Took my 20+ year old Bobcat in for a rebuild and Byron and the tech staff took great care of me. After a little oopsie, which they owned up to and fixed immediately, my Bobcat is running like a brand new machine and I couldnt be happier! The entire staff is great and they are the first call I make when I have questions about my skid steer.

Ordered a bench seat for my Kabota 1140 I was told the price was $280 got to the store it wasn’t the right seat in the price jumped from 280 to 400

Very small yard, very tight for a semi to maneuver

Worked with Byron service Manager took a bobcat 322 compact excavator and told him i was experiencing problems with my boom and I had just recently bought seals for it I installed them myself and bought other hydraulic hoses from them and installed them myself but had trouble after i installed new Micro switches. Took it to Bingham tractor supply and then explained to Byron about the boom and walked out showed him my problem. Before I did any work on this bobcat I lifted it in the air with a Forklift and decreased and pressured washed it. I opened all panel and engine and pressured washed the tractor. I received a bill or quote of that boom needed seals and they were worn out. If they would have checked there parts list I had bought new seals and replaced them, Really sad that they have to lie and cheat there customers to make a paycheck.

Scammers,they will lie,bill you and if you ask the manager Byron a question he will threaten you and kick you out ! I should had listened to salesman by the name of Mando told me good luck with Byron just when I walked in the dealer
