Buying a firearm for my home protection has been on my to-do list for over a decade. The other day I decided to finally go look at some guns and found that HUB Tucson was closest to me.Being a little out of place as a single woman in a gun shop, Paul Parks thoughtfully helped me look at several options to suit my needs and provided a ton of information I never thought of as part of my purchase decision. He suggested I take a one-on-one class to explore which gun felt best before making a big financial decision as hes also an instructor for group and personal lessons.The PHG 101 class I took from Paul was very informative, interesting and I am intrigued as I thought I was just going to buy a gun, but now I may have a new hobby! Ill be buying my Sig next week and exploring more classes as I know there is much more to explore.If you need a good release/outlet during this pandemic madness I highly suggest a class from Paul to test drive some guns, you know never when youll need one.

I took a training class with Mr. Parks at the Hub and I am very thankful that I did. Being a beginner when it comes to guns, Mr. Parks was very informative with his training. I walked out of that training feeling more than confident in my proper handling with a weapon and look forward to continue my training with The Hub.

My girlfriend and I came to The Hub to make our first firearms purchase and were greatly helped by both Tony and Oscar. They did a great job going over information about the firearms and answered any questions we had. They made us feel very comfortable and were patient with us as we took our time comparing different options. By the end of it, we were confident in our decisions thanks to their help, and walked out as happy customers. The Hub is a great place for all your gun needs. They’ve been my go to place. The staff is knowledgeable and really go the extra mile to help you out. I’ve had my pistol worked on (coating and stippling) and it came out great! The Milo virtual range simulator is also really fun and a great training tool amongst the ammo shortage. I also highly recommend attending their classes. Great info and quality instruction for the price!

I took a one on one pistol red dot class today with Paul Parks and had a great time! Paul is a very knowledgeable and friendly instructor and I plan on taking more classes with him! The range is well maintained and air conditioned a must for Tucson.

I have been here a few times when I’ve needed quick cash to get by til pay day and every time it’s a great and quick visit! No hassle of having some guy behind the counter that looks sketchy and still wants to look at your things for 30mins to give you some quote that’s offensive not here not USA pawn or Super pawn quality you can tell these guys are legit. I’m a happy customer and will be back for a very long time to the pawn side and gun shop!

Paul is an absolutely brilliant instructor. I went in tomy beginners class very nervous and a true beginner. Paul really helped teach things in a manner which was easy to understand, even utilizing my own firearm (super helpful). Plus, he was extremely kind and went at a pace that worked for me. I learned so much and feel substantially more confident. I highly recommend the Hub for firearm training.Additionally, everyone in the store has been kind and helpful when I have come to visit with my boyfriend. I am glad that we found the Hub.

Took a CCW course today and it was very informative. instructor was engaged with the classroom and welcomed questions as we went through the material.definitely would recommend this for others to take to become more aware of what to do and what not to do when concealing.

All the guys in the shop are very helpful and friendly. They treat you like a part of the family. The hub has some of the hardest items to find along with a sig store, high end 1911s, suppressors and high end AR15s. The sim pistol training from Paul is a great time for everyone! They do paint coatings and gunsmithing. One stop shop!!

Took my CCW class today and some extra training with their Milos entertainment sessions. Mr Paul Parks is an excellent / patient teacher. I would highly recommend CCW and other firearm training here at the Hub versus others that offer it and that online B.S.. I always get the best service and tend to find what Im looking for while shopping here and Ive felt very much welcome since day one.

Completed the AZ Firearms Concealed Carry course. Training was beyond excellent and course was interesting and highly informative, even for retired federal agent! Instructor was extremely professional and highly well prepared. Was able to complete all necessary documents to submit to State. Highly recommended.

This place has probably the worst customer service of any gun store Ive ever been to. I went there to get a part for my AR Im building (a simple mil-spec part). When I tell the employee what I need he tries to correct me on the nomenclature and function of the part. Then he tells me that the part isnt called that anymore, and proceeded to argue with me about the parts name and function. Long story short he had to eat his own words when they ended up having the part labeled correctly on the package. The employees act like youre inconveniencing them if youre not buying expensive firearms. This is unfortunate because I buy a lot of firearm accessories and parts and they have a large selection. If youre looking for rude unknowledgeable fudds this is the place for you. I would recommend SNG (smaller but very friendly staff) or diamondback (bigger store and friendly staff but usually understaffed).

Great customer service went too sng tactical made me feel pretty dumb over here was a whole different experience they were very professional and educational.

