I was there two days ago to buy an airsoft rifle knowing full well I could have gotten the same rifle online for a much cheaper price but I like to support local businesses. Out of the box the rifle was deflective with a bad mosfet control which isnt even the concerning part of the matter. The concerning part is that the rifle fires by itself which is a huge safety concern, which they dismissed when bringing it back to the store as not a safety issue. Whenever the rifle is bumped or when the magazine release is pressed it starts firing on full auto or burst firing by itself until it decides to stop even when it is on safe it is still able to fire which could lead to a SERIOUS INJURY!!! They obviously do not care for their customers or anybody, all they care about is money if they did care they wouldnt sell airsoft rifles that come with serious safety defects. When I went to get a refund they refused to refund me and told me to take it up with the manufacturer which Ive tried to do multiple times since Thursday but they dont pick up their phone or reply to emails. Even more upsetting one of the employees at the store (Im assuming the owner) was bragging about how he just ordered $20,000 in merchandise, but he cant be bothered to take back a $300 airsoft gun that I bought from them that was well over normal retail price.

I go into Disruptive for any and all questions I have that are firearm related. You can sign up for firearm training that is offered at a great price and by the best firearms instructor in town and possibly in the state. Go in if you are looking to purchase an AR15 designed by the owner and made by the owner locally.

Larry and Drake are very informative with the paintball markers. Gale is very nice when we go to the field. Whats best is they make the AR-15 in house and have firearm training and safety! I just bought a 9mm for my wife and Larry made it easy for her to understand the firearm! I suggest this place for all your paintballing, airsoft and firearm needs!

A geeat bunch of guys, very young AZ nd massively knowledgeable regarding the paintball genre, and even more surprised with their knowledge regarding firearms, and in particular the ARs. On top of what I have just expressed, they were extremly polite.I would recommend, and WILL return.

Customer service is horrible. Had an issue one week after purchase of airsoft gun, they said they would take care of it. I brought the airsoft gun to them and without even looking at it, they told me they would exchange it and then said nevermind you should contact the manufacturer and they wont honor the return. I expected more from a local business.

Great selection of paintball and airsoft products, as well as tactical gear and real firearms. Staff is friendly and enthusiastic! They are always happy to help out and answer questions.

I made a reservation for a group of 10 we had a range or guys who used to be on a league to me and a couple others who it was our first time. The staff was wonderful and the fields were fun. Our ref was AWESOME and made all of us, no matter what our skill level, feel at ease and made it great! The whole experience was fantastic and we will definitely be coming back again!!

The field is great and their service at the shop is better! All of the guys there Steve Collins the Gunsmith and Larry are great guys and very knowledgeable. Ryan the owner is always ready to facilitate a great experience for the customer. Overall a very positive experience, I only with they would expand their firearms side a bit more.

Best 17th birthday party for my son that I ever done and he loved it. The guys loved it so much that they are going again this coming weekend. Picnic tables are great to bring your own food and drinks for in between games! Staff was very helpful.

Awesome place. Great place to shop for all paintball & airsoft equipment. They have a lot of accesories, ammunition, protectove gear, etc. The guy who worked there was very informative and helped my son & I select products and explained everything we needed to know about each item. what they dont have avail in store I believe they offer to order for you if im not mistaken.

I came in a bit ago to get a battery and charger. I wasnt excited since I could have bought 2 batteries and a charger for the price I payed for the one battery/charger.What really sold my experience was that the guy took my stuff and went to the register. Then, the three people up front just talked while a girl came up and sat in a chair. I stared at all of them, wondering when I can buy my stuff. Such an easy sell, in and out. Yet, they all just sat there joking around.If youre gonna upcharge customers that much, maybe dont also make them wait 10 minutes to ring them out because youre all chatting about some video game?

I ordered a battery through the store and was told that they will call me when the battery comes. After a few weeks I decided to go in to ask about the status of the battery. I got there right after it closed but one of the workers told me the battery was in. I told him i will come back in a few weeks for it. When I came for the battery the employee said they sold the battery to someone else. Personally I think this is INCREDIBLY unfair because I waited a month for a battery that I never got but someone else had to wait seconds to get the battery that was mine. Guess any store can do that if there is absolutely no competition against it. But that is my only complaint besides that they have been very helpful and kind.

You totally get your moneys worth.We celebrated my sons 14th birthday with a few friends here. This was our first time paintballing, and didnt really know what to expect. We were provided with the best customer service from start to finish!We are all looking forward to coming back again!

I did not like my service. I ordered an Airsoft gun and paid for the 3 day shipping and it didn’t come in for almost 2 weeks they kept saying “It will be in tomorrow. It finally came in I picked it up to find out it doesn’t come with the battery which would have been nice to know! Never going back

Really the only paintball store in town. They have good stuff and fill air and co2. Everything is kinda expensive though. I hear people will come in to look at stuff and go buy it online because its cheaper.

They have a great selection of paintball, airsoft and actual firearms along with a knowledgeable staff. They also offer fields and training to use all of the above.

The store is a fantastic place to go to. You have amazing staff with amazing patience. Any paintball or airsoft question one has is answered completely and throughly.

Badass store that also has real firearms. I spoke with Larry who has a ton of information on shooting and assembly of the weapons. The store has after market triggers, stocks, barrels, handguards, pretty much everything you need. I am getting into airsoft and got a ton of information from Larry.

The guys are super helpful and genuinely care about customer service. Bought an airsoft gun for my younger brother and even after he had done a number on it they fixed it no questions asked, and for free. Awesome shop. Any Glock needs or custom builds, airsoft, paintball needs they are the best in town.

Evike is so much cheaper and has a better selection. The only good thing about them is you get to actually look at what you want to get. So I go in there and see what I like and go home and order it from Evike for half the price or cheaper.

Horrible paintball shop I use to go there when it was the other store itbwas great there employees wont help you for service went to take my marker to get the lpr which is the low pressure reg adjusted and the velocity and that lazy guy told it would take 2 days a real paintball shop 15 min also went to get 2 o rings fo4r my tank guy said I could order them no attempt to help at all what store doesnt carry o rings for paintball equipment instead tried to sell me a 60 dollar regulater for my tank will never go back again

This place is better than dessert fox as a field but the manners and rudeness is just the same. the old blond lady that works the regester is allwas rude to you weather your renting or playing. she seemes to always know what you want and tells you what you want. (like can i choose for my self.) shes in your business and idk if shes racist or something but she treats me different then all my white friends who have shot up in the [no shooting zones.] (and got away with it) she just argues everything with you and shows no friendly customer service. like plz get rid of her for some one nice.

Great refs, cheap prices. One thing I didnt like was the field sizes, maybe just take 2 fields and make them a bit bigger. Also their support as in customer support for the field and store, is awful. I sent an email 3 times, no reply. I called numerous times still no one asnwered me.

Great customer service I needed my tank filled and thair compressor was being fixed but the guys did some magic and got myfill tank toped off no Hassel !

I buy all my AR-15 Gun parts and Accessories from them, they seem to have the parts i need that most other stores in town dont have like barrel nuts and things. the people are very nice and helpful .

Went there to get a 11.2 and they said I need a better gearbox and they said my gearbox in my gun was a cheap metal
