Terrible experience. I have been waiting almost a year to resolve an issue that the company refuses to deal with. When I purchased a table and chair set, the staff members scratched the table (when loading into my car). I called them the next day to tell them about this incident and the unprofessional staff member told me that I scratched it. As advised, I sent pictures to the company and have not heard back. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but BBB stated that the company failed to respond to them. I periodically call to follow up about this and never receive a call back. I would very much appreciate this company following up with me.

Great customer Service. They didn’t bombard us as soon as we came in the door, they let us browse until we were ready for help. They were honest and upfront and did everything they could to accommodate us. We will be back to this store in the future.

I love Lenders great selection and good customer service.My only issue is me and my wife have an account there and we have received a letter in the mail stating we would be losing are account due to not purchasing anything. Lenders told us that if we call the bank they would be able to extend our time because we do have future plans of using it. We just dont need nothing at the moment but wanted it to stay active but we were told that theres nothing they can do and we have to make a purchase in order to stay active. I do understand for a non active account companies do close but when youve already made purchases in the past and paid them off you would think they would give you an extension for being a good customer!

I got a lot of furniture here over the years and they always have a big selection.

First of all my order took so long. I could have ordered from Ashley furniture and would have gotten the same sofas earlier and cheaper. When I called to check if I can cancel my order I was told that they were gonna charge me a 20-25 percent fee (ridiculous). I had to call every other day to check my order for two weeks and I was told “ it was en route”. When my order did arrive the lady forgot to call me to inform me that my products were in the store. I called next day and she stated “I thought I called you yesterday”. My order was delivered with a $20 fee( Ashley furniture would have delivered for free). The delivery guys left the sofas in front of the door. They don’t come inside homes because of some wired policy they have. I dragged my items inside the home then I had to install the legs of the sofas myself. So never next time from this place better go straight to Ashley for cheaper and faster products or Minerva has better deals too.

Bought a recliner from Lenders on 5-15-16. Salesman sold us on the craftmanship and warranty on their Best Chair brand. The chair broke on 2-17-17. Brought it back to Lenders. They took photos of where the chair had broke and informed us they would contact Best Chair and get back with us. After calling Lenders several times over the last month I was informed they would not warranty the recliner. I will not recommend them to anyone. They never called me back and was less than helpful. Would have been better off buying a $200 recliner from Wallmart rather than spend $600 for a piece of crap with entially no warranty.ess