I have been shopping at The Hub for awhile. I love this store and everything it has. Its clean, organized and well stocked with great stuff. I have shopped at The Hub for awhile now and I dont even bother going to other stores in town now. They are well supplied all things considered with Covid-19. Most importantly however the staff is awesome. Everyone is very helpful, knowledgeable, and will work with your needs.Oscar knew I was looking for a particular firearm for my family. He told me to call each day so he could update me when it finally showed up. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I am so happy with every aspect of my experience at The Hub Tucson. I purchased my gun there, had great and friendly service. And today I took my handgun 101 class with Paul...I LOVED IT! I purchased a shotgun about 5 months ago. This is my 2nd firearm purchase, so it took me awhile to actually fire it until I had some training. First time firing it and it jams on almost every round. Called the HUB asked them what could be done? They asked what kind of shells was I using. I said both the 2 3/4 and the 1 and 3/4. First response was the shells are too short thats why it not able to reload. I said well we bought the ammo from you. The second response was call Keltec, I mean they are the manufacturer. I said so you guys dont do anything about it? The response was Im not saying that but Keltec has a Customer Service that can deal with it. I liked the shop as the have a big selection. The service we recieved during our vist to purchase was great. However, if this is their level of customer service post purchase, no point in continuing to purchase anything from them. Absolutely no sense of taking some level of ownership of an issue and frankly quite rude. So disappointing.

Well where do I begin. This will be my Go-to gun shop in Tucson. Ive been to all of them and done business at most. The employees here at the Hub are really friendly. Some shops employees have attitudes and provide an un welcoming experience, especially the other indoor ranges Tucson has. Not here! Even though they had a tremendous amount of customers that day the staff did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. Very knowledgeable people. They also had air soft as well so my Teenager was able to get few things as well. We left that store in awe, amazed how welcomed we felt. Prices are great. Great job guys. Keep it up.

This was my first time purchasing a gun ever and the staff was extremely helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions and were very nice in the process. Also, a lot of other gun stores have raised their prices recently due to Covid-19, but The Hub. The prices are the same and I really appreciated that. I highly recommend purchasing a fire arm from them, it will save you a lot of money!

This is a great place to shop! Especially for a newbie gun purchaser. The staff was very knowledgeable. There is no pressure to buy and they take the time to answer your questions. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. I will definitely be going back and trying out some of there suggestions and purchasing something soon. I can’t wait to try the range out also. I brought some of the Arizona Rangers with me for scenario training in the MILO simulator. The general manager, Jason, went above and beyond. I interacted with a few of the other staff members too, and the service was world class. Even though they were extremely busy, they made us feel like we were the only customers they had. Their prices are great too! This is where I will be sending everyone from now on.

Hands down the best shop in tucson. I’m in there every weekend purchasing an item and every time I have gone in I have gotten nothing but first class service. Very knowledgeable staff and great selection. I will not shop anywhere else in Tucson. The owner and team are the best in town and some of the most knowledgeable in the business. Paul Parks was my trainer/instructor and Brandon Neilson was a shadow. I was a first time student and Paul gave instructions to where they were easy to understand. He took his time and made sure my questions were answered. I had no education about gun useage and once training was complete, I felt like an expert. Brandon was encouraging about my performance while at the indoor range. As for the indoor range, it was comfortable and ideal for training. Cant put a price tag on the value and benefit of this training.

Their staff is exceptional and their selection/pricing is phenomenal, as well. Plus, they have two display cases to showcase customization options available from local talent. Really nice work... I used to think highly of this shop. They had become my go to in Tucson as well as the place I liked to direct people to. Besides the awesome selection their great customer service was a true draw for me.I am sad to see that the customer service has dropped off significantly in the last several months. I am a frequent shopper and have purchased three pistols from them in the past 6 month in a addition to countless other items.While I can find most items they sell online for a better price, I like to support my local businesses....that has ended for me as it relates to this shop.Sad, I really liked these guys but it seems that they are slipping. I was planning on picking up two suppressors through them next month...that business will be going elsewhere.

I got my CCW here, did the advanced class, plus rented the MILO range for my husbands 40th bday! Paul is a fantastic instructor and Has a unique ability to apply the concepts you learned in your CCW to the advanced training class. I feel prepared, knowledgeable, and safe to carry.

My husband and I came in for a 3 hour lesson as complete newbies. Pauls instructions were very detailed and he made us comfortable immediately. We were able to test 5 guns in the indoor range. Stood at the counter for 30 mins, I was not acknowledged or offered service while several other customers(that arrived after me.) received help.I was willing to spend 400 on a weapon light but I guess my money is no good here.(Update) The owner did reach out to me so I decided to go back and give them another shot, I must say the staff does seem to be more on top of the customer service now.Id like to thank the owners for actually being proactive!Ive re-rated from one to three stars as a result.

