There’s a white old lady with with glasses. Big issue!!! She keeps the cool funko pops. I’ve been there a few times and have seen her put away the funkos with more ppg value and hide them. At the end of the shift she buys them or take them home for her own. I’ve literally asked her a few times if she was keeping them for her self and she said yes. No wonder I never find anything good on that store. Management needs to prevent that.

Worst gamestop! i went in on 4/24/2021 at 12 when they opened. the lady working had zero game knowledge and swore that these $150 wireless headphones would work on my pc. i get home set up everything and sure enough i need to buy an adapter for xbox to pc because they are xbox headphones. thought i could trust her but nope. they just hire anyone.

I usually dont have issues with Game Stop in Tulare. However I think management should train their employees better. I picked up a game that was pretty-ordered, it came with a necklace. I asked the associate 3x about the necklace, she said its in the box. The 3rd time she went to ask her manager. The manager said the same. I got home and guess what? No necklace, so I called and the same associate said I just needed to show them my card😒. So next day there I go having to drive another 40 minutes because of their lack of knowledge. Needless to say I was NOT happy to waste my gas.

I only gave it 5 stars because the customer service is great. However the employees knowledge of games, accessories, time and dates of release, etc is extremely lacking. If youre going to hire someone then hire someone who actually has gaming knowledge and can actually answer a question correctly.

Game stop gives me Black Ops 3 and i bring it home and it says it needs a update so i try to updat it but i need wifi.

They have most of the latest and old games, preowned and new, plus they have a $2-3 Warrenty to return your game if damaged in the time limit they give you.
