for the new door - at no charge. Tim, who installed the door, was polite and hardworking. I love my door and I especially love the care and service I got from C&D. Their prices were good – I had gotten two other estimates. One was lower, but the person then disappeared and never returned my calls. I highly recommend C&D.

I started having problems with my 24 year old garage door opener. A friend recommended C&D so I gave them a call. Very glad I did. I called them onTuesday & they set up an appointment for Thursday. The office person said she would call me Wednesday & let me know the time frame for the appointment. She called on Wednesday as promised. The tech showed up on time diagnosed my problem & gave me a few options. I elected to replace the opener. He did it on the spot. Everything about their service was outstanding and the price was more than fair. Highly recommend.

C & D and Billy took great care of us! We had some issues with our coiling door and they got someone here quickly to get it moving for us. They were great explaining what was wrong and getting parts needed.We also had someone in our complex who needed a door as well but was complicated, Billy made sure everything was installed and done in a timley professional manner to be sure it went smoothly!

I contacted C&D Garage Doors after reading great reviews from other customers. And I also had a great experience! Our garage door would not close properly, and a technician came out the next day. They first tried to service the door with adjusting the down force and beam sensitivity, as well as lubricating all rollers, hinges, and springs. This service alone was about $75. However, the door still would not close as the motor ultimately needed to be replaced. Not only did the technician promptly replace with our garage opener with a modern and quite unit with built in WiFi, but he also waived the cost of the initial service! The entire service was $395 for a brand new Lift Master and remotes, which we felt was a remarkable deal! We are very happy with the service we received, as well as the professionalism of the technician.

C & D Garage Doors provided the best service weve ever received! My husband and I had originally seen an ad in the paper for another company and were just planning to use them. However, when we purchased our house, we received some referrals from the realty company. I called up to get an estimate on what we needed done, which was adding a second motor to our third car stall, three new remotes, and a new keypad. Right off the bat, C & D beat the other companys price and we werent even asking for a keypad with the others. The other company quoted us at $550 with no keypad and C & D saved us $125 and gave us a keypad. They also had an opening for someone to come out the following day which was awesome. As soon as Tim and Brian came out, they assessed the situation and there was a slight issue with our garage. The previous owners had installed wood storage racks directly above the garage which was blocking where the track needed to be installed. Immediately, Tim came up with the solution of cutting part of the wood, but also explaining that would weaken the rack. Shortly after they began the install, they asked us if we would like to have the new motor on the two door stall and just have the old one switched and provided it at no extra cost. We were completely blown away by their work ethic, knowledge, and kindness, plus, the price was less than what we were originally quoted. My husband and I will only ever use C & D Garage Doors whenever we need servicing and we will absolutely refer to our friends and family. Every company should operate the way C & D does!

I called C & D Garage Doors to request a quote for a minor repair at the bottom of my door since it was backed into. Donna I spoke with one of the owners she was very polite and informative. I also told her I would be interested in purchasing a new motor. They scheduled me for a tech to come out later that week. Denise showed up and immediately started fixing and getting to work while talking with me to let me know what could be done. Highly professional and skilled I ended up purchasing a new motor from them and they came back out another day to install it. Great customer service and honest. They dont try to just sell you on unnecessary labor or materials, Ill be using and recommending them!

We had an old style roll up door which we replaced with a new residential garage door. All communications with C&D was timely, professional and straightforward. I had some cables break on my garage door. I first called A1 Garage doors and the workman that came out told me that I could not replace the cables (despite the fact that I had the part), that the type of garage door I have can no longer be serviced, and wanted to charge me $800 for the repair. I called C and D to get a second opinion, and they were honest, fast and able to make the repair for a fraction of the cost. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I originally called A1 Garage Doors to do some minor adjustment work and re-tighten my spring because I had a $60 Tune Up coupon. They are a total scam. The guy wanted $285 for that amount of work. So I told him to leave and called C & D on the recommendation of a colleague. They re-installed my cables, adjusted the pulleys, re-tightened the spring and lubed all parts for $85. Do not call anyone else but C & D for all of your work. I will also have them replace the entire door in the near future due to its age. Theres nothing better than working with honest people!

I very much appreciate a company that is efficient, courteous, and does quality work. It was a no brainer for me when I found C & D. The first time I needed their services the door couldnt be opened. I spoke with Donna and she is a gem when it comes to being heartfelt and responsive to my needs. Its a shame I dont remember the names of the techs who have come to my house for two different situations involving my garage door because it would be nice to acknowledge them. I like it when a person explains what they are doing and why because I prefer to understand how things work as I believe it helps me take better care of things. They have always been courteous and helpful while efficiently doing the job at hand. I will not call anyone else. Called late morning when my garage door stuck open about 12. I called C&D, told them my problem & asked if they could help me that day. They gave me a 2 hr. Window and sure enough their truck showed up right on the early part of the time. The two techs went right to work and finished the repair in about 30 mins.
