Always love to visit the Mercado and find a new treasure at the San Augustin Trading company. They have great sun hats made of palm and just got my second one I love them so much. Lots of unique pieces to browse from hats to jewelry to baskets to handbags. Always fun!

The lady running the store was super accommodating. She even had someone run over from their manufacturing space to give me the size and color I was looking for.

Ive purchased three pairs of moccasins from them, Jessie was very easy to do business with. These mocs are all handmade . He hires people who need work in the trade and they do an excellent job but they are challenged because they cannot hear. I will continue to patronize their products. Keep up the good work Jessie !

I saw a friend of mine wearing a pair of the San Agustin Trading Companys mountain man moccasin. He highly recommended them to me. I was excited to purchase a pair. I should have paid attention to the previous google reviews! When I called, the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and refused to answer my questions. Im now looking at similar products provided by other companies. Im disappointed.

The moccasins were great! I ordered them offline and their was a bit of communication problems but the owner and his wife were very nice and took care of the issue. The moccasins are very well made and I cant wait to get other colors.

I must say the owner and the moccasins are very nice. The staff I encountered today when I went in to complete the order I placed for my daughters and order a third pair was unpleasant, inpatient and not at all welcoming when we walked in. After a few minutes of trying to explain the fact that I had already placed the order and this was just for measuring I told her she was being unpleasant. She than threaten to throw me out of the store because she didnt want to be exposed to my negative energy.

I ordered a pair of mens moccasins in February of 2017. Left several messages and to this date, February 12, 2018, I have never received a reply, a phone call, or any indication they exist.I just it wasnt meant to be.I give up.

How can you expect a business like this to succeed when the staff are terrible, disrespectful, and hostile to their clientele? They are selling an intimate product. They should be treating their customers like kings. Instead they are rude and they dont deserve your hard earned money.

Nice shop owner. quality hats(mens and womens), necklaces, mocasins(adults and for kids), guayaberas. not cheap stuff, but I dont think prices are outrageous either.
