Oh my gosh. I can’t express how much I love this store. If I were to move, I would miss this Kroger more than my old house. The produce and meat are always amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. And let’s talk about the best part….the sushi. It’s amazing and the guy that is always there is so helpful and nice. He recently gave out samples of one of the crunchy rolls and I’m sold. I get it every day for lunch now. Fantastic service.I’d like to add that I recently found out I’m pregnant so I can’t have the sushi really except the veggie rolls or salad rolls and they really go out of their way to help you. Today 8/24, they made me a salad roll. Thank you so much for always being so kind and helpful.

Awesome quality. Professional staff. However, I went one day to get steamed shrimp for my wife. The lady was very rude and unprofessional. She was yelling and cursing at me. I wanted to get my wifes order, so I tried to tolerate it. However, she was slamming the shrimp around. I didnt think shed make it right because of the nasty attitude, so I left.

Good produce. Manager is a little impersonable with folks.

Quality grocery. Self check-out. Good selection across all food lines. Slightly pricey.

Customer service in florist was great. Got flowers for wife and she always love them.

The staff is so helpful and accommodating. I have a temporary injury to my ankle. I called when I got to the parking lot and asked for a wheelchair. Someone brought it to my car! Im so appreciative.

Very clean and always stocked with what I need. The meat and seafood department is the best around. You can ask to have you seafood steamed right there and it’s alwasy delicious.

I love Kroger! The store is always clean, well stocked, and organized. And the amazing savings between the sales and discount card are worth it. I go for all my kids snacks and needs for my family.

This Kroger has great sushi. I believe it is prepared fresh every morning (which is what it looked like this morning). They have friendly staff, tonight, I ran into a John. He was working at the Scan and Go area as you first walk in. He was extremely helpful and had a warming smile!!Their produce selection is wonderful!!

Only came to this Kroger to get food for the cabin my girlfriend and I were staying at for the night. This is a great store with a great selection of food and beer. If I am in this area again, I will stop for some more food.

I love shopping at Kroger. I just saved over $15 on a ham.....which they sliced at no additional cost! Friendly as well even tho they were slammed with shoppers.

I love the store but the outside security needs to be stepped up.the last 2 visits I have been approached by vagrants wanting money.it can be a scary experience.please see into this because with the upcoming holiday season its going to get worse!

Kroger is gotten much better since two years ago when I first moved here. It has way better green isle and fresh produce.

I love shopping at Krogers. They have everything there you could want to buy. Its usually quick check out unless theres a customer in front of you thats causing the hold up.

Fresh food including to-do meals. I eat the sushi here at least once a week, on point. Gotta get it in the morning or itll be gone by lunch. Layout of the store is modern with a good flow. This Kroger also has a gas station outside so if your a Kroger plus member, you can top off your vehicle use some of the points you earned to knock off some of the price of gas. The butchers are experienced and can answer any questions you might have as far as the meat products are concerned. Its got a local feel and staff are friendly. Once I was in line and a cashier had been waiting to go take her lunch break for quite a while so the store manager came down from his office and in a suit, checked out customers. Classy.

The seafood department worker was rude and lazy didnt want to give me the amount of shrimp I wanted because he simply didnt want to bring anymore out and it was before noon when I went so Im pretty sure he was going to have to bring more out before the day was over. He was only rude to me because I was speaking spanishbto my kids but every other English speaking person that came up he we more than happy to help them and with a smile on his face. I usually shop at the Barnes Crossing location. Today I went to the Crosstown location because of heavy traffic. I have been receiving Kroger coupons in the mail for years. I usually get one .for a free box of Cheerios. I have always used this coupon in the past to get a box of Honey nut Cheerios without a problem. They would not honor my coupon at this Kroger location. I dont like regular Cheerios and never buy them . If i have to use my free coupon for something I cant use, what good is it to me?

The West main Kroger has an excellent selection of groceries. The staff is polite and respectful and there is hardly ever a wait at the self checkout lines.

I swear they act they’ve never been trained, I called to complain while still in the parking lot and the lady told me to come in so she could see my receipt and get him more training. It has good prices and some really good obscure items such as Kerrygold butter. The location is pretty much right at central Tupelo. The cashiers have always been friendly.
