First of all anytime I ever go into this store these people are very rude to me I’ve never had a nice encounter. Second of all I dropped my bracelet off for cleaning and then it came back stretched now they’re refusing to do anything about it. Park place Pandora claimed cleaning it could in no way stretch the bracelet only wear and tear I have only had this bracelet for a couple months not even 6 and now I feel like my bracelet is too big for me. I asked for a smaller size when I was purchasing and they said no now they won’t even exchange it.

There’s a lady in charge in there that has given terrible customer service to my family and has instructed the staff to prioritize others before us. Perhaps she dismisses our financial ability due to our visible ethnicity. But on several occasions the staff have been rude, dismissive, unhelpful and unwelcoming. My sister and mom both love this company and are heavy purchasers of this brand, so for it to be run by such a staff is a disgrace. Something needs to be done. There is no room for discrimination in a prominent company in the 21st century.

Don’t shop here. They like to sell broken bracelets and then tell you your warranty doesn’t cover it. I get it was a final sale but they literally sold broken jewelry. A refund would at least keep my business.Before anyone asks the bracelet was handled carefully and broke immediately.If anything do not buy charm bracelets from this store.Would give zero stars if it was an option.UPDATE: if you are set on shopping at pandora go to Park Place. They will honor warranties or any promise made by the website.

We were in the store without once being asked if we needed helped. They were a little busy but still was never acknowledged. We were looking at charms that were left on the table top and an employee yelled “excuse me! Don’t touch those!” We went in to purchase charms and some earrings. Super rude employees!

Took a loved one here..the lady working the store was very helpful she took her tim with us and assured we got what we were looking for..gave us options and didnt try to shove anything down our necks we didnt want to buy...I will definitely take my daughter back here on her birthday

I didnt know that Pandora had an actual store in the mall, but as I had lost my bracelet then luckily I found it I wanted to get a safety clasp so I wouldnt lose it again!!!!!Im just starting on my bracelet.My daughter got my bracelet and my buddy charm as I had just lost my little buddy dog!!!!!!!

I called ahead of time to make sure it was open and they let me know they closed at 9 pm. I drove an hour to get there. I arrived before 6 pm & they were closed, they were very rude & unprofessional even after I told them i called ahead of time & I was told they closed at 9pm. Very bad customer service.

This store is really amazing. I have bought the first charm and bracelet for my wife three years ago and every year I go back to get her a charm for each special occasion. Last time I went there the lady was really helpful and so patient as I stayed picking charms for an hour. The staff are really helpful and really kind.

I will never buy anything here the sales lady had an attitude and also the manager. I was there yesterday and I got so disappointed how they treated me. I want to buy the most expensive bracelet that they have but the way they treated me. I don’t think they deserve a costumer like me...

Went in to surprise my wife with something today. No one greeted me or offered to help me pick out anything, so I started browsing. Two people came in after me and we helped.I was obviously being ignored.So, I went across the way and bought my wife a watch worth MANY of those crappy charms. You really shouldn’t judge someone when they walk through the doors. You miss out on a good sale and get a terrible review out of it. II’ve bought her many charms for her bracelet from Jared, and that’s where I will continue to do so.

The store was very busy so we had to be patient but all employees were very friendly and helpful!

I did not like taking my wifes bracelet to clean it and buy one more piece and the young man who was there made me count how many pieces I had before cleaning it, there were 13 and one that I bought was 14 pieces and when I went to pick them up they gave me the bracelet with 10 pieces and I needed 4 I told the young man and he went into a place inside and it took 30 minutes to get out and still the piece that I bought I did not want to give it to me because it had stuck in the machine this had never happened to us this time I did not like how they treated us, it was in the pandora that is located in the tucson mall
