This is a fabulous store! I found it quite by accident while trying to find someplace that could/would help me with the problems created by the recall of my Respironics CPAP. I wasnt getting any help whatsoever from the medical equipment company contracted by my insurance co. Integrity far exceeded my expectation in their knowledge and helpfulness in finding a solution I could afford. Unfortunately, they dont take insurance. If they did I would immediately move my coverage to whatever company contracted with them. As it is, at 81, I cant go without insurance and after paying insurance premiums I cant afford to go to Integrity for my major needs unless I am reimbursed by my insurance. My company wont reimburse me if there is a network supplier available. I will be going to them for whatever needs I can afford to pay for without insurance. If you dont have insurance or can otherwise afford it I strongly recommend them. From looking at the price tags on merchandise in the store I believe they are very price competitive.

I wish I had a unique take, but I have to agree with the other reviewers. I had an excellent experience with all three of the employees I spoke with for help on three separate occasions. This company pays attention to who they hire and how they train them.

Just purchased an Oxygen Concentrator from Kim. If all the businesses in town operated the way Integrity Treatment does I would never shop on line again! These guys are fantastic! Great customer service, very knowledgeable and just all around great to deal with. Dont be afraid to give them a try.

We traveled to Tucson to see our son who recently moved to the area. I was in need of a mask for my CPAP machine and found Integrity Treatment Solution. David and Kim went above and beyond explaining how my machine worked that wasnt purchased from them and I had several questions that were unanswered from my original purchase back in WV that they spent the extra time with me and answered all those questions as well. They will make sure you have the correct equipment and that you are comfortable with it.If you are looking for medical equipment, this is the company you need to go through! There is no need to look any further! We adopted a little boy who spend 6 weeks in the NICU at Banner. We were not from Tucson knew no one in the area. We knew he was going home on oxygen and the caseworkers at the hospital were having a hard time getting approval for his equipment through Preferred and Lincare (who are national companies). Along comes the wonderful team at Integrity Treatment Solutions. We had absolutely the best service, they went above and beyond to get us all the equipment we needed! I can honestly without a doubt we would not be discharged from the hospital and home today if it was not for their team and their expert knowledge! You need to get all your medical supplies from this place!

My dad and I were visiting from out of state and he was missing a piece to his Cpap. We found this place online (happy it was open on Saturday) and were able to get the piece fast and at a decent price. The staff were nice and knowledgeable about the equipment.

For CPAP users like myself that previously struggled to obtain needed supplies from other DME providers, this establishment is like a breath of fresh air (literally). All that is needed to get set up with them is a valid doctors prescription & some basic information about your specific requirements. The staff is very personable & really takes the time to listen & answer all of your questions, as well as to ensure that you are provided with the very best equipment & supplies for your needs. The array of CPAP cleaners & other accessories is also impressive & they will gladly discuss those options with you, but with absolutely zero pressure to buy any more than you want or can afford at the time. All in all, I feel pretty confident in stating that apnea sufferers in Tucson can breathe easier at night thanks to the knowledgeable & supportive staff at Integrity Treatment Solutions.

Dave Leticia and Lisa were AWESOME!!!! I am from out of town, and my CPAP died. They were able to help me get set up to provide me with a new machine. I cannot recommend them enough!!!!

I started coming here closer than the VA much easier to get knowledgeable council adjustments and card readings. Dave has been a big help for me to get rolling with the CPAP.I bought my cleaning machine here and other supplies prices are very reasonable.

I contacted Integrity for support with my dads CPAP. Kim and Dave were incredibly helpful and professional. They went out of their way to communicate and provide solutions for support. I am happy to be able to write a positive review for a business and experience customer support that I remember from the past but sadly dont experience much these days. I cannot say enough about the fabulous service that Kim and Dave have given to my husband and me. After five years of dealing with another CPAP supply company and multiple issues, we found Dave and Kim. They have helped us navigate through a complicated out-of-state situation and did everything they could to help from helping us to compile our doctor’s notes, setting up a new system for my husband, and providing me with the supplies I’ve needed and was unable to get from my previous supplier.They exemplify the highest standards in caring, dependable, and prompt service.