Have had multiple positive experiences at The Hub! I’ve been in a handful of times now from picking up pre-paid goods, to spending an afternoon browsing and each time the service was unparalleled.I will say that if you haven’t been in before, be prepared for at least a small wait. I’ve never seen a “slow day” at The Hub. There is almost always a line either outside or at the counter but don’t let that deter you! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and when it’s your turn you get individual attention for as long as you need it! In one experience I was there for over 3 hours one day asking about absolutely every item I was considering. The staff had no qualms with answering all of my questions, helping me with side by side comparisons, and I love that I wasn’t rushed. They really take the time to make you feel like you’re the priority, even with a line out the door!I will be back time and time again for any and all of my future firearm needs. Big thanks to everyone over at The Hub!

Had a great experience here shooting out at the new shooting range they have here! Paul is a really good instructor and he made me feel comfortable with handling a gun. He had patience and I didn’t feel pressured or rushed or anything with him. Over all a great place and great prices.

Great store! Very knowledgable and nice people who work there. It was my first time in and not only were they awesome but they gave me a tour of the facility. Despite the craziness going on right now they got to me in a fast manner and were always polite. And with how crazy its been the store was super clean and everything was easy to find. I highly recommend this place. Its a one stop shop.

Wow. What a great store. They have pretty much have anything one needs to fulfill 2nd amendment desires. I was in on a Saturday just after opening. Oscar ( I think) was helpful in finding me what I needed. Great team, friendly, knowledgeable and without the pressure that can come from twitchy sales methods. Really looking forward to the future shooting range.

My favorite gun shop! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They know how to read the customer. They have hundreds of guns in stock including air powered pistols and rifles. Do you like Sig Sauer? You should. And The Hub has an entire room dedicated to Sig Sauer. Fill your hands with some of the coolest new guns. The M17 is the militarys new carry pistol and The Hub has them. They also do custom work on weapons with a case full of examples; the work is done in-house. They have a two-lane gun range built on the south side of the building just past the pawn shop. $20/hr per lane BUT you can have more than one person per lane. They rent machine guns. Machine guns. Thompson 45, Vector, and more and they have group rates for those as well! They have bulk ammunition at decent prices. They also have a Facebook page that has an amazing chance to win one of three prizes once they hit 5000 followers. Check that out too.

One of my favorite gun shops. There’s something for everyone, their layaway is amazing! The amount of supplies and parts they carry is great. Most of the staff is knowledgeable, patient, and cool. The only problem I have with The Hub is Oscar. I went in there looking for a rifle in an AR platform and I specified that I was interested in either a 308 or 55.6 ( I also specified that I wasn’t picky about the brand I just wanted to see what they had) he had a snobby attitude and kept saying “what do you mean” over and over when I specifically told him what I was looking for. He then told me they had nothing in the AR platform chambered in 55.6 and I started to think this guy had no idea what he was talking about because I saw plenty of ARs hanging on the wall. It felt like I had to twist his arm in order to info about these rifles. I had little knowledge about those rifles and I was hoping to leave with an understanding of them. Instead I was wondering what the hell that guys problem was. Other than that I love this shop!

Staff and other customers in the pawn shop were all without mask I walked in there wearing mine and seen everyone was mask less and I walked right back out.

From what I’ve seen they have the best selection of guns for reasonable prices. Fair amount of ‘fun’ fun stuff and plenty of stock to build whatever you want.

Terrible, waited in line to get in with 4 in my party..watched 6 people leave and was still not allowed in, kept being told to hold on that everyone was busy, came all the way down from Catalina to purchase a few guns.Decided to go to second amendment and make purchases there, much better place to go with much better customer service.

I just took my CCW class with Paul, I should start off by saying that I went in with absolutely ZERO knowledge of guns and the laws involved with them. Paul made the class a relaxed atmosphere where I felt at ease and comfortable asking any sort question. The man can teach. I came out wanting not only a gun but anything I could get my hands on involving one. I feel comfortable carrying my Glock, knowing the rounds I should get, the storage options available for it (I have a toddler) as well as the legal side of carrying. I travel for work a lot to Tucson for work from PHX a lot and I always stop off my favorite gun shop in Arizona. I literally pass 100 guns shops to come here, because he actually has guns in stock and accessories for my builds. I literally tell people from phx to go down there like it’s a history museum. This store put together very well with staff and guns/accessories for any builds.

I came across The Hub while at work making deliveries, I went back on my Day off and havent been to a other Gun store since, the guys here are super friendly, very knowledgeable about the weapons they sale, they dont presser you when in the store, they check on you to make sure you are doing fine and ask if you need help with anything or want to see something.The price on the weapons are fantastic.I really enjoy spending my free time here, they always have something new to check out, something no one else has, and the Milo rang is the best part !!!
