Third time I was in the store first time is a disaster second time we thought we were making headway third time another disaster still have the same problem nobodys bothered to call me nobodys bothered to fix the problem still having the same issue with the same phone havent gotten replacement for a phone that was promised to me over 3 weeks ago cant get anybody to complete the process of getting the new phone nor have it seems to even care very poor service at this store very poor service with this management team with the exception of the gentleman that tried for three and a half hours to try to help me as much as possible on my second visit kudos to him and his patients with me cuz I was losing patience with his manager his customer service and his replacement team which still have not followed through on their end.

Karter was very helpful and made sure everything was taken care of when I had no idea what we were doing. Great service!

Oh my god .!! They hired a new people at this store and let me tell you . The short girl name Dulce she’s amazing and great customer service, she was slammed with customers and she still managed to keep everything under control . Me and my husband got 2 brand new phones 📲 and she even gave us her employee discount just to make sure we was happy .!!She was so amazing she deserves a raise because this girl rocks 🙌🏽Thank you so much Dulce.