Visiting my in laws and I forgot a piece of my c-pap. Found Integrity on Google, stated it didnt open until 9. We were there 10 minutes early and they were open. Kim was very helpful and caring. Had what I needed and at a good price. If I lived here this would be my regular place for all my c-pap needs.

I had tried a Cpap at another location, my aversion to the therapy was so strong that I returned it in four days. I felt out of options when I was lucky enough to mention my situation to the sister of David Krepp at Integrity Treatment Solutions.WOW, what a difference in the approach! David was calm, well informed and extraordinarily patient with me. He let me try the machine I was about to rent in the store, observed my reactions and adjusted the settings so that I would be successful, he showed me a variety of masks and let me try multiple versions until I found the best fit for my face. He explained everything about what I could expect and returned messages promptly, I could go on and on, I am beyond satisfied, I am amazed and grateful that I have found such a helpful partner in my return to health.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Dave and his wife along with their staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. Our CPAP machine was old and dying. Not only did they help us find a newer model at a great deal but helped fit my husband with a new mask. We will never go anywhere else.

My 76 yr. old husband needed a sleep test (& most likely a CPAP). I had called another company, and they couldnt do his sleep study for 6 weeks - 2 months! I saw Integritys ad on TV, and called. They had sanitized equipment available right away for a home sleep test! We picked it up and he used it. Integrity worked well with their certified sleep physician reading the sleep study. Leticia was amazing in communicating with us and the family practice doctor to get the Rx for the CPAP! She immediately got us approved with Medicare, and throughout the whole process she (and Dave when we called) were VERY knowledgeable and helpful! It was TOP quality service! The price was reasonable, and the CPAP machine was available right away and in stock. When we went back to pick it up, hubby was thoroughly trained, and Leticia made sure we had the right CPAP and the correct mask. The people working there bend over backwards, are professional, and not only have great service, but also are very caring!

Dave and Kim are absolutely incredible. Honestly, no words can ever express how much they mean to me. When I was first getting my CPAP equipment, I was extremely overwhelmed and stressed out. None of the doctors Ive ever talked to or their assistants ever made it easy and just made me feel bad because they had no patience with me and expected me to know how to get everything I needed done which made me want to give up and then when I was able to get the equipment, it was far beyond my capability to pay for it, if I were going to go through my doctor to get it. Dave and Kim have helped me out so much in not only getting equipment and getting me what I need, but they always assist me or have been patient with me if I was ever short on funds and couldnt quite get the equipment right away. These wonderful people truly care about their customers and are extremely passionate about helping others. Their office feels homey and comfortable and very relaxed. Nothing like a normal Dr. office. You feel welcomed and cared for every time you come in. The customer service is top tier and no one can compete with it. Dave and Kim, in the past couple of years Ive known them, have become like family to me, and thats the feeling youll get when you go there. I will never buy my CPAP equipment from anyone else for the rest of my life.

Travelled to Tucson for business from Alabama and when I got to the hotel late Sunday night and plugged in my CPAP machine it would not power up. I googled local CPAP supply companies and Integrity Treatment Solutions stood out above the rest. Once I got to the store Monday afternoon and met Kim, Dave and Jill, I knew exactly why they were rated so high. They helped me with getting a new CPAP machine and took a personal interest in me, even though they knew that I would not be a repeat customer because I live on the other side of the country. Was so thankful to be able to speak with someone about product and actually try different options. The owners are very knowledgable and and seem interested in in selling you the best product for your personal need rather than the most expensive-refreshi g. They also were willing to communicate with my physician and help with insurance. I ended up buying direct without insurance hassle because I liked the product so much. This is the place.We were in Tucson visiting and family and my husband’s machine broke during our traveling to Tucson. We were in a bit of a panic but found Integrity open right at 9 am the day after Christmas. We spoke to the owner and they actually sell cpap products and a full selection of brands and lines of machines.Not one of those mega medical company locations!We went over about 330 today and he was done by 430. Out the door with a great deal on a replacement machine. These folks are great. Locally run, family operated, and they went out of their way to get our resumes machine replaced.
