Customer service is superior to all other turf shops. Estella provided amazing service. I called the other turf shops in town and had a horrible experience talking to their sales teams. Estella was knowledgeable, took time to answer my questions, friendly and didnt make me feel like I was inconvenience her. Their price was very similar to other turf shops but the customer support is reason to go with them. Everyone at Superstore is willing to offer advice and helpful. I highly recommend Superstore!

Absolutely great experience. They came out to put in some artificial grass in our backyard and it looks wonderful. The price was reasonable compared to other quotes we received. Definitely recommend them and will use them for any future projects as well.

The product is nice, the lady (sales person) was rude. From the time I came in I felt like I was bothering her. When I had enough of her sharp your bothering me tone, and asked her if I was aggravating her, she said no it was her mask making her short of breath. I offered to stand 6 feet away and take off her mask, to minimize her discomfort, She refused. Oddly enough dispite her still wearing the mask she now sounded polite. I guess we all have bad days. So to recap. Nice product, not sure of the staff, prices IDK because this was my first stop and I have no comparison prices.
