The staff were friendly, happy to help and explained everything really well so we knew exactly what each plan was and what it would cost. The process of switching from T-Mobile to Verizon was easy and painless. We were happy we were able to trade in our old phones and even keep our same phone numbers with Verizon. We got a great deal on our new phones and service and best of all we actually have service again. With our previous provider, T-Mobile, we had no service even in spots you’d think you would have service like at home and in spots in the city. We are so happy we made the switch!

Excellent service. Representative took time to set phone and explain how it worked. It made it super easy for me.. Beyond his control the administrative remote agent was extremely slow and not very considerate of his and my time. That is only area in need of real improvement.

I recently just got a new phone from a guy named Dan. Was a fantastic experience, DO NOT go to corporate stores, the customer service is terrible, they have no knowledge of the plans. Dan broke it down very easily and got me a phone that worked for me. Phones breaking sucks but these guys are here to help in any way they can and it was a great transition, just make sure you have your stuff backed up. All around wonderful experience and I will definitely be back next time.

Stopped by when they opened at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, was in between two appointments when my phone blew up. They helped me quickly pick out a new phone and then while I headed over to Toyota of Olympia to have my car serviced, they set up my new phone and swapped over all my info. Had the service department shuttle van drive me back over to get my phone and when there was doubts I could reach the shuttle again for a ride back in a timely fashion these guys offered to take me. Great people, great service, no pressure sales. Would highly recommend them.

Chase McFadden is a WONDERFUL employee! He assisted me today in doing an audit of my plan, and helping me replace my phone which had begun to act up. He was patient, kind and very professional with this old Digital Immigrant and spent the time needed to get to the bottom of transfer issues of data from my old phone, and the search for my forgotten pin, which took on epic proportions! He even helped with the protection of this new phone and disposal of the old one. Employees like this are worth their weight in gold, and will keep me coming back, as well as sharing this experience among my friends, family and associates.

Felt like we got a great price on a couple of Motorola G7 Plus phones. The staff member we worked with was great. Made sure all of our information from our old phones transferred over, including passwords for numerous wifi systems. Also advised us on how to save money with our service provider when we changed phones. I would recommend them highly.

I won’t be doing business with this store.And FYI when someone answers your question with a question probably don’t want to do business with them or if you do read the fine print

Lee was a great salesman and amazing person! Little bits of hiccups here and there because of switching from T-Mobile. But he figured it out and got my wife and I taken care of. Definitely deserves a promotion!!!

My wifes phone stopped working properly and we stopped by on a Sunday afternoon for help. The lady that helped us (I didnt catch her name!) was incredibly helpful and sat on the phone with tech support until we got to the bottom of it. She was very patient and didnt act annoyed like Ive experienced with some other sales people if theyre not making a sale. I was impressed and will definitely consider buying my next phone here.

Can’t say enough great things about this Verizon retailer. Jacob is our guy, he always knows what to do to get us the best deal and service. Very fast, accommodating and knowledgeable. It is clear others agree, we spent a couple hours with him last night figuring out some complicated account issues and there was a steady stream of others coming and waiting for him. Ive been going to this Verizon store for 5 plus years and have always come away with a great experience. Today (11-24-18) I went to buy my Wife a new iPhone XS Max and my sales associate was Nicole. She was so courteous, efficient and knowledgeable of the product which made my whole experience relaxing and fun. Thank you, Nicole Ill be back again.

Great staff. Switched from at&t, which refused to give me the necessary pin required to keep my old number, they got on the phone and made sure I got the correct information. AT&T also switched my account number in the middle of the swi6after Verizon was able to get my pin, Verizon handled that aswell. Much better coverage in Washington than at&t, was with at&t for over 20 years.

After trying to get into the Verizon Capital Mall and trying to upgrade on line, I went to the Tumwater Verizon. SO GLAD I did! The assistants were all busy, but the atmosphere was relaxing with plenty of room and seating. The Mall Verizon is always loud and chaotic.I was assisted by a young lady named Tierney. They are very nice and professional here, a great crew. I have a Galaxy Edge Plus and it has a quick (very quick) charger and for some reason the quick part on the charger stops working after a while. Well every time thats happened theyve always taken care of me here. I would give 10 stars if I could :).

I went in for a glass screen replacement that I bought there with lifetime warranty. I was told they no longer offer this after I paid extra for the screen cover I currently have with the warranty. A good sales associate would have looked up my account and noticed I was due for an upgrade and worked that angle, but they let me leave very unhappy. I have bought more than 6 phones from this location and sadly I will not buy anymore.

My phone has not been receiving emails, the gentleman at the Verizon store in Tumwater was not able to resolve the problem because my server is at&t. However he gave us some good information AND, this is big for me, he spoke clearly and in a way I could understand as well as answering my questions. He deserves 5 stars for his great service.

So I went there with my father to get a new phone, mine was cracked everywhere and ran out of battery fast. I was helped by Andre and I can not explain how impressed I was. First, this Verizon is not like going to ANY other Verizon. At a normal Verizon you are forced to wait for probably 20 minutes, you get mediocre customer service and they never explain to you the fine print and hidden fees or anything. So we went in and Andre was SO helpful. I told him the criteria of the phone I wanted and he came back with 2 examples we decided in 5 minutes what phone I wanted. He then looked on our account and informed us we werent using all our data so we could save money by lessening the amount of data we pay for so we save money! He then helped us wave our activating fee and got my dad a nice tablet (my dad was having a bad day) all with a smile on his face and a cheerful attitude! Ive been to the Shelton Verizon and the one located in the Mall in Olympia and both do not compare to this one.

I would be very leery of purchasing a phone/going to this store with your wireless phone needs. I was due for an upgrade and went into this store and they sold me on a phone and a plan that was way more expensive than it needed to be. Furthermore, despite sitting in the store for quite a while waiting for them to finish with all the switching phones business (and I was switching between iphones, so it should have been easy), they did not disclose how much my bill would be increased by. A month later when I got my bill, I was alarmed to see how much more it was. They said a few statements about the bill--but I guess they were talking about it in pieces, and I guess I should have inquired further about. I felt very taken advantage of by this store and would not recommend it to anyone.
